Really nice hotel, helpful employees, excellent meals.

The cost of the room covers both breakfast and using the sauna. The rooms have all necessary things, are tidy, and the people working there are nice.

Great breakfasts, rented 4 local places for 1100gr, breakfast included.

I really liked how the staff treated me at this restaurant, even though the place wasn't too fancy. Everyone from the coat check was really nice. It's a good spot for winter parties and birthdays because it's big and there's enough room to dance.

I believe that they have a serious stealing problem. Someone took my precious items from my room. They said they would handle it and there was no need to involve the police. But it looks like they were just delaying until I checked out. I'm really upset. I was tricked by the lies of the front desk person. I'm definitely not staying there again.

The hotel is tiny and getting there is a challenge. The rooms are not big, but they're clean. The room I booked was exactly as described and I got the parking I asked for. It would be great to have a lift in the hotel so you don't have to only use the stairs to get to the third floor. This hotel isn't a good fit for people with disabilities.

The hotel is really nice and it's not too far from the city center. My family and I stayed there and our room was big and roomy. The bedsheets and bathroom were clean. The people working there were helpful and nice. They served tasty and filling breakfasts that were included in the room price. It only cost 50 UAH and took 10 minutes to get a taxi to Deribasovskaya.

We booked two rooms for our vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, quiet and cozy. The staff was great. It cost 50 grn for a taxi ride to any part of Odessa. There was a secure parking area inside the property which cost 40 grn per day. We accidentally left our glasses in the room, but when we called, they were ready to send them to us through the mail. They really did a good job.

It's an affordable hotel! I rate it 4 because it's too noisy, there's no soundproofing!

We visited the hotel sauna. It had a nice design, a big pool, couches, and a billiards table, but we had a bad experience with the service there.
1) During the booking process, they didn't hear us well and made a mistake with our time slot. We only found out about this by chance.
2) After we booked, we asked about the jacuzzi. They told us it was there and gave us information about the temperature, but they didn't mention any extra costs. We only found out about this when we got there.
3) Also, the Turkish bath wasn't working. They didn't tell us about this when we booked. They only told us when we got there.
We don't want to go back.

We get good service in a handy location for a fair price.
