Restaurant and Hotel Complex ""Khutor" №727

I'm confused. I've been trying to book a house for my birthday for two years, but they won't let me without ordering food. I've never seen a place that won't let you book without also ordering food, especially if it's not needed. A few years ago, I celebrated a friend's birthday there and they didn't ask us to pay extra for food. What changed? Why can't I bring my own food? Am I booking the place or the food? What if I want to order delivery? Will they tell me I can't do that either?

My thoughts: I really liked the "Hutor" restaurant. It's a comfy and friendly place. It has a nice feel and a great view of the waterfront, which made my evening there really enjoyable.

How good their service was: The restaurant staff were really good. They were helpful and nice, and always ready to help and suggest things from the menu.

What I thought of the food and choices: The "Hutor" restaurant has lots of Ukrainian food on their menu. I had a few different dishes and each one was fresh, delicious and well made. I really liked that I could order traditional Ukrainian dishes like borscht, varenyky and deruny.

What the place looked like: The "Khutor" restaurant has a nice, homely feel.

The service is really bad and the food is not good. A lot of the food listed on the menu isn't available and the seating area is not comfy. The prices are too high for what they offer. The only good thing is where it's located. You will not be happy if you go here, I don't suggest it!

I bought a gazebo, but it didn't come with free delivery as promised. The food quality is not good. The meat is oily. Everything was served almost cold. I wouldn't suggest this.

What we thought we would get and what we actually got were different. The place is really pretty, but the rooms that cost 800 hryvnias a night are not nice and are dirty.

Before you put your food away, make sure you write down what you have. Some of my food got stolen - a piece of cheese, a KFC drumstick, three pieces of sweet cheese, and a yogurt. It seems like someone who works in the restaurant's kitchen liked my food more than me and my kids did. I'm eight months pregnant and we won't be coming back here, even though we were thinking about it.

This is a really pretty spot by the Dnieper river, with cool, fashionable decor. The workers are nice and respectful, and they provide good service. The food is yummy and served in a fancy way. I suggest everyone who needs a break from the busy city life to check it out!

The property is big with lots of plants and a river, and it's nice to walk around. The outside looks pretty. The bed is clean and white.

The room above the sauna costs 1000 UAH for three people. The room's floor is worn out and the wood walls have some mistakes. The bathtub is big, but the tiles on the floor are not stable. There's mold above the bathtub, and the drain doesn't work well so water stays in the tub. The sauna on the first floor is loud, and you can hear people talking and music. We couldn't take a bath in the evening because there was no hot water. It seems like the cottage and sauna share a boiler. We only had two glasses in the room and no kettle. We ordered tea to be delivered to the room. The menu said 500 ml for 50 UAH, but the waiter charged us 100 UAH saying it was for a double portion. But the teapot only had 500 ml of tea.

The location by the Dnieper is nice but the hotel has thin walls. There are company events, and loud music that can be heard in the rooms as if you were in the restaurant. When asked to turn down the music, the restaurant didn't care. The hotel should have a separate place for the restaurant. The junior suite room had bad plumbing and tiny shower cabins. The Wi-Fi barely worked. The restaurant's prices were too high for the quality of the food. I wouldn't suggest going here.

The spot is really nice, with shelters close to the water and a great view. But the service is really bad. We had to wait a long time for a server. We placed an order, but they forgot our bread that we also ordered. After we finished eating and were sitting by the water, we asked for the check and reminded them that we didn't get our bread, so they shouldn't charge us for it. The server brought the check and the bread to an empty table instead. She gave us a smug look, like she was saying "Don't come back here".

The bathhouse is terrible. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. It's all outdated, grubby, and uncomfortable. The room situation was a disaster. The only good thing is the kitchen.

This place is really nice and has a great vibe. All the people here are kind and respectful. It feels like home, very comfortable and the food is yummy. I think everyone should try it out.

This is a great spot! It's close to the city center. It has its own parking area, but it can get really crowded during big events like meetings, beauty contests, or dance shows. The place is pretty with lots of well-kept areas and beautiful plants. You can even go boating! Some boats are always there and are used as hotels - really cool! You might get a chance to take a boat ride on the river! You can also go straight to the water. We usually visit in the fall. We don't swim, but we've seen others who do, even in November! What we didn't like was the food price. Last year, the bill for two adults and one child was 1200 UAH. This year, in October 2021, it was 3500 UAH.

This is a really good hotel. The people who work there are nice and helpful. I booked a room for one night, but then I needed to stay another night, and even though the hotel was really busy, they found me another room. I didn't have to find a different hotel. The room was clean and didn't smell bad. The sheets and towels were really clean too. They have rooms for any number of people and for any budget. They have five different breakfast options, but you have to pay extra for it. The restaurant is on the second floor and it's really nice and decorated in a Ukrainian style. They have a lot of different food, but it's a bit expensive, especially the meat. But, the portions are big and the food is fresh and really good. The drinks are expensive too, like the coffee.

This is a great place to hold events for 50-100 people. It has its own entrance, a place to hang coats, toilets, a traditional style decor, helpful workers, and tasty food. An extra benefit is that it has its own free parking that's easy to use, and the outside looks nice.

The style is like the 90s, the waitstaff is really bad and slow, they mess up the orders a lot, the food tastes awful, the music playing is all mixed up, and it's really noisy.

The staff at this place needs to improve. There are issues with the cafe - sometimes the terminal doesn't work or they fail to take orders. They also messed up my booking by confusing the dates. They only have one key for the entire cottage complex, making it hard to access my room. I won't be visiting here again.

I'd like to come again

This is a nice spot to hang out with family. They have individual huts, lots of plants, a stream with fish, and a way out to the Dnieper river. The place feels good and looks comfy. They serve the food quickly and it's yummy homemade stuff. People have different tastes, but if you've never been there, you should definitely go! There's parking at the front with plenty of space, and they have a kids' play area and covered huts. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to chill out!

It's a shame I didn't find this place earlier. It's a good hotel. The person in charge is nice. I arrived on September 1st and chose to stay an extra day because it's so good here. Eating breakfast by the Dnieper river in a little hut was really enjoyable and delicious.

The music was too loud, the tables were not clean, and there was only one public restroom with a long line. It was our first visit and we only stayed for two minutes. We don't want to go back there.

This is a nice spot to hang out with friends or have a birthday party. It's not too pricey. My spouse and I like going here because it's next to the river. We usually have tea, pancakes and sweet treats in the evening. The food is pretty basic but still tastes good.

This is a really nice and comfortable spot. You should check out the outdoor shelters in summer. There's a river with waves, many plants, and a small lake.

The place is in a great spot with amazing views. You can see the river, the dock, and a lovely courtyard from the rooms. There's also a restaurant here. The area of the property is huge, with lots of trees and plants. There's a pond with fish and many shaded structures scattered around.

The place (with a restaurant, spa, and hotel) is next to the Dnieper River. It's big and pretty. They have big party rooms for 500 people, little outdoor areas by the water, and you can rent a boat. The hotel has two-person rooms, some with air conditioning and some without. They also have small houses. The staff at the hotel is nice, they asked if we were happy and if we had everything we needed. But we didn't have a good experience at the restaurant. The waiter asked us if we had reserved an outdoor area. We asked if we needed to, and he said no. But he said they were really busy with a wedding and we would have to wait 40 minutes to an hour for our food. He also complained about his job and life. We decided to leave.

The place is really nice, peaceful, and comfortable, right next to the Dnieper river. The people working there are helpful and kind. The room is tidy and the bed sheets are clean. It's a fantastic spot to escape the busy city life.

Delicious, cozy, polite staff

The food here is really good, especially the stuff cooked on the outdoor grill. It's one of the few places where they actually grill meat on charcoal. The service is nice too. If you enjoy smoking hookah, they can make a mix just the way you like it.

Really pretty and fashionable, comfortable plus there's a jazz concert.

We went to Hutor for a dance competition. The place was nice and clean. But, the restaurant service was bad. We ordered soup and tea. When we were about to pay, we found out they only take cash. This was surprising because it's the 21st century and people use cards more. We had to quickly find cash. But, that wasn't the end. We had to wait half an hour for the waiter to bring our change. And he kept walking around our table, acting like he didn't have our change.

This is one of the prettiest spots near the Dnieper. The food is really good, there's a lot to choose from, and there's a great party room with a view of the river. The staff is nice and really pays attention to you.

I had a really bad experience at a restaurant. On July 9th at 2pm, I made a reservation for a specific spot and a lady confirmed my booking. However, when I got there at 9pm, they said they had no reservation under my name. The waitress didn't help at all and told me the only two spots left were next to loud speakers or in an area with a snake. She seemed to find it funny that I was upset. I was really angry.

The place is big and the kitchen is pretty good, but the service in the party room is just like in the regular dining area. This is the only problem.

The Dnieper River is beautiful, but it's costly to enjoy it and they only accept cash, which is outdated for today's society.

It's good, but the prices are a bit steep

This place is horrible! My friends and I visited this cafe on June 20th, 2021. A friendly girl greeted us and showed us to our table in the pavilion and gave us menus. The prices were pretty high, but we didn't mind too much. However, we had to wait for about 20-25 minutes for the waitress to attend to us. When she finally did, she informed us that many of the items on the menu were not available. This was surprising as it was only 9pm on a Sunday, so we assumed they'd be fully stocked for the weekend. We ended up ordering from what was available. My friends got a summer salad, and when asked, they chose olive oil as the dressing. The salad, which cost around 90 hryvnias, was disappointing as it only contained half a cucumber, half a tomato, and a quarter of a bell pepper.
