We spent New Year's Eve in the 3rd cabin from December 31st to January 2nd. We were a group of 15 people. The adults had plenty of room and we brought inflatable mattresses for the kids. The sauna was great, and a staff member heated it up for us twice. The towels and bed sheets were clean, and the cabin was tidy.

There were a couple of small issues - the toilet on the first floor smelled bad and the lock on the second floor toilet didn't work. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back!

We stayed in the first cabin. The sauna didn't heat up well, the toilet lock was busted, the house was chilly, the furniture was falling apart, and the mattresses weren't comfy. But, on the bright side, there were cute raccoons around the place.

Everything is great for a celebration.

The person in charge was really nice and explained everything to us. A group of friends stayed in a big, new house with a sauna and we all enjoyed it. We think everyone should try it :)))

I visited to see what cabins were available to rent for a work party.
Pros: The cabin can fit a large group, with enough beds for 8-9 people. It has a kitchen for cooking and a boiler on each floor. Depending on the cabin, there's a sauna or a hot tub. There's also a covered area outside with a grill.
Cons: The furniture is old and worn out, and the sofas are in bad shape. The outside area isn't well-kept and doesn't have a lot of plants. There's no river or pool.
We decided not to stay because we found a better place by the Desna river that was new and well-kept for the same price.
Everyone has different preferences and will choose what's best for them.

The kid went to the camp. It's worth the price. The camp is well-organized. The campgrounds are just okay and are still being developed. It's close to a road. There are no lakes or ponds nearby.

Unforgettable experiences

I sent my kid to a kids' camp. The place was really nice with cute little houses. Everyone found it funny that they had raccoons in a cage.

The first thing to note is that the supervisors are really good! Here are some tips: Clean the building with cleaning products and germ-killers before people arrive. You can hire a cleaning company to do this. Also, split the kids into groups based on how old they are. Some games are good for grown-ups, others are better for kids. I was really sad there was no ice cream! Overall, it was a good experience and I hope things get even better. Thanks for giving my daughter a good time.

The base is good. It has a nice area with raccoons. During summer, it hosts children's camps like IT Friends Camp and others. The buildings are nice - they have showers, a hall, comfortable seating, a smart TV, a modern kitchen, and even a swimming pool and sauna. There are facilities for volleyball, a trampoline, and barbecue with skewers. It feels just like home, or even better! It's a really great base.
A special shoutout to Yura, who works at the base. He's been really helpful with all sorts of things, like starting the barbecue, getting blankets, or advising on cheap local taxis. I recommend this base!

Great! This place has everything you need for a holiday. Anything you request will be given. Plus, you can even feed some awesome raccoons!

Things aren't always as great as they're made out to be. Really consider it before you decide to go there!

The place was really nice with a lovely house that they showed us. It was priced okay, but it would've been great if it was free. I found this place on Instagram, but they had a different name there. It turns out they have multiple Instagram pages with different names. I talked to a girl named Julia from Instagram who said they had availability for May 2-3. We agreed to visit in the evening and were ready to book. When we got there, Julia wasn't there, but an employee showed us the nice house. We loved it and were ready to pay a deposit. But then we were told to call the manager at a specific time, 20:30, and that they would make the call.

We had a birthday party at a cabin that we rented. We really liked it. The house was pretty, well-maintained, had a sauna, and was surrounded by forest and nature. There were even cool raccoons. The person in charge, Milana, was really nice. She showed us around when we arrived and gave us everything we asked for, even dishes. Whenever we had any issue or question, she came right away to help. I would definitely suggest this place for parties and relaxation. It's a great spot.

I've seen both good and bad reviews. It seems each shift operates differently. Unfortunately, we had a not-so-great shift. We held a bachelor party there with four people. Initially, we were excited, but by evening, we didn't feel like staying anymore.

We rented a house with a sauna and a pool. The pool was empty, so we started filling it up. Then we were told off and asked who gave us permission to use water. But, we rented a house with a pool. We also accidentally broke a beer bottle and couldn't find any cleaning supplies. We asked the front desk for a dustpan and a broom, and a young lady scolded us for not knowing how to behave. At midnight, we wanted some coffee.

I'm writing this review after some time. From February 12-14, 2021, we rented a big house for two days, but our experience was really bad. We had a gathering with our loved ones from a different part of Ukraine. Instead of renting an apartment, we decided to get a house to celebrate and spend time together. The house was spacious and seemed nice, but there was one major problem - it was extremely cold. When we first saw the house, it was warm with heated floors in every room. As a pregnant woman and with kids around, I was pleased, thinking it would be cozy. However, after the first hour there, it started getting colder. I contacted the management several times to fix it, and they came...

We ended up at this place because we had no other choices. We were a group of 15 people. The location wasn't bad, but there was a loud highway nearby. The place is big, but it wasn't very clean, maybe because they didn't clean up after winter. We stayed in a pub house. The cleaning was not good, there wasn't enough bed sheets, the furniture was old and the towels were terrible. The place smelled badly. The dishes were old, there were no shot glasses or cups, but they still charged us 200 hryvnia for it and 100 hryvnia for a glass we supposedly broke. The staff wore dirty clothes and looked messy. Overall, we didn't have a good experience. But luckily, we were a young group and didn't pay much attention to these problems.

I enjoyed the home because it was comfortable and inviting, but I wasn't a fan of the beds, particularly the couch.

This place is really great! The staff are fantastic! I've been here on vacation more than once. There are some cute raccoons living around here. There's a place to have a barbecue and you can buy firewood at a reasonable price. It's close to a forest. The accommodations are two-story houses. They provide bedding but you need to bring your own dishes. There's a fridge, stove, and microwave. I would suggest this place for group vacations.

The barbecue room has broken windows, probably damaged by previous visitors.

I'm writing this review a few days after staying at this place. I wanted to let my feelings calm down first. This was our first time renting such a big house in the winter. They didn't tell us how cold the bedrooms would be (they were no warmer than 12 degrees Celsius and our phones even shut off from the cold). They also didn't tell us how hot the water would be (it was only warm, not hot). We stayed in a house with a sauna (the sauna was in the basement and the shower was on the first floor, so we had to run upstairs all the time). The sauna heated up well, which was nice. There was a relaxation room next to the sauna with a pool, comfy beanbags and a mirrored ceiling. There was a big hall with a fireplace and a kitchen on the first floor (the fireplace really helped, it was the only reason the room was warm).
