23 August 2021 pm31 13:54 This is a great spot to unwind completely. The food is really tasty and the service is top-notch with very caring staff. The cottage is neat and well-organized. There are two swimming pools for four cottages. There's also a sauna close to the woods. We loved the large 30-meter terraces that had outdoor furniture and a view of the lake. There's a pine forest behind the lake and the sunset view is stunning. I'd highly recommend a visit.

The bathroom is nice and neat with a shower and constant hot water. The staff is friendly and quiet. They also allow small dogs and treat them well. Having a fridge in the room is an added bonus.

The location is okay, it's close to a forest and a lake. But the host was really rude! When I asked about the price, he said it was too high for me. I didn't want to fight with him. A true gentleman would never be rude to a lady he doesn't know!

7 June 2021 pm30 14:48 I often visit this place on weekends. It's really great! It's surrounded by nature (I took a photo of a funny "mustache" on a bench). It's very quiet and peaceful, with good Wi-Fi. The food in the restaurant is delicious.
I went to the sauna in the winter. It was brand new and you could jump straight into a pool of icy water. It was amazing!
It takes about 40-50 minutes to get there from the city center. The route through Vyshgorod is prettier, but the one through Gostomel is also good.

The best part about this place is that it's near the city, surrounded by beautiful nature and quiet (unless you have noisy neighbours). You can see the water, the area is clean and there are pools. It's also pretty affordable if you split the cost between four people.
I want to mention that Inga, one of the staff, was really nice to us.
However, one downside is that you have to pay to use the barbecue (300 hryvnias for 2 hours), which seems a bit too much.

Thanks for your review. We respond to reviews primarily for the benefit of those who read them, and they can influence their decisions. So, when you're booking a hotel or a cottage, always be honest about how many people will be staying. In this case, a different number of guests showed up than was initially stated. This caused problems for everyone. Some guests were upset about having to pay more and not getting the expected "satin from America". Others were annoyed about dealing with these "freeloaders". As a result, even the sun didn't seem as bright, the coffee didn't taste as good, and the grill was flawed.

This is a peaceful and beautiful place surrounded by nature. It's close to a forest and the rooms have a view of the lake. The terrace is a magical place where you can enjoy the view and listen to the birds sing. We had a family vacation here and it was a great escape from the city life and technology for us and our kids. We also enjoyed the sauna which had eucalyptus broom and Carpathian tea. Everything was so relaxing and pleasant. The food was fresh and delicious. The pizza made by the cook, Anastasia, was the best we've ever had. I'd recommend this place to everyone. I wish Villa Relax success and hope it continues to attract happy guests.

Went on holiday with buddies! Great place. The workers are awesome and they make tasty food. The hookah is good too. We visited the sauna, it was fantastic, highly suggested! What more do you need for a fun break!!!!

There are swimming pools. The whole place feels cozy and homey. There's a trampoline and a playground for kids. There's a lot of nature. The food is yummy. There's also a sauna. Everything is great, simple and comfy.

They immediately showed us to our cabin and helped with our bags. The cabin was neat, comfortable and had all the comforts we needed. The restaurant was warm and cozy, and even had heated floors that the kids enjoyed playing on. We had coffee, which was really good, and made cocoa for the kids, even though it wasn't on the menu, which was a nice surprise. We ordered food for six people, and it arrived surprisingly fast despite the large order. Overall, the place is comfortable, serves good food, has a nice view, and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to cater to guests. You really should visit this place!

12 January 2021 pm31 19:14 I'm really upset about the service at this country resort. I tried to ignore the problems so it wouldn't ruin the holiday for me and my friends. But when we had an issue, the only staff member there, Anastasia, purposely started a fight. She complained to the boss that one of our group was rude to her. All of us were in the restaurant and we called the boss on speakerphone. We asked Anastasia who was rude and what they said. She couldn't remember who it was (out of the five of us staying in the cottage), what happened, or what was said. She also said that maybe one of us was drunk, and that's why she couldn't remember.
