I'm not sure why some folks have bad things to say about this place and its owners. It's all great. We had an amazing holiday. The sauna was top-notch with gentler steam. We really enjoyed ourselves. We had a great birthday party. Everyone was happy. As long as you're nice and follow the rules, you'll be treated well.

Nice spot, stayed comfortably. Would suggest it.

This is a really nice place to chill out! It's well-designed, with a good heating system and a cozy feeling, just like home. The people who run it are very welcoming. You can even have a barbecue here. Most importantly, it's super clean, which makes it a great place to hang out!

I checked out earlier reviews and was really surprised. I've been visiting this bathhouse with my buddies since it first opened. We've never had any issues with how clean it is or how we're treated. The woman in charge is always cheerful and welcoming. I haven't met the owner, but I reckon they must be a good person too. This is a great bathhouse; it's totally worth the price. We really hope it continues to do well and prosper. We mean that sincerely.

Awful! The owners need to learn how to talk to their customers! It's like there's nothing better to do than just sit and look at the ceiling.

I wouldn't recommend this place. It was clean, so it gets one star for that. However, the hosts were not welcoming. They made promises that they didn't keep. There were a lot of things that were not available or not working as they should.

I've been going to this awesome sauna with my friends for three years now.

I reserved a bath for the day and everything seemed okay. But at 10:45pm, they told us they couldn't give us a bath. This is how our family vacation went.

The bathhouse itself is quite good. But the service is not very pleasant. The owner or manager is not very hospitable, it's not clear.
We were in this bathhouse for the first and last time.

The bathhouse is great, but you have to pay an extra 500 UAH to play billiards and it's not even operational yet.

Everything was neat, comfortable, and the hosts were nice. They explained and showed us everything.

It's a great place for a vacation

It's a nice holiday. Time flies by. I suggest it to all.

This is a pretty good place to chill out, especially if you enjoy a wood-burning sauna. The steam room is big with a large table, and there's a small pool that's just the right size to jump into after the sauna. There's also a chill-out area on the second floor with a pool table, but unfortunately, it's missing two layers and two sofas. The outdoor space is also nice for hanging out, but it's better suited for summer. Overall, I really liked it and I hope the owners keep it up.

It's tidy and pleasant, but the billiards table isn't working.
