My dad asked me to write this review. He stayed at this hotel when he was on a work trip to Shklo. The room was nice, clean, and warm, just like the pictures. The people working there were nice and helped quickly, like changing a light bulb and hanging curtains. The food was good and didn't cost too much. Thanks. I think you should stay at this hotel.

The staff at this place have a really bad attitude. They're not nice at all and come across as arrogant and rude. There's one lady in particular, who I think is the manager, that's especially unpleasant. But apart from that, the place isn't too bad.

The bar at Kurortny Motel is really good. They serve tasty food and great coffee. The serving sizes are big, so you'll get a full meal with just a salad and soup, or a salad and some meat or fish. I myself ended up eating too much salad, soup, and fish. The staff are friendly to customers. The decor is simple and calming, which makes it a nice place to chill out and enjoy your food.

We really enjoyed everything. The staff was nice and the service was great. We arrived on the same day there was a party with music, but it didn't disturb our stay. The room was clean and had all the necessary hygiene products.

A wedding might happen in the restaurant and it would stop you from sleeping in your room. The reception staff doesn't pay attention to you. I suggest not to visit here. The staff is totally careless. It's the worst place in Ukraine. Even giving one star is too much.

Hello, the rate for weekends is 600 UAH per hour and for weekdays it's 400 UAH per hour. This price is for 5 people, but please note that the room rate doesn't include additional charges.

We arrived on a day when there was a big party. We wanted to rest and sleep, but there was loud music until 1 in the morning, followed by a guitar party with loud singing upstairs. We tried to get the manager to do something about the noise, but he didn't answer our calls. We ended up having to listen to the party until the morning. The restaurant was good and the food was tasty. However, the motel needs to improve its soundproofing and make sure all guests are comfortable.

We had a fun bachelorette party at the spa and their service was fantastic. But, they put too much chlorine in the jacuzzi. We couldn't sit in it because it hurt our eyes. When we got home, we all started coughing a lot. Cleaning is good, but they should use the right amount of stuff.

We had our wedding at the motel restaurant last Saturday. The food was amazing and everything tasted really good. The staff was great too. We and our guests also stayed in the motel. The rooms were neat and comfortable. We're very thankful to everyone at the Resort, especially the team leader, Larisa. She's an awesome person!
