Sauna "оn ul. Sayenko" №698

This was awful! It ruined our night. We came here for the jacuzzi. We paid a deposit in advance and when we got there, the water in the jacuzzi was dirty. It was cloudy and had bits of shampoo floating in it from someone else. We asked to get the water changed, but the hostess, who was drunk, argued with us. She said no one would change the water because it took too long and the cleaner would have to be called. She then suggested we pay extra for the cleaner, which would have cost 280 UAH per hour plus an extra 150 for the cleaner. We couldn't agree with her and she said that no one else ever complained. She didn't give us back our 300 UAH deposit. She left at 8:30pm and we wanted to at least use the jacuzzi for an hour to get our money's worth, but she said she didn't care and we had to leave by 9pm.

In my opinion, the cost should be equal to the quality. The sauna is nice, which is the main thing.

I suggest this as a good place to stay. A nice lady named Tatiana will give you all the necessary instructions. If other bathhouse owners who rent out their places read this review, please remember: be respectful when taking bookings from customers. Also, learn how to treat your guests properly.
