If you value your time, I wouldn't suggest this place. They delayed my appointment twice and when I finally got there, they cancelled my reservation. They said it was due to an emergency and the sauna was out of service. It ruined my only day off. I had to quickly find somewhere else to go.

We booked the smallest time slot of two hours. The sauna was not hot at all, you could even touch the stones with your hands. The floor was slippery with water and soap. My husband was upset when he mentioned this, and they started arguing. We ended up leaving only 10 minutes after we arrived. This place is awful. I would not recommend it.

The place has a great vibe with a two-person infrared sauna and two other dry saunas for big groups. There are also rooms to relax in. The place is kept very clean and the staff is really friendly. They also have a bar with a lot of different drinks and snacks, and a hookah for those who like it. You'd want to visit again once you've been there. It's also pretty cheap, just 300 per hour but you have to book for at least two hours. My friends and I really liked it and I think you will too.

We reserved a sauna with friends on January 30, 2021, at 6:00 pm. When we got there, the staff was rude to us. The room smelled like cigarettes and wasn't very clean. They put us in a smaller room that costs 400 UAH for two hours, but we had paid for a larger room that costs 600 UAH. The sauna was terrible. The shower didn't work and they told us to call the water company. We decided to leave after only 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place. It was a bad experience.

Hello! I was trying to visit your place as I wanted to check out your saunas and pick one that I like. But when I arrived, a man came out and told me there are no saunas, even though he seemed confused and didn't know what to say.
