I used to visit your property often with my colleagues. But now, things have gone downhill so much I can hardly remember when it was good.
The receptionist, Nikita, is quite a character. He always seems to be under the influence of something. I can't understand how he's allowed to keep his job. It's unbelievable.
The bar isn't too bad, it's manageable.
As for the kitchen, the food is terrible. It feels like the staff there are also under the influence. Why can't you hire better chefs? I don't understand what I'm paying for.

The deluxe room was well-furnished. On the other hand, the suite with a sauna wasn't fully stocked. It was missing bathrobes, hand towels, glasses, and water. We brought this up at the reception, and they sorted it out, but it wasn't easy!
It turned into a long argument. At first, they told me that the items I mentioned weren't included. But when I showed them the booking details, they filled up the room with the missing items.
I also want to mention the food - it was really good.

The biggest problem we had was with the restaurant service. We had to wait for 50 minutes just to get our beer poured, even though we were the only ones in the room. It was hard to understand what the waiter was doing. It seemed like he was pretending to work.
We had ordered our dinner in advance and came at a specific time to avoid waiting. But that didn't work. We ended up waiting for 2 hours for our food to come out. I'm not exaggerating, it really took 2 hours.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry for the issues you encountered. The internet was slow because our hotel was fully booked, but we're sorting it out. There were no issues reported about the TV, but our staff would've fixed it if there was. During your stay, there was a power outage that we couldn't control as we don't have backup generators. We offered cheesecake and juice as a substitute for breakfast because of this. We're really sorry for all the inconvenience and hope you'll visit us again to see improvements.

I'm writing this review almost a year later. The food is still as good as it was before, I love it! Overall, I was able to relax well.
