We were really unhappy. We booked a steam room over the phone, using the number we found on their website. But when we got there, we found out that other people were using the sauna and there was no record of our booking. They said that their rivals had taken our booking, which is a strange thing to happen in the sauna business.

This is a good place and it's in a good spot. The cost is fair for what you get. It's comfortable and welcoming. There are two separate saunas that make me very happy because everyone can find something they like.

So, here's what happened. We called and booked from the website, but when we got there, they said another company was using the place and we had to wait for two hours. They said maybe their competitors messed things up. We didn't like this at all and wouldn't recommend it to avoid the same problem.

We booked a sauna for 7pm using the provided phone number and showed up as a group, only to find others using it. We were not contacted or given any warning about this. The person in charge didn't even say sorry. If you want to avoid stress and save time, it's best to find somewhere else.

The sauna is awesome and we really enjoyed it. But the hot tub is not hot and doesn't get warm. This is a big problem.

We went to the sauna with a friend and it was really tiny, just enough for two people. The Jacuzzi was small, less than a square meter, and the water was dirty and cold, not heated beyond 20 degrees. It could also only fit two people. Overall, it was warm and tidy, but we won't be going back.

Hey Marina, we're on holiday with 8 people. We're enjoying a pool that has an inbuilt Jacuzzi. It's perfect for cooling down after getting hot because it's kept at a temperature of 25 degrees. The furniture was neat and in great shape. The jacuzzi water was really clean and cold, which felt perfect after being in the steam room. The dry steam room was really hot, and the hamam had great steam. We really enjoyed it. It was comfortable and had a great vibe.

The bathhouse is nice but the steam room is too small. It's supposed to hold 4 people but it's not very comfortable when it's full.

I really enjoyed everything! It's comfy, tidy, and has a great vibe. The service is top-notch. The prices are reasonable. The sauna and steam room are awesome. It's a big plus that they have a tanning bed, it's great for people who want to look sun-kissed even in winter. It's a fantastic place for either a regular break or for parties. I recommend it!
