The sauna is really good, especially the "new sauna". It's definitely worth the money. It's clean, nice-looking, comfortable, and has a good vibe. The water in the pool is clear and there's no smell of chlorine. The people there are friendly and it's clear that they take care of everything. I hope they continue to do well and attract good customers. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

We reserved a sauna cabin a week ahead as we wanted to have a relaxing evening. We arrived on time and tried to call the waiter in the lounge using the call button. But, we had to call him on his phone as he didn't hear the button ring three times. An hour into our three-hour booking, the lights went out because the generator broke down and couldn't be fixed. This ruined our evening and we didn't get to relax. The facilities were really bad. On top of this, we also ordered food but it wasn't served to us even after an hour. We couldn't even turn on the TV ourselves. It was very disappointing. We wasted our evening and didn't get to relax as we had planned.

We visited Elite sauna's Pyramid Hall as a family. It was very disappointing. The whole place was run down and desperately needs a makeover. It was freezing cold, and you even had to wear a jacket to go to the bathroom. The changing room was damp and water was dripping from the ceiling. The pool was also cold and the rusty railings were so bad, they could have cut our legs. They didn't have draft beer in the sauna and the menu was very limited and too expensive. Despite what their website says, nothing was working except for the TV. Overall, it was a horrible experience. We were very unhappy. We did complain to the management and they gave us a discount. But that didn't make up for our bad experience.

I lost a ring there. When I asked them to find it, they said they couldn't. The bathhouse is okay, but overall, it's not worth the money.

We went to a big, two-floor sauna. It's kind of old and not in the best shape. It's also really expensive. They charged us 1200 UAH per hour and I thought it would be nicer for that price. It's supposed to fit 8 people or more, but there were only seven of us and we could barely fit around a small table. The steam room and hamam were nice though. The food and drink prices are really high, just like the most expensive restaurants in town. Plus, they don't let you bring your own food or drinks.
