I want to start by saying that the temperature control is really bad. The pool water is freezing cold, and the steam room is way too hot (I don't know the exact temperature because there's no thermometer). There's mold everywhere, from the pool's faucet to the ceiling. The resting room is also cold. To put it simply, this isn't a good place for a bath. You'd probably only want to use it once.

Visited the sauna. It's a decent place that can fit a group of about 8 people. They have a nice sauna and you can buy sauna brushes. It's handy that you can order food from their menu. However, I think they should clean more thoroughly, especially since they charge 500 UAH per hour. Even though it's a shared space, it should be cleaned after people use it.

The service was fast. They even had napkins and toothpicks on the tables. The place was quiet.

Dirty. Last century

We always order the same pizza, Cesarino, for delivery from here. It tastes really good, but the wait time is around 40-60 minutes. We've had issues a few times with dishonest delivery guys who claimed the delivery cost extra and the pizza cost more than it should, pocketing an extra 15 UAH for themselves. We called and complained, and it stopped happening.

This is not the place to advertise!

Do you teach your managers how to talk to people, or is it your policy to be impolite? Their communication skills are really poor, like they're hidden away in a basement, and they're also quite rude.

I got home delivery and it was really good! The quality remains consistent over time.

Very tasty and hearty

I ordered a pizza and collected tokens. I got 10 and wanted to use them to buy a pizza but I couldn't see my order history. This is something they didn't tell me about in their terms and conditions. They refused to help, and when I got upset, they threatened to blacklist me. This really upset me. Now I'm going to tell everyone about my bad experience at this pizzeria.

The sushi is really yummy and you get a lot of it. The pizza is great too and so are the noodles. They deliver quickly. Everything is nice, I'm going to order again.

The box looks great and the food tastes nice too. But the fish in the Philly is too thin. Also, the price has gone up since yesterday, which is disappointing.

The rolls are really good. We've ordered them more than once. They're fresh and delicious, and I feel safe letting my kids eat them. I regularly order pizza and sushi from you. I thought your noodles would be good too, but they were terrible. They had no taste at all! Also, the pizza was not as good as it usually is. I found out for the first time that you have discounts, but they didn't apply to me. It seems like you always have issues on Sundays. I ended up paying too much for the noodles!

I ordered seafood noodles but they were too salty and not good at all. I ended up throwing them away.
