I arranged to go on Saturday, after putting in a lot of work and time making plans. When I got there, the steam room was taken. They didn't say sorry or suggest a way to fix the problem. I wouldn't suggest going there.

12 February 2022 pm28 18:55 We stayed in the 'New York' room. They said it would be big enough for 5 people, but it was actually very small. It was okay for two people, but for five, it was extremely tiny. I wouldn't suggest this room if you're a group of 3 or more.

People are smoking in the hallways and the smell of cigarette smoke gets into the other rooms.
The hot tub was dirty and had sand in it.
You should only visit the new relaxation areas.

29 January 2022 pm31 23:31 I visited "exploration" for the first time and I was happy with what I found. I tried room #5. The room was big and nice. There was a toilet and a shower with a bucket of cold water. There was also a jacuzzi with cold water. It wasn't a swimming pool, but it was still good. The place was clean and tidy. I did see some mold in the shower, but that's common in such places. There were a few problems, but the steam room made up for them. It was small, but it had a wood-burning stove. The smell was amazing. You can set the temperature however you want. Overall, it was great!

Ideally, the room fits 4 people and at most 6, but we still had fun even with 8. What I didn't like: 1. There was no parking, so you have to find a spot nearby which can be time-consuming. 2. The building's door opens directly onto the road which is only about 1.5-2 meters away, so it's not very safe. 3. The building, including the hall, looks like it's still under construction both inside and outside.
Despite this, the hall was very nice, clean, and tidy. There was a shower, a cold-water pool, and a steam room. The steam room was great! The temperature and humidity were just right. This is the main reason why some people visit bathhouses.

The bathhouse is clean and follows health and safety rules.

We wish they had a pool table too, then we'd visit more often. We usually visit three times a year with our group and they give us a discount because we're regulars. We always have a great time and feel relaxed there. The place is very clean and comfortable so I highly recommend it!

25 December 2021 pm31 12:08 We went to the 3rd hall at Banya. The sauna was amazing. It was dry and 90 degrees when we arrived. We forgot to add more wood at one point and the temperature dropped to 75, but it rose quickly after adding more logs. The wood-burning sauna was really nice. We stayed for 3 hours but we could have used more time. We could have used a second shower and there was a valet on the top shelf in the sauna. From what I understand, this hall is meant for a smaller group but it was the only one available when we booked. These are minor issues though. We brought our own things and hair dryer, they did offer these at the entrance but since we live nearby we brought our own. Overall, I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the quality of the steam, which is the most important part!

The sauna room was big and neat. The best part was the wood-fired stove! It not only made the room cozy but also let us control the temperature. It felt like a true Ukrainian wood-burning sauna! I would absolutely suggest this place and I'll definitely be coming back. Good job, guys!

They keep adding new things, so you can pick a sauna that you like. You can borrow a towel, get a broom, buy a hat if you left yours, or even order tea and hookah. They give you stuff like cups and fruit plates for free. Make sure to reserve ahead of time! The service is good and the prices are nice!

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap in the shower, trash in the pool and stained sheets. When we asked about the sheets, they said they were cleaned, but they still had stains. The staff didn't seem to care about this. They thought it was okay because it's a bathhouse, not a hotel.

The bathroom tiles are slanted, it's like walking on a ski slope. I ended up getting hurt on my leg during my visit to the bathhouse.

She said something else I couldn't hear, then hung up. I don't want to call back or visit them after that. Employees like her damage the business's image. I feel bad for the owner.

Sorry, but today is a busy bath day due to the special event called "Epiphany". Can you imagine being the person who has to respond every minute from 7 am, saying that everything is fully booked? Maybe you could try calling again tomorrow? We have very nice and comfortable family baths.
