The prices are reasonable. The staff is helpful, but the sauna doesn't get hot enough. Even with three people in it, no one was sweating.

The customer service was terrible. I booked an appointment half a day early. But, they called me back 30 minutes later, joking around and making up excuses. Basically, they said my booking was not valid.

I want to say something about room 1, room 2, and room 3. They are not saunas. They are just rooms with a steam bath. Those are not the same thing. We didn't have a good time on our trip.

We went to a big sauna over the weekend. It was usually clean, but this time it was really dirty. Besides, the water in the pool wasn't fresh.

Everything was great, the workers are nice, and Oksana who was on duty is a lovely girl. The service is awesome and they're really friendly. The bathhouse has a big room, a nice pool, and a clean bathroom. It's not noisy, there's a TV, and big speakers. I suggest you try the "Delta" bathhouse, especially during holidays.

The sauna is good! There's lots of room. The downside is it's very slippery, just like other saunas, because they make the floor shiny for some reason.

I went to a sauna with my friends recently. We liked it because it was clean and comfortable. There was a big room where we could all hang out, and we enjoyed the friendly vibe and the karaoke. If we needed, we could buy towels and shoes from the manager. The staff were very nice. A big thank you to the manager, Oksana, for being so helpful. All in all, it's a nice place to relax. We'll definitely go back again.

This is a great sauna, it costs $250 an hour during the week and $350 an hour during the weekend. The people working there are really good. I would visit again. Should you try it? Yes.

This is a great spot to chill out with friends or just a partner. I've been here a few times, and the sauna is always hot and ready when I arrive, around 90-100 degrees. The pool water is clean and cool. The workers are nice and are always ready to help with any question – though I've never had any issues. There's karaoke in a few of the rooms if you feel like singing. You can buy stuff like hats, soap, and other toiletries at the entrance. So, you can really unwind and enjoy yourself here. Have a great time!

I wouldn't suggest going to the "Delta" sauna. We booked a big room for 22:00. We travelled from the far side of town and were 15 minutes late. When we arrived, the front desk person looked unhappy. We told them we had a reservation, but they said they couldn't take us because we were late and they had tried to call us 10 times. We showed them we didn't have any missed calls from them. They just laughed and said they gave our room to someone else.

I often visit the Delta sauna because it's close to my house. The person in charge there is really friendly and often gives us coffee while we wait. The saunas are always neat and tidy, which matters a lot to me. Keep it up!

We had a group holiday at this complex and everyone enjoyed it. They offer steam rooms for both big groups and couples. It's a great place and we'll definitely visit again.

Our group visits No. 6 every Thursday and we really enjoy it. The steam room is perfectly hot and the service is nice. I would suggest others to go there too.

It's really nice! They have everything and the steam bath is okay! The service is good! It doesn't smell bad and you can buy stuff like brooms and oils for a comfortable stay! I'm happy with it!

Really good sauna. We had my husband's birthday party here last year, and this year we just hung out with friends! It's a comfortable place and a fantastic way to unwind! The only downside is that they don't have a card payment machine.
