Even in winter, you can find a fun place to holiday! We had a fantastic time at the "POLYANA UDACHI" holiday center over the weekend! The cabins were really cozy and warm, not at all like winter! They were clean and comfy. The bathhouse and vat were amazing! Wishing this place and its staff lots of success and good health! We'll definitely be back! We haven’t even tried the pool yet!

If you're looking for a wild party, this isn't the place for you. There are lots of families with kids here, and you might ruin both their and your own relaxation. If you just want to chill out, have a drink, grill some kebabs, and take a dip in the pool, this place is perfect. I enjoyed pretty much everything, even the simple but tasty breakfast. On the downside, the resort is in the middle of nowhere, the shower is awkwardly placed almost over the toilet, and the cost doesn't quite match the quality. But if you do decide to come, you should have a good time.

4 December 2021 pm31 22:05 The vacation is priced okay, but the quality of the houses doesn't match the price. Half of the rooms are said to be newly built. But, they look like they were made with old stuff. The bathroom is really old-fashioned, the air conditioners are 15 years old, and the furniture looks worn out. The swimming pool is great and even has a special area for kids.

I really enjoyed it. The swimming pool is awesome. The food is really good, really yummy and there's lots of it. I split the meals into two for my kids because they were so large.

Last year, the cost was suitable for the condition of the holiday homes. But this year, their cheapest rate of 2000grn during weekdays is way too costly. For that price, you can find many better vacation spots that have been nicely renovated.

The cabins have not been fixed up in a long time and the shower is just a hose over the toilet with a drain in the floor. The air conditioning is only on the top floor and the TV is only on the bottom floor. It's hard to decide where to sleep. But, the people in charge are really good and they do everything they can to make you happy!

This is a nice place to relax, whether you're with family or a big group. The workers are friendly. There's plenty of tree shade near the houses and free parking. They also have a nice pool with a kid's section and outdoor hot tubs. On the downside, there aren't enough umbrellas by the pool, the room items are old, there are no cushions on the sunbeds near the houses (even though there used to be), and there's no lake or river close by (the nearest one is a couple of kilometers away). But, they do have free Wi-Fi and a karaoke system.

The pool is really good and the water is clean. We got delicious pancakes with honey for breakfast. However, there are some negatives too. The houses are in poor condition, and the toilet wasn't working properly. The furniture in the houses needs to be replaced. Also, it's quite expensive at 2300 hryvnia per day. You could get a week's stay in Berdyansk for that much! I think it's not worth more than 500 hryvnia per day. I probably won't go back there.

2 July 2021 pm31 22:15 We went to the bathhouse. The bathhouse and tubs need fixing and updating. The sauna is fine, with a good temperature, but the shower and toilet could be better.
There's a room filled with hay which is nice to relax in after the sauna.
We brought a teapot filled with honey tea, which was a good thing.
Before we left, they changed the water in the tub for the next visitors, which was nice.
Overall, I'd rate the place as average.

I visited this place a week ago. The only good thing was that it wasn't crowded, with just around 4-5 houses. The natural surroundings were nice, although the weather wasn't great. But that's where the positives stop.
The houses were in terrible condition, old, with squeaky floors and beds. The bed sheets were staticky. The showers were awful - the shower head was directly over the toilet, which was hard to believe until I saw it. It seemed impossible to take a shower there.
The staff was almost nonexistent. We had to find the security guard to open the gate at 11 pm because we needed to get something from our car. It took us about 20 minutes to find them. We tried calling the manager, but there was no signal, which wasn't surprising considering the location. They claimed that security was supposed to monitor the cars at night, but I highly doubt that.

The place is awesome, with a great pool and a bath. The Carpathian vat is amazing! It's a peaceful place, with houses spaced out so you don't bother your neighbors. We were two families with kids and we stayed in a two-story house. Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed it!

1 June 2021 am30 06:14 This is a good spot for family trips or hanging out with friends. The homes are comfy and warm with a kitchen and bathroom. There's also a backyard and a barbecue. We love using the pool in the summer and the bath and vat in spring and autumn. The herbal tea was really nice too. I think it's a good place to go.

Good food for a fair price! But there are cats everywhere trying to snatch food from your table and a dog roaming around - these are the downsides.

16 March 2021 pm31 13:45 I'm just giving my honest opinion! Overall, it's okay, the people who work there are nice! The cabins need some work and fixing up. Right now, the cabins are warm (I liked the heating)! You need to bring your own slippers. They did give us breakfast (they gave us pancakes, sour cream, tea bags, and sugar). It costs 1200grn per day. They have air conditioning, cable, and wifi. There's a grill and a shelter in the yard. The sauna: the steam room is okay, the rest area looks old (I would change the furniture), the shower could be better. There isn't a pool, just a bucket with water in the shower. The brooms were made from oak, birch, maple, linden. One broom costs 80grn. A bathrobe is 25grn. We brought our own herbal tea, honey, and water. The rest area has air conditioning and a TV. The place has a swimming pool and a hot tub. They're building more stuff. Hope they keep improving!!!!

15 March 2021 pm31 15:58 I suggest this place to everyone for a holiday! I really enjoyed it. We stayed on March 4 and the cabin was very warm and tidy. It had everything we needed like dishes, bed sheets, and towels. There were pots for porridge and skewers too. It's a really comfortable place to relax! We particularly liked the hot tub. The water was just the right temperature and a guy was always checking if we were okay. Big thanks to him for doing a great job! We also got served tea with honey and doughnuts which was really nice. We also liked the room with hay! Thanks for the great holiday!!!

28 February 2021 pm28 21:13 1) The cabin is not warm enough for cold weather. There are gaps everywhere, letting in cold air. We had to keep our winter clothes on all the time, even while sleeping. We even used a heater with the radiators turned on! This is what you would experience if the temperature drops to around -10 degrees. If I had read a review like this before, I wouldn't have chosen this place for a winter holiday.
