The next day, we realized we had left a valuable item on the bar counter. We called them to check if they had found it, but the person on the phone was very rude to us.
When we tried to provide our contact number, the lady in charge was very disrespectful and hung up on us. We definitely won't be returning to the Mirage sauna - the experience was very unpleasant.
The owner seems to really support his staff and business, but if he wants more loyal customers, he needs to listen to their feedback. And just to clarify, the temperature was 75 degrees.

Hi! We always keep our sauna very hot, maybe you thought it wasn't as hot? Also, regarding items being "expensive", if our staff find anything that customers leave behind, they contact them right away!
