The waiters are nice, but they're really slow. Our food took a long time to arrive. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly, which was really unacceptable for a place that calls itself a national club. They told us there would be musicians playing in our room, but they ended up playing in a different room. The only thing I liked about the place was the musicians.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's too expensive and showy, and there are too many problems with it.

Hi Dmitry, we follow the rule that the customer is always right, even if what you said in the review doesn't match what we saw on our security videos. Because of this, we've talked to our manager and servers about not letting this kind of thing happen again. We're here to serve you and we want to keep all our guests happy so they'll keep coming back. We can't wait to see you again!
1. The food took too long to come. We asked for our food to be served as soon as it was ready, but it took them 45 minutes to bring out the borscht and over an hour for the draaniki.
2. They got our order wrong. We asked for draaniki with sour cream, but they brought it with meat instead. I don't like anything extra with my draaniki and we didn't have another hour to wait for new ones.
The food itself was really good. The borscht, dumplings, stuffed cabbage, cherry dumplings with sour cream - everything was tasty. The draaniki were also good, they were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside and didn't taste floury.

Our chefs start cooking dishes like draaniki, varenyky, dumplings and plenty of other hot meals as soon as we get the order, and that takes about half an hour. 2. When we finally found the place, there were no seats left.
3. We called to ask "where are you located?" They told us, but didn't let us make a reservation or warn us that there might not be any seats. We ended up wasting two hours and didn't even get to go inside!
