This is an awesome spot for a family holiday. There's clean air because it's near the sea and there are pine trees. They have a new sauna area with a heated outdoor pool. There's also a regular and a Roman sauna. If you want, you can get a wellness massage. The cabins are cozy. They have single or double-story ones for bigger families or groups. There's a place for grilling near the cabins. The staff is nice.

We've been going on holiday for many years and more than once a year! The place is really nice with pine trees and lots of green plants. The holiday homes have everything you need, they've thought of everything! The restaurant could be better though! But we will definitely be coming back again and again.

I visited the pool for a weekend getaway. The beds were nice but they didn't provide towels. The pool was large and nice. As for the restaurant, there wasn't a button to call for service. When it came to the menu, the drinks we wanted to order weren't available. They said it was because it was the end of the season and everything was sold out. I understand that it's the end of the season, but if something is on the menu, I expect to be able to order it. This is the first time I've experienced something like this.

It was really nice, neat, and the food was great! A big shout-out to the servers! I can't even think about how much they have to walk in the hot summer. They handle everything from serving in the cabins, to the sunbeds, to the restaurant. They even keep a smile on their faces, I would be grumpy if I had to do that!

We only visited the restaurant. It has a nice feel to it, but we had to wait for 30 minutes to place our order, even though it wasn't busy. We asked about room prices at the front desk, but the staff was not friendly. We were considering staying here for a vacation, but now we're having second thoughts.

I want to begin by pointing out a negative:
There's music playing near the pool all day that has some bad words in it. And there are a lot of kids at the pool! Please do something about it.
Everything else is really good. We stayed for 2 nights in a room close to the pool. It's a nice place for swimming. We could also grill some food. The restaurant service was excellent, they even served food directly to our room. Thanks!

I was hoping to give a positive review, but my experience was not great. The pool used to be cheap to visit in early June 2023, costing between 300 and 500. However, the price suddenly increased to between 500 and 700 a week later. Then, on the morning of June 23, 2023, the price was set at 700 to 900. Just a few hours later, the price shot up to between 700 and 1200. What makes this worse is that they don't even give you towels like other places do.

On top of that, it's nearly impossible to visit on a day off unless you're a guest. With the prices constantly going up, I don't want to go there anymore. It seems like the management is trying to cash in on the fact that people can't swim in the sea and that the holiday season in Odessa is closed. This is really disappointing.

I don't want to give this place a great review to keep it a secret. This place has a wood-burning bathhouse, which is rare in this city as most are electric or very expensive. It's usually not too crowded. They give you a sheet, but you should bring your own slippers. There's also a way out to the street, a hot water pool and a view of pine trees. I love this place.

We visited your bathhouse. It was very busy. We had to share a locker between two people, which was okay but not ideal. The place is quite small for the amount of public visitors. The spa treatments happen in the middle of the bathhouse, which isn't very private. People come here to relax, but it's hard to do that here. You can't even change clothes in the restaurant, so you have to sit in your wet clothes and eat. Plus, the clock keeps ticking on our bath time. You market yourself as a luxury place, but we didn't see that. The only unique thing about your place is the outdoor tub surrounded by pine trees. It's really pretty! This is just my opinion. I'm not trying to start an argument. Thanks.

The best and most natural place in Odessa. It feels like you're on a holiday in the woods! The cute houses have everything you need, and the workers are nice and always ready to help! The sauna is its own kind of chill-out spot! I suggest you go there!

We had a holiday near the pool at the place. We enjoyed everything! The area was neat, there was a kid's pool and a play area - everyone could use them. The food was tasty and the people working there were nice.

I enjoyed the big area, the heated pool, and the cabin that fits four people. You just have to buy a grill net because it's not included in the cabins. Also, the bathroom tiles weren't very clean, they had mold.

Sometimes the service is good, but other times it's hard to get the waiter's attention. They often hang out at the bar and ignore you. After they finally give you the menu, you might have to wait a while to place your order. And waiting for the bill is another story. I know the place is big with a pool and dining area, but they could put buttons on tables to call the waiter.

On the plus side, the pool water is always nice and clean, the sunbeds are comfy, and the toilets are always really clean. The cleaners do a good job and clean up immediately after each person.
The menu isn't big, but the food tastes good.

One downside is that the carpet around the pool is dirty and it sticks to my feet. I didn't like that.

I went to the pool with my kids a week ago. They really enjoyed it and had a great time swimming. The staff were really nice and helpful. The place is pretty and kept in good shape. Everyone was happy.

This place is amazing. I've been taking my holidays here every year for the past 10 years and it always impresses me. It's a great spot for a family vacation, particularly if you have kids. It's like a beautiful forest next to the sea! The staff are really nice and the whole place is well-kept. They've got everything you need for a relaxing break. There are two pools, two places to eat, some great play areas for the kids, outdoor gym equipment, a barbecue spot and even a sauna.

I've never been and it seems like I won't be able to go. My husband tried to make a reservation on Sunday, starting at 8am. An automated message kept saying we were calling outside of business hours. This continued until 8.27am when the line finally seemed to open. But when we called again a minute later, we were told that everything was full. I don't understand who filled up all the places so quickly. The person on the phone said there were 120 spots and half were gone within a few minutes in the morning. I'm really disappointed with this service.

This is the best place in Odessa! My family and I have been coming here every summer for more than 10 years. What's great is that the quality of service and facilities stays really good. The houses, pool, and grounds are always in top condition. You can tell that the owners fix everything up each year. For example, last year I saw that the pool's silicone covering was old. But this year, it's brand new!
We always visit as a family, and now many of our friends also come here regularly. We wouldn't even think about going somewhere else because everything is perfect here.
Another good thing is that this is a club-type place. This means that only a certain number of people who live or stay here can get in. So, it's never too crowded.

When we visited the fir-tree place, I wasn't expecting much. The name made it sound like a bathhouse. But I was amazed to see such a pretty place with fir trees, clean surroundings, new-looking cottages, good customer service, and a nice vibe! We saw a cute owl waiting for its mom. I had a really good time and I want to bring my daughter next time because there are lots of play areas for kids and a pool too!

I've been here a few times. The food is good, the place is big, and the play areas are great. However, the houses now need some fixing as there are issues like loose sockets and showers not working properly. Overall, it's still okay. But this year, they're charging 170 euros during peak season, which I think is too much. Because of the high price, I'm giving it one star less.

We had an awesome holiday! The service was top-notch and every staff member was really nice, right from the reception. The place is nice, especially when it's not crowded, but they need to fix the bathrooms. They have new sunbeds this year. However, I was upset that even when there was no line for a cottage, they didn't want to cut down the rental time for one day. They said it was because they didn't offer the cottage to anyone else that day because of me, as if there was a line waiting.

If you decide not to book, we'll face the loss. If you don't show up, cancel the booking or change your arrival time, you won't get your advance payment back.

You'll get your advance payment back if you cancel the booking 15 days before you're supposed to arrive at the Yelki - Palki holiday complex. If you cancel less than 15 days before, we'll keep an amount equal to one day's stay as compensation. Thanks for understanding. We hope you'll choose us again for your vacation. This is a great spot for a holiday. There are wood cabins in a pine tree forest. It's calm and relaxing. There are big, beautiful swimming pools. The food is yummy and the service is quick. There's a sauna on the property. The workers are very caring. There's a big playground for kids and a workout area. Every morning, the workers clean all the benches, swings, and the whole area. If you visit, you won't be sorry.

I've visited this place twice in a month and I'm sure it won't be the last time! When it comes to service in Ukraine, this place truly shines. It's cozy, the staff is caring and friendly, and it's beautiful, comfortable and convenient. It's clear that the owner cares about his business and isn't just about making money. I wish I could stay there longer. It's near the sea and some of the houses are surrounded by pine trees. It feels like being in the Carpathians. You can hear birds singing in the morning. It's a great place! I recommend everyone to visit and form their own opinion. I wish you all the best!

In general, it's pretty good. There could be more easy-to-reach plug points near the bed. Apart from that, everything else is fine.
