Finnish sauna "Ramzes" №697

We visited this place which has a Roman-style steam room. We enjoyed the steam room and the billiard table. However, the entrance has really steep stairs which I didn't like. The hair dryer was also not good, it took a long time to dry hair, especially in the cold. They should provide better soap and fix the soap dispensers.

We didn't use the girls' rest room but we did change clothes there. It could have been cleaner, especially the carpet which seemed like it hadn't been washed in a long time. Overall, the pool and steam room were okay, but someone in our group cut her finger on something sharp in the pool. If these issues are fixed, I would recommend this place.

I had a bad experience. I found a sauna lawyer on a website and called their number. We agreed on a small room for three hours and I paid a reduced deposit of 330 UAH for one hour. However, when the day came and we arrived at Trinity 21 Sauna Lawyer, where we had made the agreement, they seemed surprised and said we hadn't made any reservation. Apparently, they have two services: Lawyer and Ramses, and they hadn't told me about this. We were booked under Ramses and had to go there instead. When we arrived at Ramses, they didn't even apologize for the confusion and said I had been dealing with their bosses, not them.

The bathhouse is in a bad state and needs some fixing up. Some of the steam rooms aren't working because they are being fixed for a while now. The pool is really tiny.

At first, everything seemed fine. The images matched what I saw on my phone. However, I later found out the pictures were actually taken from another bathhouse. The place was not well-maintained and the pool was not as advertised. The manager seemed irritated by us. We suggested that he could have kept the place cleaner. He blamed the previous customers for the mess. The temperature in the steam room was not right. I rarely post negative reviews, but this time I had to. Even other customers who left before us were unhappy and suggested we should not have visited this place.

Cool spa, it even has a room for playing pool.

The pool is tiny and looks so filthy that you'd be afraid to dip your toes in.

We stayed there for a few days. The spa center was big and had everything you need. The people working there were great. But, they need to make the water hotter, especially in the jacuzzi. It's not so relaxing to sit in water that's only 18 degrees Celsius. Otherwise, everything was great and I would recommend it. It's perfect for a group of 20 people.

The steam room at this place was not only cold, but also very dirty! Terrible! And don't even get me started on the pools and the lounge area! They were not clean at all! The whole place felt like a creepy, dirty underground cellar.

I visited the small room. The staff was nice and the place was clean. However, it was a bit cramped and could probably only fit about 4 people. Overall, it was fine.

The place is awesome. It's perfect for big gatherings. The steam room is really nice.
