I went to your sauna over the weekend and I think it's the best one in Ivano-Frankivsk. Everything from the facilities to the customer service was great. I really liked the big, warm, clean pool. It's a good place to relax with kids.

The sauna is secretly run without proper business papers and it's near the main road of Naberezhnaya Street. We had a problem because the price we were told over the phone by a man (who turned out to be the owner) was different from what the manager told us when we got there. Bad point: the owner asks for a deposit on your card (maximum amount), don't get tricked! When we said no, he didn't give the deposit back and let out a big Labrador dog because we complained to the sauna manager (it was late, around 9:40pm), who was rude to us at the entrance. Be careful, everyone!

The sauna costs 135 hryvnia for each person each hour, not for three people. The customers were drunk and asked for documents to check why. The deposit can be given back or put off, but not when you're already there because we reserve your time. We appreciate our customers and try to accommodate them, but we couldn't in this situation.

I went to the sauna and it was nice. However, the floor was slippery because of water dripping from the pool. I also lost a gold brooch there. I knew where it fell and told them when I called the next day, but they said it wasn't there. I was busy directing a taxi driver to the sauna, arranging a taxi for my friends, and helping with cleanup and packing. Maybe I forgot about it because I was too busy. The people who cleaned up after us might have seen it.

I went on holiday with my kids and friends on 13th February 2021 and it was great! Everything was neat and clean. There was a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and sink. They also provided dishes and a fridge. The table and sofa were comfy. The pool was warm at 28 degrees and the kids loved swimming in it. There was a salt lamp in the sauna which gave off a salty air. I would recommend it!

They called a few days later to place an order. The rate was 100 UAH per hour. But when we got there at the agreed time, the price was actually 135 UAH for an adult and 70 UAH for kids. Initially, this didn't seem like a big deal. However, we had agreed on a total cost of 1200 UAH for 2 hours (for 6 adults and 2 kids), but ended up paying 1900 UAH. This is a significant difference. The person in charge was not friendly at all. When our time was up, he hurried us with a vacuum cleaner, insisting we leave and change in a cold room because he needed to clean. This was not considerate, especially since we had kids with us who were wet from the pool and the changing room was much colder. This was not a good experience for a group of 6 adults and children in a small 3 square meter space.

Hi, our sauna costs 135 for adults and 70 for kids. We've never had the price you mentioned. Please double check the price and the sauna you're renting. You can find our prices on our Instagram page. Our guests book the sauna for a specific time. After your time is up, our staff has the right to come in and clean the room for the next customers. This ensures that everyone has a clean and comfortable experience at our place. Our staff came in to clean after your time was up. We always try to be nice to our customers, so it's sad to hear you had a bad experience.
