This is a great spot for a holiday! The hosts were really nice. Big thanks to Yana and Vadim for making our vacation amazing! The sunrise over the Desna river was breathtaking. We also found a good spot for fishing. We visited for 3 days just to fish. It was our first time in this area.
It was a bit hard to get our boat in the water because the river banks are steep. But Vadim helped us find a good spot to launch our boat and even sent us pictures.
The cost to stay here was really good! We were trying to find a cheaper place to stay because we didn't need much as fishermen. We just needed a place to sleep before heading out to the water. But we were really surprised by how nice this place was.
Everything was super clean! The bed sheets were bright white. They had everything we needed for our holiday like dishes, towels, a barbecue, a gazebo, skewers and more. The place was really comfortable. It would be great for a family holiday.
We saw swans swimming in the river. There was also a nice path along the river where you could walk or run.

We had everything we needed to cook, shower, and relax after the beach. The air conditioner was a lifesaver in the heat. The yard was nice and the gazebo with the barbecue and coffee machine was really cool. There was a trampoline and a playhouse for kids, and a cute little fluffy pet at the "Wharf". My kid loved it. The beach close by was really good too.

Hey everyone, this is a great spot for a fun family holiday! When I got there, I was really surprised (in a good way). Everything is actually way better than it looks in the pictures. The room is big, clean and the beds have really nice white sheets. Every little detail has been thought of. I've found my holiday spot near Kiev. The BBQ area is nice and has everything you need. The beach is very close. It's clean and safe for kids. Overall, we loved it. Big thanks to Vadim and Yana for their hard work. You two are awesome! We hope you do well! Please make it bigger. We can't wait to see you again next year!

Yana and Vadim were great hosts, they made us feel at home. The place was perfect for a family vacation. They even had stuff specifically for kids. The rooms were comfortable, the yard was neat, the beach was clean and there was a playground. It was peaceful and quiet. Our kid loved the fluffy pet. The food was really good. We had a vacation that felt like home, but without any stress or worry. It was really peaceful, with the only noise being the sound of kids laughing, especially on the large beach that's only a minute or two walk away. The rooms are big and they have all the modern appliances like a TV, air conditioner, fridge, microwave, electric stove, and a shower with good, constant hot water. Everything was clean and fresh. The owner paid attention to every little detail to make it the best. The room and the whole area were really beautiful. The hosts were skilled, nice young people. This was probably the first time everything was perfect: it's not far from the city, has modern facilities, a good price, a nice vibe, and a place to roam around in the evening. Ukraine's nature is beautiful. And the people are great - they know how to live life to the fullest.

You should definitely give your thoughts on this "holiday spot". We chose it based on its Google rating, how close it was to Kiev and the river. When we got there, it wasn't what I expected. I thought for the money we paid, it would be at least as good as a three star hotel in Turkey with free beer. But I was really upset, because it felt like going back in time to the early 2000s at the Azov Sea in Milekino. Everything was the same. From the lady who never sleeps and greets everyone, to the loud noise from kids, mosquitoes and even the smell (although that might have been from our neighbors, I won't lie). I can't understand how such a terrible holiday spot could get such a good rating.

You'll want to keep coming back to this place once you visit it! The hosts, Yana and Vadik, treat their guests like family. The place is really pretty and well-kept. They have a house with 6 nice, clean rooms. The wifi is great! There's also an amazing sauna that we used a lot. The beach is close by, just 100 meters away, and it's really beautiful with sand. The owner makes his own taranka (a type of food), which is so delicious. We hope Yana and Vadik continue to do well and get nice guests. We'll see you soon! 😘😘😘😘

I'm going to share my experience of this place. I've never seen such fake and unprofessional people. We tried to book a room. My business partner called first, and then I called to understand everything clearly. But when it was time to pay, they said no. When my friend asked why, they showed him a bad review about me from an app called "Getcontact" on "Viber". This led to a nasty conversation with my business partner, as our holiday was ruined because of me, and I had to prove that I'm not a fool. Despite this, we rented a place nearby and enjoyed two weeks of fishing. So, that's it.

They also said we could arrive early without any extra cost and suggested we could stay a bit longer and walk to the river before leaving!
The guest house is clean and well-kept. The rooms are great! Everything is new and modern. They have everything you might need, even a grater in the kitchen.
We did a barbeque. There's a good barbeque area in the yard, and you can use the skewers and grill for free, which is not the case in other guest houses.
There's also a bathhouse on the property. We were really happy with it. It had everything we needed.

The place has a good sauna that can fit lots of people. It has a big steam room, a pool, and a drain from the bathtub. Everything that's needed is there. There's also a grill at the entrance for cooking food after using the sauna.

We stayed in room 6 from October 14 to 17. The weather was nice and the fall scenery was beautiful! The rooms were warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The place was really clean with clean white bedsheets and great mattresses, which is hard to find these days. The surrounding area was also tidy and there were still beautiful roses blooming! The owners made us real morning coffee from a machine in the gazebo, which was lovely. They were really helpful and tried their best to meet our needs. Big thanks to Yana and Vadim for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back! From, Irina and Alexey.

This is a fantastic spot for a peaceful holiday by the Desna River. My family and I stayed for a few days and we really enjoyed it. We knew it was going to be good when we first called to book, because the lady named Jana who answered the phone was so friendly and warm. When we got there, we found out that she was the owner and she was even nicer in person. The hosts were very kind and made us feel like we were part of their family.
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was big and had nice furniture. It also had everything we could possibly need and even more. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making the room nice.
The beach is close by and there's a really good sauna on the property.

This is a great place with neat rooms that have a nice look and recent renovations. The area is kept up well and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hosts are really friendly and they helped us with many things, they even brought us a tasty meal when we didn't feel like going out.
They're always ready to help and I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here completely.
You can do fun things like take a boat ride on the Desna or make barbecue in the summer house for a small fee of 200 UAH per day.

Went on holiday in August with my wife and kid. The "pier" is pretty. I wasn't sure what to expect from the pictures because usually the place doesn't look as good as the photos with broken furniture and lots of dust. But this place was a nice surprise. The furniture and repairs were in good shape, it was really clean, and that was important because we had our kid with us. The house was well-built. It kept out noise and was made of good materials. Couldn't hear neighbours, storms, or wind. There's a rule that everyone has to be quiet after 10pm which is great for families and especially those with young kids. I felt bad for the people staying at the campsites nearby where people were singing loudly at night.

I really enjoyed staying at the "Prichala" apartments, it's in a beautiful place by the Desna river. The rooms feel like they were made just for you. It feels like home, everything you need is there and it's all great quality. Room number 4 has its own balcony, with views of the river and natural scenery - it's magical! We really relaxed having our meals there.
The balcony is big enough for a drying rack, a table with 3 chairs and there's still room left over. I've included a picture of part of it.
Thank you to Yana and Vadim for being so welcoming, helping with the barbecue, and providing a playpen and bed guard for our little girl. Vadim makes a really good taranka that you can order. It's a great place to stay with young kids and families, it's quiet and the area is well-kept.

The nature around was amazing. We got to watch bunnies and birds from our balcony, something we don't get to see in the city. The Desna was only a 2-minute walk away.
We had a really good vacation.

Had an amazing holiday. The rooms had everything you could need. The lake was really clean and great for fishing. You could easily walk to buy tasty goat's milk and various types of cheese. It's a place that anyone can enjoy at any time of the year. If you like fishing and mushroom picking, you'll love it here. The hosts were very welcoming. I came from Europe and was really happy with the accommodation and the friendliness of the hosts. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable vacation.

This is a great place with very friendly hosts. It's clean and beautiful everywhere. You can find everything you need here. The yard has lots of flowers and there's a guest area with tables and a barbecue under a shelter. The room is big, welcoming, and well-furnished. It's got good quality fixtures, furniture, and dishware. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. It was our first time choosing a holiday spot near Kievomi and it was a great choice. We're happy we met such a nice family who takes good care of their guests.

This place is great. The rooms are really nice and have everything you need like a stove, kettle, microwave, air conditioner, fan, and TV. Our room even had a painting on the wall that made it feel like the outdoors was coming inside. There's a closed yard with tables under a cover. My 8-year-old son played with other kids there. There's also a grill and coffee machine for guests. The balcony view of the river is awesome and it's not far to walk to. The beach is really good too. It's sandy and has lots of sun and shade spots under trees.

There's also a kitchen, which is great if you're staying for a while with kids. The garden has really beautiful roses! The place is clean and peaceful. The guest house is near the beach, which isn't too busy. There are trees on the beach too, so you can sit in the sun or the shade. The closest shop is just a quick walk away. Plus, it's not expensive to stay here!

Our group of four, including two adults and two children, stayed in a clean, spacious 35 square meter room. The room was well-furnished and included all necessary amenities for cooking. The internet connection was also good. Outside, there was a big gazebo with a barbecue area where we could purchase firewood and coal. The beach was only 250 meters away and was clean and sandy, frequented by many locals from Kiev. The area was very peaceful and wasn't meant for loud groups, making it a perfect spot for family relaxation. Most of the guests, like us, were families who seemed to rent rooms for extended periods, even up to a month.

The rooms were neat, comfy and homey. The girls in our family loved the room with the balcony because of the amazing view of the meadow. We also liked the big two-room room on the ground floor.
The place was well-kept and tidy. The rose garden was full of various roses - the scents were amazing! It's clear that the owners really care for every inch of the "Pier".
The nature, air, beach and fishing were all great. We had a blast. We hope to visit again many times!

What a lovely place! The hosts were really welcoming! It felt like we were visiting old friends)
The rooms were neat, comfy and homey. The girls in our family loved the room with the balcony because of the amazing view of the meadow. We also liked the big two-room room on the ground floor.
The place was well-kept and tidy. The rose garden was full of various roses - the scents were amazing! It's clear that the owners really care for every inch of the "Pier".
The nature, air, beach and fishing were all great. We had a blast. We hope to visit again many times!

Stayed from 28th to 30th May. The hosts were really nice and the place was warm and welcoming. Even though the weather was bad, it was still a comfortable stay. They even had a sauna which was a nice touch. Everything was clean - the area, the rooms, and they were well-maintained. It had everything needed for a good holiday! I would suggest this place!

This is a great spot. It's tucked away at the edge of the village, just a short walk from the water. It's so quiet and peaceful. The hosts treated us like family and were very helpful. The dock is incredible - pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are comfortable, everything is new and well-kept. They have a great grill! The sauna is really high-quality and luxurious. It's the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. The owners do a great job keeping everything looking beautiful.

We had a great holiday, we loved everything about it! The owners were really nice and it's clear they care about their business. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The barbecue was easy to use. There's a lovely beach near the Desna river. We didn't go swimming because it was too cold, but the fishing was fantastic! I would recommend this place to everyone!

This is one of those rare times when I feel like leaving a review. We visited this place for the first time but we're already keen to go back. To simply say it's a good place doesn't do it justice. The online photos don't capture how amazing it really is. This is the first time I've been somewhere that's even better in real life. The rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay and I was impressed with how clean everything was.
The owners, Janochka and Vadim, are fantastic. They're helpful and approachable. If you're looking for a great vacation experience, you should definitely go there. This is a place with heart.

We had a birthday party here and really enjoyed it. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and tidy. There's a good barbecue and outdoor space for eating and hanging out. It's close to some pretty scenery too.

This is a great place to take a break! The rooms are neat and cozy. The beds are very clean. The air conditioner works fast and makes the room cool. Everything is well planned for a nice stay. It's a perfect place to relax! I can assure you: it looks much better in real life than in the photos. You should visit "The Pier" - you won't be disappointed. We will certainly visit again in the summer. There's a lovely beach connected to "The Pier" by a green path. The sand is clean. I officially started the beach season on May 16, 2021. I didn't go for a swim because the water is cold. But I will definitely return in the summer.

I visited this place for the first time during the May 2021 holidays. It's a nice place to take a break with kids. The rooms are nice and recently updated. All the necessary items for relaxation and cooking are available in the room.
The place also has a great sauna that uses wood for heating and a pool. A convenience store and a local brewery are also near, just 1.7 km away.

We've been to this guest house multiple times. The rooms are really clean, nice and well-maintained with all the things you need to have a great stay. There's a big, clean yard with a nice place to sit and a barbecue. There's also a river and a big beach nearby. A fun extra is the great sauna with a pool on the property. The people who run the place are friendly and attentive. I'd suggest the Pier for both family trips and hanging out with friends. It's a cozy place no matter what time of year it is.

There were cameras everywhere and there was lighting in the evening. The bathhouse deserves its own review. I've tried many bathhouses and this one is definitely a 5-star!
