We got there early with our kids because we can't always rely on taxis. We had to wait outside in the cold for over half an hour. Our kids were freezing. We were supposed to get into the sauna at 9:30 PM but we only got in at 9:40 PM. The owner was rushing us to take off our shoes. The only good thing was a warm pool for the kids. The steam room was too small for four adults. The only place to sit and relax was upstairs. There was no changing room, so we had to take turns changing in the bathroom. We had to hang our coats in the same room as the pool, so we ended up going outside in wet clothes. The bathroom and sink were dirty, and the trash wasn't even emptied. The owners were really rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Today were in this sauna 2.10.2021,5 adults and 2 children for a child paid extra 150 gr considering that an hour of 400 gr, we were 3 hours? on the sum is better to go to Sobkow, there the level is many times cooler (but there is still renovation), the point is not that, but that the owner is a complete neodykvat?, hot water is not at all!!!!! even could not wash my head, at home washed up? I think that the previous reviews wrote or the owner himself or his relatives?

We visited the sauna a few times with our families and friends. It was good with a heated pool and plenty of space. There was only one shower that worked properly, the other one had cold water. We were okay with that. But we had a bad experience when we booked the sauna for four hours and came with four families with kids. The water seemed warmer than before but we trusted the owner. After we left, the kids started coughing, crying, had red eyes and one kid even threw up. It seems like they got chlorine poisoning.

I really wanted to visit your sauna, but no one picked up the phone. I tried calling for over an hour but had no luck. Even when we got there, we couldn't get in. Now, I don't want to relax at your place anymore and I won't suggest it to my friends either. I'm glad there are other places in town that actually care about their customers.

Great sauna. It's clean and quiet. The water in the pool is nice. I suggest you go there.

This is a great place. But I don't like that you have to pay extra for pool. I think it should be part of the bath price. But apart from that, it's awesome!

We've been to the Relax sauna several times. However, every visit, the owner always added extra charges. The hourly rate was inconsistent and they charged full price for children over three. All these issues ruined our mood when leaving. Because of these experiences, I really don't want to go back to this sauna or recommend it to anyone.

I recently visited this place that looks like a normal private house. I was let in by a man who opened the gate. The sauna was decent. But the service was really bad. I couldn't get any phone signal to call a taxi because it was so cold, and I had a small child with me while it was -8 degrees outside. The second floor was dirty with crumbs, hair, and chips. I wouldn't suggest going here!

The place is clean and good. I suggest you to go there! We went there with friends and we plan to go again. The pool has warm water.

The sauna is clean but the staff is not polite. They tell you how long you have to book for at least. The owner shut the vent an hour early which made everything smell like smoke. The way they talk to customers needs to improve.

The sauna and pool are nice. But out of three showers, only one works well because the others don't have strong water flow. There's no room to get changed, so we had to use the toilet one by one. If you're in a big group, you'll need to start getting ready early. Otherwise, the owners will rush you. Not sure if we'll go back.
