The hotel receptionist was the only good thing about this place. They were always tired, didn't have good manners or a friendly face. Every time I checked in, there was a problem finding my prepayment or confusion with my last name. I had to call multiple times just to get firewood for the barbecue. The worst part was when we planned to relax in the hot tub. We ordered it for 9 PM and had to confirm and remind them several times. When we got in, the water was almost cold. We measured the temperature ourselves and it was 30 degrees, even though they said it should be 38-40 degrees. We had to threaten to get our 1200 UAH back, even though they said they could only give us 600 UAH back because they used firewood. Why should we pay for firewood and cold water? It's not our fault the hot tub wasn't warm and the firewood was used up. We showed up on time and left at 9:25 PM because of these issues.

This is a nice spot for a couple or small group to take a break over the weekend. There's a pine forest and a lake you can swim in, but the water's not all that clean. The staff are helpful and the food's really tasty. The rooms have air conditioning, a TV, and a fridge, and you can request a kettle if you need one.

We stayed for a night. The person at the front desk was nice and helped us check in. The place is big and really pretty. It's peaceful and comfortable. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was a surprise. The food was really good and presented beautifully. As for the staff, they might not be as professional as those in fancy restaurants, but they were really happy to see us and did a great job. We liked everything, thanks!

The place looks good, but there's a problem with the manager! They said we could come and pick a house, but when we got there, all the houses were already taken. The price listed on the website was 2 thousand UAH, and the manager also said it was 2 thousand UAH. I paid a 50% deposit. The next day, they started calling me saying that they didn't have any tables and I had to pay an extra 500 UAH, plus more for basic things that should already be part of the house price.

I want to cancel my booking and get my deposit back, but nobody's answering the phone! It's so frustrating! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I went here today for a kebab. The server was nice. He wished me a good holiday multiple times. They really need to replace the chef who makes the kebabs. I think he'll understand what I'm talking about. The cappuccino was just okay. The scenery was a bonus.

Your prices are more expensive than most places in Kiev, so we shouldn't have to deal with issues like the ones we had today!

I'm annoyed because I had to pay 1k hryvnia more than the listed price when I booked, and no one told me even though I booked a month ahead. No one showed us to the house, we had to find it ourselves. We also had to remind them about the firewood and skewers, which we had to pay for separately, but that wasn't a big deal. The nature around the house is really great, but be ready that the actual price might be a lot higher. This really bothered me.

The place is really pretty with a lake and many trails. You can even explore the forest beyond the grounds. The homes are nicely lit up, and there are lamp-like stumps around that make the place feel cozy. There are also lots of cats around.

You can borrow a barbecue grill, and they'll give you wood, skewers and a grill. The rules say you can't bring crocodiles (seriously, no joke), so leave them at home.

The spot is great! It's a holiday spot in the woods next to a pond, with fresh air that makes you sleep really well. There are many animals already there, so you can't bring your own dogs, but if you could, it'd be totally awesome!

I have mixed feelings about my recent experience. For my birthday, my husband and I decided to rent a cabin and a separate bathhouse from December 7th to 8th. We were offered a one-story house for 1200 UAH by Bucking. We were told by the manager that such rooms usually cost 1800 UAH. However, they gave us a two-story house for the price of a one-story, saying it was a birthday gift for me.

I asked for a 10% discount on the bath since it was my birthday, but the manager said that they didn't offer such a discount. They said it was a website error (I have attached a screenshot from the website).

We also ordered dinner to be delivered to our room. We had to pay an extra 10% for the delivery but they gave us a 10% discount because it was my birthday.

I really like this place. I have a lot of fun memories here. The food is always tasty. I love the cabins. And the area is really pretty.

This is a lovely, comfy place. It's really nice to visit during autumn. The homes are neat and heated, an ideal spot for a family holiday.

I visited this place for a work event and everything was okay until the event ended. Then, it felt like the staff just wanted us to leave. We were rushed out into the cold with the staff telling us to extend our stay at the restaurant or take all of our belongings and leave.

In all my experience, I've never seen such behavior from local staff, especially the banquet manager. Even well-known places like Sobi-Club don't act this way.

In short, if you want to be charged extra for nothing, this is the place for you!

We stayed in a cabin with a sauna. Overall, it was nice. We liked the sauna, the cabin was clean, and the area was small but comfortable. There were also adorable rabbits.

There were a few things we didn't like:

1. There was no light. We had to use a generator, but it was cold while we waited for it to warm up during the rain.

2. We couldn't get into the restaurant during the day because there was a corporate event and it was all booked. The next morning they were preparing for a wedding. So, don't expect to sit by the windows with a view. They'll ask you to sit either at the bar or outside.

3. We wanted to grill kebabs but the paid barbecue area didn't have a roof, so we couldn't grill when it was raining.

Scenery's a credit, service is easy

We love this place for family holidays. We've been coming here many times a year for a long time. The houses are comfy, the food is great, and the staff is nice. There have been some bad times (like once the house wasn't clean enough, and another time breakfast was served too slow). But even the little issues don't ruin how awesome this place is.

Some of the workers at Villa Vita didn't treat the performers well. Specifically, the manager told them to leave the venue as soon as the event finished without discussing it beforehand. The reason given was that they wanted to celebrate a personal event and wanted to get home early. But they forgot that the performers, like the artist, host, and DJ, are also part of the event. In fact, the host chose Villa Vita for a wedding event and is in a way their one-time boss.

Great place, very beautiful.

This is a nice and peaceful spot that's perfect for a real break. It's great for a family holiday because there's lots of room for kids to play and have fun without bothering other guests. There are many ducks and rabbits on the property. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful waiter who knew the menu well.

The food at the restaurant is very tasty. The cabins are comfortable and nice. I have had a great time here for the fourth year straight.

It's neat and peaceful here. There are baby ducks in the water and bunnies on the ground. You can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

It's a great place for a vacation

The place is very tidy and comfy. The food in the restaurant tastes great. The cabins are nicely spaced out.

It's a lovely spot, great for chilling out with friends all day. But the pool has no water left(( We need to fill it up.

We had our wedding here on August 11, 2021. The surroundings were beautiful, the food was really good, and the staff were nice. It's a great spot for a quiet ceremony with a view of a pond. The hall was comfortable and had a good view. We want to thank Sergey, the manager, and the serving staff. They served everything on time and we didn't have any problems with the food or how it was brought out all night. We're really glad we picked this place.

This is a nice forest spot about an hour away from Kiev. It's great for people who like pine trees and lakes. They have a good place to eat too. You can hire little huts for BBQs and cabins to sleep in. You can also play paintball. They even have rabbits, but we didn't see any when we were there.

This is a great place in the countryside with small houses, outdoor shelters, and a restaurant. My husband and I stayed here for the second time and rented a house for a day. The views from every house are fantastic. You can also rent an outdoor shelter separately. The area is really beautiful with pine trees, a pond, and lots of ducks and rabbits running around. There are also saunas and a little beach. The only negative point was the restaurant. The food portions are too small for the price. I enjoyed the pasta, but the serving was really small, even for a restaurant. And my husband wasn't happy with his order of toast and scrambled eggs, especially considering it cost 95grn.

This awesome spot keeps getting better. It has a tidy little beach where you can feed ducks for free. They have loads of fun stuff to do such as volleyball, boating, and biking but you have to pay for these. The restaurant food is great and you can pick almost anywhere to eat. Everything is clean and well-kept. You have the option to visit the beach or the restaurant, or you can hang out in the comfy, roomy log cabins for a true nature-focused vacation.

This place is great for a weekend getaway. It's easy to get to, the area is clean and safe, there's a place to park and eat, and it's not too expensive.

We really enjoyed ourselves, but it would be nice to have a playground with a sandbox for the younger children. Also, adding pizza to the food options would be good.

The holiday was great, the location was extremely pretty and neat, and the natural surroundings were awesome. The house was very tidy and comfortable, the bed and towels were clean. Swam in the lake. The restaurant was a bit expensive.
