Sauna "Diamant" on Obolon №1119

We visited this sauna over the weekend. It's a nice sauna, very clean and comfortable, and the steam room seemed brand new. The person in charge was really nice.

The price and quality of the place is great. It's better than it was three months ago. The swimming pool is clean and all the faucets are working. They even have a new wooden bucket for brooms. The place has a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The cost is fantastic - the Russian bath is 330 per hour during the week and 360 on the weekend. We also bought some extra slippers for 20 UAH and a broom for 100 UAH. Sure, there are a few small issues like missing tiles and slippery floors when wearing disposable slippers, but overall, we enjoyed our time there. The manager told us the sauna has new owners who are working to make improvements.

We were gifted a visit to this sauna, but I wish we hadn't gone. We had to wait for an hour in our jackets because it was very cold, even though we were supposed to be using the sauna at that time. The doors to the steam room could only be closed with cardboard or a napkin. The pool was so filthy that only the bravest would dare to swim in it; I believe the Dnieper river has cleaner water. I really didn't like that there were no simple rubber mats. The whole place is tiled and very slippery, so it's almost impossible not to slip and fall. The worst part is that there are tiles even in the steam room, which makes it very dangerous. After 15 minutes, a woman came in and turned off the steam room, telling us we had 15 minutes to leave. But when we were dressed and ready to go, she asked us if we wanted to extend our time.

I enjoyed it! I brought some friends to the sauna. It was neat, and I value cleanliness a lot. I was surprised when I saw the reviews. Either the owners fix issues based on feedback or the negative reviews are from rivals. I suggest you try it!

The pool is not clean and there's a white thing in it. They don't have a kettle and you need to pay for bed sheets. The couch is still damp from the last guests. The plastic cover on the table is wrinkled from heat. It's a waste of money and time. The management should review what they're charging people for. I wouldn't suggest coming here.

The swimming area is not clean. The door does not stay shut. The chairs and tables are old and used up.

The pool doesn't have a top step, which makes it hard to get in and out. The water in the pool isn't clean because it's not filtered well. The steam room is also dirty with leaves from a broom. The cleaning staff does a bad job. I don't recommend it. The sauna has a pole and red lights, which might not be everyone's preference.

Don't go here. The pool is dirty and the water is unclear, showing it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The sofa and bed are worn out. We ended up only paying to sit at a table because a customer was missing. We couldn't use the steam room or swim because the pool seemed too dirty. We're really upset and disappointed! The management should take note, fixing these problems wouldn't be expensive!

Go for a pricier choice. The sauna door here doesn't even shut, there are nails poking out of the walls, and the pool water is really cloudy.
