The service is really bad and they charge you for towels, sheets, and slippers. The food in the kitchen isn't great either - the cabbage salad tastes like mold and the grilled wings are undercooked.

I can't comment on the hotel itself, but we went to its restaurant. The food was good, the service was good, and the dining area was big and pretty. I think it's great for big parties. My friends have been going there for four years to celebrate their birthdays and they always say nice things about it. The place is big, nice, and well-kept.

This hotel is awful! I wasted 700 UAH! The room only had two plugs: one for the fridge and one near the sink. No towels were provided but they did supply shampoo. Who would want to shower without a towel to dry off? I stayed in September, when the nights got as cold as +6 ° C. There was no blanket, just a sheet to cover up with. I had to use my sweater for warmth. The air conditioner didn't work properly and I couldn't get the room warm. I didn't even try using it for cooling. When I got to the room, the water heater was off, even though I had told them when I was arriving. So, I couldn't even wash up after my journey (and again, there were no towels!).

It's a nice quiet place.

Wonderful vacation, pleasant experience

We went on holiday in August 2021 and it was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The rooms were really bad, the food was bad too, and the pool was okay but too small. There was a broken wardrobe in our room and it was too noisy. It was impossible to stay there with a kid because there were loud people upstairs and we couldn't sleep. The lady in charge was very difficult to deal with. She would hang up the phone when we called and we couldn't have a proper conversation with her. I will never go back there and I wouldn't suggest you go either. The way they treat people is horrible.

I've been going on holiday to this place for four years and it was always good. But this year, it was terrible. I rented a room and things were different. There were new staff. The room didn't have a fridge, the TV didn't work and there was no remote for the air conditioner. The water was on and off. After coming back from the beach, there was nowhere to wash off. I had to ask for towels and the room was dirty. The cost for a day was 800grivnen. The worst part was when I asked for a remote or towels, the cleaner would come in, look around to see what else to give and then secretly take things. She took 500 dollars from our bedside table. She didn't consider that we might need that money to get home. This is 2021, I didn't expect this. It never happened before. So, think twice before you rent a room there.

I stayed here in August 2021 and honestly, I was expecting more for the price. There was no soundproofing, so it constantly sounded like someone was walking above me. There weren't many outlets and it was confusing to figure out what to plug in where. The pool was clean and nice, but small. The only thing worth seeing in the surrounding area is the port at night. The food was okay - we had kebabs, breakfast pancakes, and buckwheat milk porridge. The portion sizes were good for the price. There aren't any attractions nearby - Odessa and the beach are both far away. I think for the money, the conditions should have been better.

The hotel is okay for staying just one night, but the music plays all night and it's not very clean.

The food's average, nothing to write home about. They even charge you to use the pool! And this is even though the place is far out of town and you can't even walk to the sea.

Everything is really good except for the service. The place is well-planned.

Nice place with a nice pool

I stayed at the Berloga Hotel and it was great. I read some bad reviews before I went, and I was worried. People said it was dirty, there weren't enough plugs, the food was bad, and the service was poor. But none of that was true! The hotel was very clean and green. The food was good and the portions were big. The staff were nice and the pool was clean and warm. The rooms were clean too. Some people said the beds were uncomfortable and there was only one plug, but I don't think that's true. The beds were comfy with new mattresses and pillows, and there were good quality towels.

I booked a double room and had to use the same towels for my entire stay. Nobody cleaned the rooms and they didn't even provide toilet paper. The TV didn't work and there was only one electrical outlet near the door. The Wi-Fi was poor and the staff was untrained. The price was okay. However, there were no shops near the hotel and I had to walk 2 km to find one. The beach was a 30-minute walk away on a bad road. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

This place is nice with a cool swimming pool. They have a restaurant that serves really good food. I particularly enjoyed the kebab that they made for me without any fat, just like I requested, which was a pleasant surprise.

We stayed in a bath house with our two kids. It was great to have our own separate house. However, it was too close to the road and we could hear the noise from the passing trucks so much that it made the walls vibrate. The bathroom fixtures were old and worn out. The shower hose was damaged and leaked, making it hard to use. The sleeping area was on the second floor with two sofas that could be folded out into beds. It looked comfy but wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, maybe because I have a bad back.

But the balcony had a wonderful view of the sunset.

Boring

It's a great hotel.

I booked a room at Berloga Hotel using a booking service. The pictures looked great and it had a good rating. However, it was expensive, costing 1000gr. per day for a two-person room.
The good things about the hotel were its nice yard with wooden cabins, landscaping, and a pool. But that's where the positives stop.
The TV didn't work, there was no closet for clothes (even though the website said there was), and there was only one towel for your whole body.
While they offer free parking, it's more like a gravel-covered patch of land than a proper parking lot.
Also, it was very hard to find any hotel staff. I tried calling the manager but I never got a response!

We reserved a room for three people. The room didn't have wifi or mobile signal, even though the ad said it did. One bed was broken and only one out of three electrical outlets worked. The air conditioner started but then broke and wouldn't turn off. There was no hot water in the evening. The toilet didn't work. The door wouldn't lock because the lock was broken. The TV wouldn't turn on. I would have preferred to sleep outside.

I really liked this comfortable spot. It has a private area, big servings of food, and good customer service. It even has a swimming pool. The cabins are nice and comfy. There's a lot of good things about this place, but there's one bad thing - sometimes it smells like trash. I suggest you should go here, it's an awesome place to hang out with a big group.

The place isn't great. The beach is far, and there's no payment terminal at the hotel or onsite restaurant. The restaurant charges too much. I ordered a tomato and cucumber salad and got an expensive cabbage salad with a weird dressing. We felt rushed by the waiter who kept clearing our table, even though it wasn't busy. The walls are thin, we could hear everything from the other rooms, including a man snoring upstairs. Car parking is only available offsite. I wouldn't visit again.

The sound of vans and cars on the nearby road was annoying, and the beach was a bit too far. The place isn't really peaceful, but I'd give it a 4 out of 5 rating.

This bathhouse costs 200 gr and it's all broken and old! I wouldn't suggest it!

We spent New Year's Eve here and really enjoyed it!
