We visited for the first time with our family for a day. It was clean everywhere, the staff was nice, the food was tasty, and the pool was shallow but warm. There was plenty of space to walk around and nice shelters to rest. It's close to our town, overall, it was fantastic.

The place looks nice and the app for the complex is okay, but the restaurant is bad. The food tastes awful and it's expensive. You pay restaurant prices for food that tastes like it was quickly made at home. The staff at the restaurant are slow. It can take up to half an hour to get your coffee. This isn't good service and it doesn't reflect well on the place.

The room is okay, it's nothing special but it's fine. The pool is the perfect depth for me being 158cm tall. There's plenty of loungers and it's not too crowded.

Overall, if you can, go eat somewhere else. You'll enjoy a hot dog from a gas station more than the food here!

I need to give a bad review about the food. We had breakfast there and the food wasn't fresh. My husband and I got sick and spent most of the day in the bathroom. I'd advise against eating there, but there's no other option and you can't bring your own food. So we were stuck with getting food poisoning.

We've been here a few times, but this visit was really disappointing! We got a standard room, but it felt more like a repurposed kid's room. There wasn't even a wardrobe or a place to hang clothes, just a dresser full of old toys. The bed was a squeaky pull-out couch, and the mattress didn't even fit it right. On top of all that, the air conditioning was outdated and the carpet was super dirty. There weren't enough sunbeds for the size of the pool either, and the restaurant's prices were way too high for the quality of service - we even got served cold coffee. It's up to you whether you want to come here or not.

The place is nice, but you can't have tea or coffee in your room. The restaurant service is bad and the prices are very high. A lemonade costs 150 UAH. We had to wait for over an hour for a steak we ordered. During the wait, no one paid attention to us. They served a medallion instead of the steak we ordered, without asking how we wanted it cooked. We had already finished the potatoes we ordered with the steak. I finished my meal, but my husband didn't eat anything.

My partner and I went on a holiday in the first part of July 23. We chose a deal that included three meals a day. Overall, we were happy with everything.

Our room was clean and nice, but it wasn't cleaned for three days. They did change our towels and gave us new toiletries. We didn't like that there wasn't a mini-bar or a fridge.

The outdoor area was tidy and well looked after. The parking area was big and had security.

The swimming pool wasn't very deep (about 1.3 meters), but that wasn't a big problem. It was heated. There were lots of sunbeds, so there were also many people. The pool can get busy on popular days. You're not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the pool. The security makes sure of this and tells you to put away any food or drinks you didn't buy there.

The swimming pool was really good, but the food was awful. The meat had a bad smell and the seafood risotto tasted like it was old and just reheated. I even found a piece of glass in my drink. The prices are too high for what you get. We were a group on a trip and booked 4 rooms. One of the rooms smelled really bad, like animal pee. We paid 13000 for a day and it wasn't pleasant to deal with the bad smell. I wouldn't suggest going here.

The pool is awesome! However, while the cafe staff is nice, the service is too slow. It takes around 20 minutes to get a water or a milkshake. Also, the meat we ordered was totally burnt. Please fix these issues.

This is a great spot for big gatherings or training sessions. The restaurant serves tasty food and the rooms are comfortable. However, there's currently construction happening on the second floor, which starts early in the morning. This might disturb your sleep. But, this issue is only temporary.

I want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff, Elena and Victoria. They were not just professional, but also very kind and helpful when things got tough. They didn't just provide service, they showed real care!

The hotel itself was great - the rooms were nice and tidy, and had everything you need. The area around the hotel was well-kept. The food at the restaurant was really good, and the staff were quick to serve. They also have a great setup for training events.

Even with some personal issues that came up, I still had a great experience at the hotel. A lot of that is because of the amazing people who work there!

The place is big and green with neat bushes, clean beach sand, and a clean pool. The staff is nice and respectful. The restaurant and the whole area are clean and well-kept. I only tried the coffee, so I can't say much about the food. They have rooms for events, I went to one. It's a great place to chill or work.

We recently visited this place. The grounds are beautiful and everything is neat and well-kept. It's really pleasing to the eyes. But I had an allergic reaction for three days. I think it might have been caused by the cleaning products used there. As soon as I entered the room, my nasal passages swelled up.

There's no soundproofing in the room. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing in their bathroom, let alone the noise from the corridor. So, don't expect to sleep in late.

It's also quite pricey, actually very pricey. You could go to Egypt for cheaper.

And they really need to replace the chef. All the food I tried there tasted bad. I was not happy with the restaurant at all.

This is a nice water park. The pools are good and the staff is nice. The food is a bit pricey, but it's the same at most places. We got there at 11:00 and the security guard told us there was no parking left, so we had to park our car in a makeshift secure parking area in the forest. At first, we thought this was a bad thing. But, after walking through the forest for about 5-7 minutes to get to the pool, we realized this was actually a good thing!

We always go on holiday here! We really enjoy it. You guys are awesome, keep doing what you're doing! The pool is always neat and the surrounding area is well-kept. The restaurant and bar are amazing, the service is top-notch and the hotel is fantastic! We adore you!

A well-liked spot for parties in Moscow. At night, it's filled with odd and unruly people.

Great service, tasty food, and a clean area. My business trip went by quickly. There was too much cleaning stuff in the pool, it wasn't nice to breathe in.

The restaurant has flies on the food and it's too expensive. The conference room has a nice view, but when the sun sets, it gets in your eyes because there are no curtains. The chairs are uncomfortable and can only be sat on for 15 minutes before they start to hurt.

I visited the Samara River for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fantastic - the day of the week, the weather, and there weren't many people around. The cook deserves a special mention because the dinner was amazing and reasonably priced. It's a great alternative to Kirillovka. I recommend it to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

I went to a friend's wedding and the food was really good. The staff were very friendly and did a great job. I had a really good experience and would rate it 5 stars. However, I don't understand why the hotel was so expensive. We stayed in a room after the wedding and there was a crack along the wall near the bed. The shower was always full of water because of a cheap shower stall and the toilet had yellow water. This seemed to be a problem all over the place. The hotel itself was just average, nothing special about the hill and reception, and the price was too high for what it offered. You could just go there to use the pool, but that's about it.

We really enjoyed the place. The staff were nice, there were lots of plants, a big cool pool and a small warm one for kids. We went with my husband and our 6 year old kid. We walked around the place, swam in the pool, and relaxed on the loungers. There was a play area for kids with a sandpit and swings, which we used too. The restaurant had nice waiters who served food quickly and it was really good. We loved everything here, including the rooms. We think we'll stay overnight next time.

This is a great spot for a family holiday! The pool is warm and not too deep. The food is tasty. A big shout out to the waitress Natalia who is very skilled.

We've been visiting for five years and we enjoy it. The swimming pool is neat, the food is great and there's a menu for kids. You can also access the river from here and the beach and water are clean. They also have a playground, which is nice.

I have a couple of suggestions:
- I wish they could offer passes for regular visits.
- Or maybe introduce a deposit system for the entrance fee.

This is a nice spot to live in for a few days, especially during the week.

The place isn't bad, but there are some issues. The service is poor and the food isn't great either. The tables in the restaurant are really dirty, with leftover mess from previous customers. The price is way too high for what you get. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I really enjoyed it, it was a comfy holiday. The only issue was that there weren't enough tables on the terrace for lunch, but you can fix it by having lunch a bit earlier or going to the restaurant.

We love "Island". We've been coming here since it first opened. We enjoy spending our holidays here throughout the year, always for several days at least. Keep impressing us ❤️

Small Turkey! There are cartoon makers for kids, a kiddie pool, and the main pool is not too deep or too shallow, comfy for adults and kids! The food is nice. But there's a bit of confusion with the rooms.

The place is fun and great for family holidays with kids. We visited the pool over the weekend. They have fun activities like water exercises, kids dance parties, treasure hunts, board games, and a special pool for kids. You can bring dogs too (I noticed they allowed small ones). It's never dull.

The bathroom is neat. The kitchen gets very busy at lunchtime and you might have to wait for about an hour. Despite the rule against bringing your own snacks, no one really enforces it.

Before our visit, we tried to contact the place to see if it would be crowded by the pool on Sunday. We were worried that there would be no chairs left and wanted to check if we could reserve one. We couldn't get through to anyone on the phone. We decided to go anyway, but couldn't find any sunbeds when we arrived. We had to wait for them to bring out sunbeds and mattresses. After about 30 minutes, we were finally able to settle in and go for a swim.

The pool was too small for the number of people there that day! It was so crowded you could only really go in, stand around, and then get out. It was like being at the beach in Kirillovka. People were constantly jumping in the water right next to you. It was impossible to swim. Plus, the water was really warm.

Great spot. The area is kept clean and the workers are nice. I'd love to return!

The pool isn't very deep. The staff does an okay job. It's pretty expensive. I wouldn't suggest going here. You should pick a different spot.

Sorry for the frustration! The staff is great, but there aren't enough of them for all the customers. First, you have to try and find someone to bring you a lounge chair, then you have to ask for a cushion because the chair is unbelievably dirty. While waiting at the bar, you might make a new friend, but definitely not with any of the staff! Waiting 40 minutes for drinks with only 3 bartenders is unacceptable. The staff can't handle all the work, and the manager just said "Well, we're really busy" and left. Maybe they should limit the number of customers or hire more staff!

For 450 UAH, all you get is a plain towel. You'll have to wait about 30 minutes for a sunbed, and that's only if you manage to find a staff member. Expect to wait in line for at least 30 minutes to get a drink from the bar, maybe even longer. The employees always look unhappy and respond to questions rudely, as if they've never interacted with people before. I don't plan on visiting this horrible place again and I wouldn't recommend others to go there either!

Awesome spot! Really enjoyed it. The only annoying thing at night was all the mosquitoes that seemed to only be attracted to me for some reason. (They didn't seem to bother anyone else).

Hotel Room

The room was pretty affordable but the bathroom was small and not user-friendly. There wasn't enough space or shelving to put my toiletries, which was really inconvenient. The toilet door didn't close properly either. The noise from the hallway was really loud, I could hear everything - people talking, walking, even kids yelling. I think at this price, the hotel should have better soundproofing.

Additionally, there was only one working power outlet in the room, and it was by the front door. The outlets near the bed didn't work at all.

Restaurant

The restaurant was too expensive and not worth it. The quality of the food and the presentation didn't match the high prices. Also, the service wasn't great.

The water is extremely dirty. It's cheaper to go to Turkey than to vacation on this island. This island should be called "Island for the Rich".

Not bad for a country vacation!

I'm currently here with all my kids and grandkids. It's pretty good, there are entertainers for the kids, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. The rooms are big. The breakfast isn't huge, but it's yummy. The servers are nice.
