The Golden Oak family recreation complex is a place where the traditions of hospitality are combined with modern comfort, creating ideal conditions for the whole family to relax. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail so that guests could forget about the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of tranquility, warmth and comfort.

The central place of the complex is occupied by a magnificent bathhouse, made in the best traditions of Slavic steam room. The interior is dominated by natural wood and soft light, creating an atmosphere of harmony and privacy. Aromas of fresh herbs and warmed wood fill the air, helping to relieve fatigue and restore strength. Visitors are welcomed by a warm steam room for four people with wide shelves, where you can relax your body and soul.

After steam procedures, guests can refresh themselves in the cool pool or feel invigorated by a bucket-waterfall. For complete relaxation there is a cozy lounge with soft sofas, a large wooden table and a TV. In the warm season you can spend time outdoors - there is a barbecue area with an oven and a barbecue grill where charcoal dishes are cooked.

Awesome spot! The food is really delicious and the staff is nice. The venue is charming. It has a big main area and lots of comfortable, private spaces for small groups. There's live music and a little zoo outside. Lots of room to move around.

Overall, it's pretty good for a medium-sized company party. The food is decent, the restaurant workers are nice, but the outside area is too decorated with a lot of unnecessary stuff. When the place is full, there aren't enough bathrooms.

The bathhouse is good. They've designed the inside well. There's lots of space in the steam room. One downside is that it's not hot enough for some people, but that depends on personal preference.

Great place to have a birthday party. The food is really tasty. The workers there are super nice. If you love eating yummy, filling food and hanging out with friends, you should go there.

The restaurant was exactly what a family restaurant should be. We reserved a table for 7 people recently. Everyone enjoyed it. The service was quick and everyone was very happy. We had a great time.

We had a great family trip. We spent a weekend there and used the bath and vat for three hours which cost 2000 UAH. The place was big, tidy, and cozy. The staff at the bath was nice. We had an amazing time!

The person who took my order forgot about nearly a third of the items. The stuff they did remember wasn't great in taste or served at the right temperature - like they served me a cold drink when I asked for it to be warm.

We went to this place for lunch with friends. Even though it was a weekday and not that busy, we had to wait for 15 minutes to be served. We asked for water right after we ordered because our kid was thirsty, but they brought it with all the other drinks. It seemed like they didn't want to make extra trips. They brought our drink after we had finished eating. They even forgot about our second order. The highchair they provided for our child was in bad shape. It looked like it should have been thrown away. They could at least have cleaned it. To top it off, they even took away our child's meal set. We had a terrible experience with the service. The food was good, but everything else needed improvement.

The place looks small from the outside but it's actually spacious with areas for walking, dancing, and a playground, plus a swimming pool. There's a mini zoo but I suggest the staff should keep an eye on the animals, especially the chinchilla, because not all kids know how to handle them properly.

The restaurant is not good. The prices are high and they should hire a better chef.

The service is terrible. At our party, there was only one waiter and we always had to search for her and ask her to come to us. We had to ask for new plates before the cake was served and we had to ask everyone what kind of tea or coffee they wanted. This is not what I expect from a restaurant.

There's not much else around here that's any good, even with live music.

I've tried this place multiple times. But that's it. I'm not going back. The food is really bad. Nothing tastes good. Everything is either undercooked or overcooked. The service is terrible. Despite all this, the prices are as high as they are in Kiev.

This place is really bad, from the hotel to the sauna. The service is awful. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here. The management is also really poor. If you want to save your time and money, just don't visit this place.

The boss does a terrible job at running things. The management is mean and dishonest. This place will take your money and then say it's your fault. If you want to have a good vacation or holiday, don't come here. There are a lot of better places nearby, this one is not one of them.

I wouldn't suggest going to this place at all. If you want to ruin your holiday, then this is the place to be. They will ruin your mood and trick you into paying upfront. After paying, they will have you waiting for a long time and in the end, you won't get what you paid for. The manager is not helpful and will refuse to give you a refund. We waited the whole day for the director but he never showed up. They cheated us out of our money and ruined my birthday. Think twice before you decide to go to this place.

Avoid this place at all costs. I booked a hot tub for 3 hours and paid in advance. When we showed up at the scheduled time, they tried to give us a sauna instead. We insisted on using the hot tub we booked, but they said we couldn't because it was located near a cottage that was being used by other guests. This ruined our day. They said they'd give us a refund when the manager was available and after they had listened to the recorded phone conversation (it seems like they record all their calls). We waited until 9 pm, but they stopped answering our calls. When we called from a different number, they answered and claimed there was no record of our phone conversation. However, they did have a record of the text messages in which they gave us their bank details for the advance payment.

Yuri and Danil did a great job, they were welcoming, and provided great service that made us happy. But I have a question for the manager - why don't they care more about their guests? Why don't they inform us about the deposit cost and why do they just come up with a random price for the guests to pay.

It was terrible. We waited for a server for about 20 minutes, even though we tried to get the attention of two employees. No one responded. It wasn't even busy, it was a weekday and there weren't many people there. They showed no regard for their customers.

We asked for water for our child first, but no one paid any attention. They finally brought the water with our drinks after making us wait for another twenty minutes.

They gave our one-year-old a high chair without a tray, and the chair was in really bad shape. It was dirty and smelled awful.

They cleared the kids' dishes along with all the other dishes. The drinks we ordered came an hour and a half after we ordered them, when we had already finished eating.

They took our unfinished dishes away without asking if we were done.

At this place, unfortunately, they don't treat you like a guest. I wouldn't recommend it!

We had to check the weight of the cold starters (the boss was there to make sure), the plates were very dirty, and the meat was not cooked enough. The staff was also very rude. It ruined our night. The food was not worth the price.

In June 2021, we had a christening celebration. They served us raw meat, and after a bit of a fuss, they reset the table. We decided to let it slide. We came back in August and the same issues arose: dirty dishes, the waitress didn't know the menu, and they served a vegetable salad that was supposed to weigh 300 grams. We asked them to weigh it. The manager and the director came with scales. They weighed it and it was only 198 grams. The director apologized and gave us 2 extra servings as an apology. Then came the kebab, and surprise, the pork meat was still bloody. We asked them to cook it more. When the bill arrived, they charged us for drinking 30 liters of berry drink for 6 people. We pointed it out and they said they counted by 200 ml, but the price was the same as a liter. Basically, they ripped us off.

It's a really comfy place. I've walked past many times without realizing how nice it is. There's a small pool and sunbeds. It also has a restaurant, a sauna, and I think you can even stay overnight in some houses there.

This is a cool and vibe-filled spot. The food for dinner was really tasty. It's by the beach, and you can see the city at night, which is pretty.

The place is pretty and the staff are friendly. The shashlyk was delicious. But, there are some issues:
- The gazebo that's supposed to fit 12 people can only fit 8-10 comfortably;
- The food took a long time to be served;
- The khachapuri and pizza were disappointing: there wasn't enough cheese, and the pizza was just dusted with grated cheese that didn't even melt;
- Sometimes, you'll see people in swimsuits because there's a pool;
- If a wedding is happening on the same day, be ready for loud music.

Hello, we can't set off fireworks because we have lots of tall oak trees around. It's not allowed at our restaurant. If anyone tries to use fireworks, we'll have to stop them. We can help with this because we don't want a fire to start.

We didn't go to the restaurant, but the area is really nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We got our food by the pool quickly and it was okay. The workers were nice and helpful.

Nice place. I love how it's comfy in both hot and cold seasons. It's awesome to sit outside in the heat, and it's snug to sit in the hut when it's cold. The food is yummy, especially the beetroot soup with fat.

The service was awful. Half of the items listed on the menu, including coffee, were not available. We had to wait almost an hour for our simple order of desserts and drinks. They wouldn't even turn the music down when we asked, and gave no clear reason why. I wouldn't recommend this place. The only good thing about it was the attractive decor.

I rented a cottage for a family holiday. The website said it could fit 6 people and I asked for three separate beds on the phone. But, when we arrived it could only fit two people and the biggest cottage could only fit four. The baby crib was fixed to the floor. The air conditioner was only on the top floor. The tap water smelled really bad, like rust. I felt like I needed another shower after using it. The view from the windows and yard was nice. We weren't allowed to use the barbecues in the yard even though they were shown in the website photos. We didn't bother ordering food. You have to pay to relax by the pool even if you're a guest and not swimming. The pool was really just suited for children.

Had a birthday party at this place and it was really bad! The food wasn't good at all! The staff were rude, like they were doing us a favor! The waiters didn't do their jobs - we had to clear the tables ourselves during the party.
