The sauna staff tricked us for money. They hand out a menu with a QR code that has certain prices, but then the lady acts like she made a mistake and that the menu was old. They also ask you to pay in cash. The hotel management didn't help with this, they just said "we've already said sorry, what more do you want". They didn't give us our money back.

The place is both good and bad because of its unusual but hard-to-reach location. The building is nice, but there were some problems like no hot water in one shower and another shower not working properly. However, the bath was great, there's a cool pool inside and it's comfortable to walk around in swimwear even outside the bath. We were happy, but considering the price, it should have been better.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was delicious and looked great. There was a pretty view of the Dnieper river from the windows.

We had our company's New Year's Eve party at the PHARAON hotel restaurant and we loved it! I want to give a special shout out to Vadim, the manager, and his team. They were great, very welcoming, and always there to help. Keep up the good work guys! I think everyone should have their parties at this restaurant.

Pharaoh is a hotel that floats on water. It is in a quiet spot, away from the city noise. There is easy access to public transport nearby, especially if you have a navigation system. Within walking distance, there are a big statue called Motherland, Ukraine History Museum, and a monument dedicated to the founders of Kiev.

The hotel's design, inside and outside, is inspired by Egyptian style. It's very detailed, cozy, and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. In the lobby, you can see pictures of celebrities who have stayed at the hotel.

We stayed in a double room with two separate beds on the third floor. The view from the window was amazing - you can see the Dnieper river. You can see what I mean in the photo. The room includes a main room and a bathroom.

A person from another country booked a stay for three nights. They called the hotel to ask for directions. A woman answered the phone but didn't tell them her name. It was difficult to get information from her. They had to ask a co-worker to help figure out how to reach the hotel. They were very surprised and upset. They ended up cancelling their booking. The pictures of the hotel looked great and the location seemed excellent, but they could definitely teach the staff a thing or two about how to talk to customers on the phone.

The place is in a cool area where you can walk to a lot of different places like Vydubych Monastery, Kievo-Pecherskaya Lavra, a monument for the founders of Kiev, Spivrchy Polya, a monument for Motherland Motherland and more. It's kind of hard to find at first though. Look for it near the Patona Bridge close to the Vydubychi metro station. The view from the window is really nice. You can see the Dnieper river and the interesting skyline of the left bank. You should go!

I recently went on holiday with my wife and we stayed in a small suite. The hotel was pretty good and clean. The only issues were that there were hardly any power outlets in the room, like ones next to the bed which you usually find. Also, the door lock wasn't strong (even when you lock it, you can still open the door if you push the handle and pull). Aside from these things, everything was great including the breakfast, the view and the staff.

Good hotel. It's all neat, comfortable, and looks nice. The design is nice, and the towels are very white. The people working there are nice and kind. I was happy because the breakfast was free and really good, and there was a big place to park. I will surely go back! I suggest this place!

We stayed for two nights with three families and had a chance to check out both standard and junior suites. They looked just like the pictures. We didn't really care that the bed in Room 8 was a bit worn out, because the mattress was great and the sheets were clean. The hotel staff are very professional. The shower in Room 9 needs a bit of fixing, but overall, the hotel is cozy and comfortable. They gave us extra bedding for the kids at no extra cost and the front desk staff were very helpful. There's also a water cooler. The hotel is decorated with a lot of fancy stuff like natural stones and unique woods. It has an Egyptian feel to it.

It was okay, but they took too long to clean our room, an hour longer than expected. There wasn't a third set of items. The jacuzzi's massage feature didn't work.

The place is peaceful and close to the river, with a lovely view of the Dnieper. My kid really liked the elevator - it looked like one in a palace, so we took a picture. The room was big, had clean towels, and air conditioning, which was nice after a lot of walking.

The hotel is close to the riverfront, a monument to the founders of Kiev, Motherland, Lavra, and is in a handy location.

I was totally let down by this place. I felt like I was tricked. What I saw didn't match what was promised at all. The room was big but it was messy and dirty. The entire hotel needs a makeover. The breakfast was unusual and not suitable for anyone on a healthy diet. The front desk staff was really nice though.

This hotel is old and worn out. It's okay if you're on a tight budget and only staying for a few days. But it's not a good place for a full, relaxing vacation.

Had my wife's birthday party. We liked the restaurant we picked. The food was great and the staff was helpful. The restaurant and hotel room's look and feel were amazing.

The place has a nice outdoor area and big rooms. It's neat, comfortable, and near a body of water. There are frogs near the entrance making cool sounds. It's a peaceful spot in the busy city.

I've always liked this place and it never fails to pleasantly surprise me, even after they moved to a new location. It's impressive how they've managed to keep the place looking fresh, clean and well-kept after all this time. This gives me hope that it will stay this way!

One thing to note is that due to some repair work happening under the bridge, it's best to plan your route in advance. Depending on the traffic conditions, a short distance could take a long time to cover. But if the place isn't too crowded (like, say, 20% occupancy), you might be able to spend extra time coming in or leaving, like they mention on their website.

I really enjoyed my stay, the place was warm and the staff was very nice. A big shout out to Alla, the manager, who's really lovely! She clearly cares about her guests. She quickly changed my room when I didn't like the first one and always asked if I needed anything. The hotel is nice and comfortable, but it is a bit old and there are a few small issues in the rooms that aren't too important but could use some fixing. I would be happy to stay there again! Thanks.

The lady at the reception on December 23 was really nice and easy to talk to. She taught me a lot. The waitress was great too. I appreciate their work on that day. The whole team was amazing. I really wish them the best. I even found an earring I lost because of her smile. They all deserve a 5-star rating from me.
