I wasn't sure if I should write a review, but I decided to. What's going on at your place? I wonder if the owners know what's happening there.

I used to visit your property often with my colleagues. But now, things have gone downhill so much I can hardly remember when it was good.

The receptionist, Nikita, is quite a character. He always seems to be under the influence of something. I can't understand how he's allowed to keep his job. It's unbelievable.

The bar isn't too bad, it's manageable.

As for the kitchen, the food is terrible. It feels like the staff there are also under the influence. Why can't you hire better chefs? I don't understand what I'm paying for.

I had a party there last weekend and the food was really good. I was really happy with how they served us, they did better than I thought they would. They were fast and professional when I asked for something. In short - they were great. I recommend this place to everyone, it's a nice spot for a chill hangout. I'll surely be back for my next celebration, thanks guys - you are the best.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. However, there were two problems. First, we needed to stay in Irpen for our trip to visit our kids, but the hotel was actually in Gostomel. Second, the suite was too small. The bed was behind a wall, the couch was pulled out, and there was no room left. We were three adults and a child, and it was very cramped. Plus, if the curtain wasn't closed, other hotel guests could see into our room. Also, the hotel was very close to a busy road.

I was a bit unhappy with my holiday at Babay Komora. We booked two houses - one deluxe with a sauna, and the other one was just a suite. They were clean when we checked in, which was nice. However, there were some issues with the items provided in the rooms as per the booking:

The deluxe room was well-furnished. On the other hand, the suite with a sauna wasn't fully stocked. It was missing bathrobes, hand towels, glasses, and water. We brought this up at the reception, and they sorted it out, but it wasn't easy!

It turned into a long argument. At first, they told me that the items I mentioned weren't included. But when I showed them the booking details, they filled up the room with the missing items.

I also want to mention the food - it was really good.

This place is really terrible. If you want to ruin your holiday and mood, this is the perfect place. The rooms are dirty and smelly, the staff don't care, and the locks in the room don't work. The room and bathroom are smelly and damp. Breakfast is supposed to be included in the price, but one morning the cook didn't show up and nobody could get hold of him. It was a really awful experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My friends had a wedding here and the preparation was terrible. The manager was always on their phone instead of helping solve problems. The cold food was served an hour late and the hot food took three hours. The bride and groom were really upset. It was a very stressful experience. There were loads of other small problems too. If you want to have a stressful wedding with bad service and a high price, you might like this place.

The wedding was a disaster. The guests had to wait for an hour and a half before the tables were set. We had requested the food to be served at 3 PM, but we only sat down to eat at 4:30 PM. The dishes were served with a two-hour delay. The guests were starving and ended up eating salad leaves as they waited. The staff didn't pay attention to the tables and left the empty plates on the table. The manager just ignored everything we told him. Only one waiter tried to improve the situation. I've never experienced such a mess at a wedding. They even mixed up the dishes between two weddings. When we initially asked the manager for a complimentary room for the newlyweds, he refused. But then a waiter told us that there was indeed a free room for the newlyweds.

That place looks nice, but they make you pay more for using the pool. They only tell you this at the end when you're leaving, even if you've only used the pool for half an hour just before you leave.

This is a nice spot for a family trip or a group. It has separate huts, a swimming pool, and lots of space. It's pretty, trendy and not too pricey. However, there's one downside: you have to pay extra to use the pool even if you have rented a hut. That's why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

This is a nice spot for a short stay. It's good value for money. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is good, with lots of options. The staff is friendly. Some things could be better, like more cups in the room and more storage space in the bathroom. The water smells a bit, but it's not a big deal. The hotel is near a road, but you can't hear the traffic.

This is a fancy place. The people who work here are really nice and always ready to help you. The food in the restaurant is really good. The place is nice and clean, and the pool is a great feature. The room is also clean and pretty.

We visited this place as a family for the first time and it was a terrible experience. I don't plan to return. Even though we paid for our room, we still had to pay an additional 150 UAH to use the pool. If you want to rent a gazebo on the property, it costs 1700 UAH. But the worst part is that they didn't tell us these things upfront.

The biggest problem we had was with the restaurant service. We had to wait for 50 minutes just to get our beer poured, even though we were the only ones in the room. It was hard to understand what the waiter was doing. It seemed like he was pretending to work.

We had ordered our dinner in advance and came at a specific time to avoid waiting. But that didn't work. We ended up waiting for 2 hours for our food to come out. I'm not exaggerating, it really took 2 hours.

This is a nice place. The food is yummy and the people working there are really good. The place is comfortable and neat. The restaurant has two big rooms and some small private rooms for small groups. There's also a separate big room for big groups. The bad part is that there's only one bathroom in the main building. Also, there are not enough curtains on the windows in the big room. The sight of the pool with people with no clothes on isn't very nice. There's a small pool and chairs for sunbathing.

It's a small hotel with a pool, located by the highway but shielded by a fence, so the traffic doesn't bother you. The service is really bad and no one seems to be bothered. There's no internet available and if the TV's not working, you have to figure it out yourself. If there's a power outage, they don't know how to handle it. Also, if the power's out, they won't serve the breakfast you've already paid for because it's only available until noon. They might restore the power later, but there's no guarantee.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry for the issues you encountered. The internet was slow because our hotel was fully booked, but we're sorting it out. There were no issues reported about the TV, but our staff would've fixed it if there was. During your stay, there was a power outage that we couldn't control as we don't have backup generators. We offered cheesecake and juice as a substitute for breakfast because of this. We're really sorry for all the inconvenience and hope you'll visit us again to see improvements.

Suddenly, I found this place really nice. The food is great and the service is good too. The rooms are quite comfy, but the TV isn't the best - only about a third of the channels work, if that's important to you. I was happy that there were good bathrobes in the room. Also, you can't really hear the road from the room - this is a big advantage, considering the location.

I'm writing this review almost a year later. The food is still as good as it was before, I love it! Overall, I was able to relax well.

The staff are friendly and the location is great. The rooms are big and the food is tasty. However, I didn't have a good experience this time. The Wi-Fi wasn't working. Also, there were a lot of ants in the bathroom. Plus, the cleaning staff didn't clean the dust from the high areas.

We had a great holiday! We expected to stay in a standalone wooden house when we booked a room, but it was actually a suite. We were a bit disappointed, but it didn't ruin our holiday. I have been on holiday here for half a year, but now everything is poor. The bathroom soap has blood on it - the cleaner said she cut her finger. There isn't a toothbrush. The area is all dug up for a pool, and it's so dirty you can't walk properly to the cabin. The luxury house is run-down and feels smaller and less comfortable than a standard one. Also, they didn't tell us when to check out. We arrived at night and left at lunch, but they charged us for an extra day. It's ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend it!

I visited this place with my pregnant wife. We ordered a mushroom and meatball dish. The service was slow and the soup they served was not hot enough. After eating, both of us had stomach pains.
