I recently went to Fortetsya Getman Hotel and Restaurant, and I really liked it. It's a very beautiful place that I think everyone should know about.

As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by how it felt and looked. The Getman Fortress is in an old, pretty building that makes you feel like you're in the past. It's a very classy and fancy place. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with nice furniture and a cool design. The people who work there were happy to see me and took good care of me.

I also had dinner at the restaurant at Fortetsya Getman, and it was something I'll always remember.

1. The interior of the place was very atmospheric.
2. The food was a mixed bag - the soup was quite nice but the wings in unagi sauce seemed really old. It was as if they had been prepared a while ago, frozen, and then just reheated before serving.
3. The staff wasn't very pleasant. They gave rude replies and looked at me weirdly when I politely pointed out the issue with the wings.

I wasn't rude or anything, I just mentioned the poor quality of the dish in a nice way.

This isn't the first time I've had this issue, but previously at a different restaurant they apologized, replaced the dish and even gave me a bonus. But here, there was no such response. It was as if they thought it was okay to serve food of such poor quality.

The place has a nice vibe, the singer is nice and the food is okay. The staff could use some manners training, but it wasn't a big issue. The prices are fair. You get what you pay for.

I'm really happy. This is a hotel that's like a museum. For first-time visitors, here's a little advice. If you're near the Fora market, you need to turn right and walk about 100 meters down the road. You'll see an old wooden building on your right - that's the hotel. Breakfast is included in the cost and if you need to leave early, they'll pack your breakfast for you. It's a small detail but a nice one. The service is great, everything is clean and tidy, and they provide white towels and bed sheets.

The food was really good! The service was top-notch! The staff was proper! The place was comfy and pretty! This is one of those places where people really take their job seriously. We had two parties on two consecutive days. The first party was at the place itself, the second one was held elsewhere and they catered it. Big thanks to everyone involved in planning it! Even the chef came to the second location with his own barbecue! It was the best! The prices were also reasonable! The food was extremely delicious! Wishing them success and growth!

The rooms are tidy and the staff is nice. Smoking isn't allowed inside the rooms. If you're staying in a single room, you won't even have a balcony to smoke on. You'll have to go down to smoke.

We threw a birthday party here and it was amazing! We had 26 guests from all over the world for a surprise party. The restaurant/hotel gave us a couple of gazebos for the guests and the birthday person, and also set up a big table for us in the main room. The food was delicious and everything was really well done. There was both live music and popular/dance music! The party was fun but the music stopped at 11pm, even though the restaurant was open till midnight. I don't think they would have kicked us out if we had stayed longer. Many guests stayed overnight in the hotel and they liked it a lot. They enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast. The waiters were very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this place, it's fantastic!

This is a peaceful and comfy place to relax. It's all decorated like old castles and forts. They serve breakfast in the morning and it's up to you what you want to eat. The prices are fair.

This place is really bright and comfortable. We went to a wedding there and had a great time. The food was yummy, especially the fish. The staff was helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there!

This is a great place for a holiday. We stayed here for a night while going to Odessa. The rooms are nice and have everything you need. The food at the restaurant is really good. We really liked the breakfast that came with the room price. The people working here are nice. Wish you all the best and we will visit again.

This is a nice spot with yummy food and a big area for kids. But, the last time I was there, the workers messed up our order and we had to change one of the dishes. Also, I'm not sure who you're trying to attract, but 90s karaoke doesn't seem to fit.

We went to this great place for dinner with the kids. It has a nice vibe and the staff are really nice. We were looking around and the owner came over. He noticed we were interested and told us some cool stuff about the restaurant's design. He also has a cool museum. I'll definitely write about it when we go. They served us some tasty nalewki at the restaurant.

There's a play area with a maze for the kids - they had a good time there while we ate. The food was really good. They have deruns, stuffed cabbage, salads, and meat dishes that are all fantastic. Even the basic pizza that the kids picked was really good. The prices are pretty average. Honestly, we thought it would cost us more.

I liked everything overall, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. The food in the restaurant was really good. However, the sleeping arrangements were terrible. The double bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Because the windows were small, there wasn't much air and light.

I booked a room through Bucking and was told it would have a bathrobe and a toothbrush with toothpaste, but it didn't. However, they did provide two pairs of slippers. Even though I was promised a room with one big bed, I got one with two small beds instead. The shower in room 204 didn't drain water properly. The room's mini bar was also empty. The service used to be better.

The restaurant looks really nice both inside and outside, but the summer play area outside doesn't really match the rest of the place. It would be better if there was a big fence and some trees to give some privacy from the nearby buildings. That's just what I think. The prices are pretty reasonable, which is great.

We had a baptism party on 07.03.21 and we were really happy with how everything turned out! A big thank you to the manager, Tatiana. All the staff did their jobs really well. The restaurant was pretty with an old-timey look, good food and good service. Everything tasted great and looked nice. The party planning and service was flawless. The room was big enough for us to dance. Our daughter's baptism was great and all our guests were pleased. I think it was worth every penny! I want to thank Tatiana again. Working with her was easy and enjoyable.

A great complex, free parking. Due to the weather, we were forced to stop for a rest stop, the first thing that caught our eye was the interesting interior, historical Cossack or something like that, we had a delicious dinner in the restaurant, and didn't want to go further, so we stayed at the hotel - and there was a sauna!!! In general, everything is super, there is nothing to complain about, the staff is very friendly and you can order to the sauna and to your hotel room, the prices are budget. My family and I liked everything! 5+!
