I arranged to go on Saturday, after putting in a lot of work and time making plans. When I got there, the steam room was taken. They didn't say sorry or suggest a way to fix the problem. I wouldn't suggest going there.

We stayed in the 'New York' room. They said it would be big enough for 5 people, but it was actually very small. It was okay for two people, but for five, it was extremely tiny. I wouldn't suggest this room if you're a group of 3 or more.

I enjoyed myself a lot, had a great steam bath. You can add wood on your own and control the heat.

Our heater stopped working two times and we were really cold but they didn't offer us a cheaper rate.

People are smoking in the hallways and the smell of cigarette smoke gets into the other rooms.

The hot tub was dirty and had sand in it.

You should only visit the new relaxation areas.

Suggested, visit often, really happy. Cleanliness is top-notch. Staff is excellent. Atmosphere is perfect.

This is an awesome place! The sauna is made of wood, and it's clean, neat, and big. They even have a lounge where you can order a hookah. If you forgot to bring anything like essential oils, hats, towels, or slippers, don't worry - they have all these things for sale.

The bathhouse is really good. It has a nice vibe and ambiance.

I visited "exploration" for the first time and I was happy with what I found. I tried room #5. The room was big and nice. There was a toilet and a shower with a bucket of cold water. There was also a jacuzzi with cold water. It wasn't a swimming pool, but it was still good. The place was clean and tidy. I did see some mold in the shower, but that's common in such places. There were a few problems, but the steam room made up for them. It was small, but it had a wood-burning stove. The smell was amazing. You can set the temperature however you want. Overall, it was great!

We had a great vacation.

The Santorini lounge is good. It has a lot of room. The sauna gets really warm. The water is not dirty. Everyone enjoyed it and it didn't cost much!

We stayed in room number 7 with a group of 8 people, which was more than the room could comfortably hold. Ideally, the room fits 4 people and at most 6, but we still had fun even with 8. What I didn't like: 1. There was no parking, so you have to find a spot nearby which can be time-consuming. 2. The building's door opens directly onto the road which is only about 1.5-2 meters away, so it's not very safe. 3. The building, including the hall, looks like it's still under construction both inside and outside.

Despite this, the hall was very nice, clean, and tidy. There was a shower, a cold-water pool, and a steam room. The steam room was great! The temperature and humidity were just right. This is the main reason why some people visit bathhouses.

I took my kids to this place 40 times and I really loved it.

I stumbled upon this bathhouse and really liked it. I first tried the Japanese room, then the American one. It's not near a subway station, and I'm not sure how to get there by bus or train, but finding parking nearby is difficult.

The bathhouse has a really nice design that makes you feel good. There's a pretty cool fireplace that shows you the temperature and when you need to add more wood. There's also a thermometer and an hourglass inside the sauna. They even have a big bed. It costs 500 UAH per hour. You can use brooms in there too. The pool is at a nice temperature. It's cool, but it doesn't make you feel cold. There are sofas to relax on and tables. Even though we don't go there for those things, it's nice to have them. The bathhouse is clean and follows health and safety rules.

We stayed in room 5 with 7 adults and 2 kids. The bathhouse was good and clean. The sauna was great and the people working there were nice. But, the water in the hot tub was cold and the kids didn't like it. Overall, I would suggest it.

We stayed in room #5 and we don't want to go back there because it was too tiny. We've been visiting these guys for many years and we really like it there. We wish they had a pool table too, then we'd visit more often. We usually visit three times a year with our group and they give us a discount because we're regulars. We always have a great time and feel relaxed there. The place is very clean and comfortable so I highly recommend it!

We went to the 3rd hall at Banya. The sauna was amazing. It was dry and 90 degrees when we arrived. We forgot to add more wood at one point and the temperature dropped to 75, but it rose quickly after adding more logs. The wood-burning sauna was really nice. We stayed for 3 hours but we could have used more time. We could have used a second shower and there was a valet on the top shelf in the sauna. From what I understand, this hall is meant for a smaller group but it was the only one available when we booked. These are minor issues though. We brought our own things and hair dryer, they did offer these at the entrance but since we live nearby we brought our own. Overall, I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the quality of the steam, which is the most important part!

I've changed my mind and updated my review. All the bad things have been fixed. It's cozy and has a nice vibe. It's a good place to relax without spending a lot of money.

This is a really good spot with affordable prices, nice employees, and the baths are awesome too.

I've been to this bathhouse before. It's usually pretty good. The only bad thing is that they've been doing construction for a year. But, the bathhouse itself is good.

Great place! We stayed in the Japanese room and it was really comfy. Everything was high quality and stylish, and it looked like it had just been renovated. The sauna room was big and neat. The best part was the wood-fired stove! It not only made the room cozy but also let us control the temperature. It felt like a true Ukrainian wood-burning sauna! I would absolutely suggest this place and I'll definitely be coming back. Good job, guys!

It was a nice steam

This is a great place! We've been going for a long time. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, all decorated differently. They keep adding new things, so you can pick a sauna that you like. You can borrow a towel, get a broom, buy a hat if you left yours, or even order tea and hookah. They give you stuff like cups and fruit plates for free. Make sure to reserve ahead of time! The service is good and the prices are nice!

I really like this place. Don't worry about how the outside looks, it will be fixed soon. I'm a designer and I created all the inside spaces in this building.

I stayed in a room there. It was really good, they had hookahs in the room. The staff was very helpful and they would answer the phone at any time, even late at night.

It's a nice bathhouse to pass the time.

My friends and I have been coming to this place for a long time. We really enjoy it.

Overall, the place looks nice but the service is terrible. We went twice and were completely let down the second time. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap in the shower, trash in the pool and stained sheets. When we asked about the sheets, they said they were cleaned, but they still had stains. The staff didn't seem to care about this. They thought it was okay because it's a bathhouse, not a hotel.

Good spot, it's not often you come across a sauna this tidy.

Lots of rooms, good service

It's a really good place to stay. The only issue is that there aren't many parking spots across the road.

Great sauna, we've been going there with friends for 5 years! They have many different types of rooms, and it's not expensive.

The sauna is nice. The pool is not big and pretty chilly, but you can adjust to it. There are some repairs going on, but they don't interrupt relaxation. Room 1 is good.

Everything is great. The steam room is a bit tight in room 5. But overall, it's pretty awesome, everything is fine.

Bathhouse number 5 is great. The first floor, however, is not very attractive. The employees don't focus much on customer satisfaction.

Think twice if this spa is worth the hassle. You can't drive here as there's no parking available, and there's no one to keep an eye on your car.

The steam room is nice and you can use a broom to steam. The decor is old and worn out. The main issue is that the floors are extremely slippery. The bathroom tiles are slanted, it's like walking on a ski slope. I ended up getting hurt on my leg during my visit to the bathhouse.

The bathhouse is pretty good. We picked a room with a hot tub, but it can only run for 20 minutes before needing a break. The lounge area is comfortable.

I called during lockdown on January 19 and a rude woman answered. I asked if they were open and she snapped, "We are working!" She said something else I couldn't hear, then hung up. I don't want to call back or visit them after that. Employees like her damage the business's image. I feel bad for the owner.

The service is really poor. The bath isn't too bad and the decor is pretty nice, but there is mold all over the place and it's really gross.

Good sauna place, with lots of different rooms. They have a Russian and Finnish style sauna, and it looks like they have a sauna worker, but you need to book in advance.
