Turkish bath, enveloping you in hot steam, will turn the process of relaxation into a truly oriental ritual. The infrared cabin offers a therapy that can relieve stress and fill you with new energy. I was unsure about going to Eden because the hotel costs a lot. But, it's totally worth the money. The service is great, the people working there really care, the food is yummy, and the spa is really nice. I'm grateful to the staff for helping me feel better, both in my mind and body.

The workers are very helpful. They greet you, move your car to the parking area, and provide champagne in the room, etc.
The spa is nice, but it's a bit cramped. Sometimes people leave their stuff lying around.
During winter, the only fun activities are the spa, strolling around the area, and dining at the restaurant.

The interior is breathtaking, it feels like you're in a super stylish palace. The service is improving each year and this time, it was spot on. The breakfasts are delicious and the whole experience in the breakfast room, with the music and the staff, makes it feel like a special occasion every morning. The manager, Zoryana, is the epitome of hospitality. Without her, our stay would have been different. The surroundings, with the nature, lake, vineyards, and my favorite path, are worth stepping out of the hotel for. However, I wasn't too happy with the food prices. They seem fair for places like France or Northern Italy, but they feel too steep for the Lviv region.

Спа, бассейн, джакузи, сауна, гидротерапия - все на высшем уровне. Пейзажи невероятно красивые, прямо как на картине. Интерьер, произведения искусства, библиотека, атмосфера - все это делает это место потрясающим! Я много путешествую и провожу несколько ночей в разных местах, и это стало моим любимым. Вам нужно посетить это место хотя бы раз.

They paid attention to every small thing - the design, furniture, dishes, staff uniforms, and overall set-up. It's all top-notch. Some might disagree, but I think this is one of the best places in Ukraine and it's definitely world-class.
The food is amazing - anyone can try it and love it. It's too bad we haven't gotten a Michelin star yet, because this place deserves one! I highly recommend it!
In short, I visited this place and had a really good experience. Everything was well-organized.

I recall a time when a baby deer came from the golf course and fell into the water. Your staff took care of it like a baby. It was fascinating to see how you cared for that deer. All your employees are excellent and always keep the conversation interesting. Thanks!

I've been to medical spas in Europe, but only this one has given me lasting results. That's why I keep coming back and am already planning to visit again in spring. It's really nice and makes me proud to know that we have such great facilities in Ukraine. Big thanks to the people who work here and really care about what they do.

We've been together for 20 years, and I'm glad we chose to spend our vacation at this resort and spa. The service was top-notch and we appreciated the attention to detail in the interiors, park, vineyards, and art area. The spa was great. You can tell that the people here love what they do. I think this resort could represent Ukraine on a global scale. I'll always remember Edem fondly. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

28 September 2021 am30 10:54 The room where we stayed with our one year old was cold. I wish the spa was open for kids until 6pm. The current hours from 11am to 4pm don't give enough time to do other activities like walking, having lunch, and playing golf. Kids don't understand and get upset when it's time to leave the spa. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed the hotel and its surroundings. The golf and horse riding were great and the park was amazing.

26 September 2021 pm30 16:58 Hello. We booked a 3-day vacation through hotels.com. They offered two options: a standard room for $550 and a suite with a Jacuzzi for $1000. We picked the suite. However, when we arrived, we were told we needed a PCR test. My husband and I were upset because vaccinated people aren't required to take this test when entering Ukraine. But, it was the hotel's rule, so we agreed. The real surprise came when we got our room keys. It was just a standard room, not the suite we were expecting based on the description on the hotels.com website.

The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. But things took a turn at the restaurants. The servers were not nice. One even made fun of me for the wine I wanted to order. He acted like I was wasting his time because I wanted to buy a $80 bottle of wine, which he thought was too cheap. He said since I didn't know about wine, he'd get someone to help me. But he never brought me the wine I asked for.

17 July 2021 pm31 20:15 We went to this place to chill out in nature, try SUP surfing and eat at the Terrace restaurant. We had booked a table and a SUP board ahead of time. We were a bit late, but we let the manager know. They told us it was okay and that a teacher would be waiting for us on the beach. When we got there, we went straight to the beach. We spent the first 20 minutes trying to find the teacher, even making several phone calls. When we finally found them, we were told we had to pay an extra 900 UAH to get into the beach. This was a bad surprise as the website and the phone booking didn't say anything about this.

The service is really good too. You can tell that the people in charge care a lot about making sure everyone who works there knows what they're doing.
One big thing to note is that this place will give you more than you think it will. Trust me, I've seen it for myself.

20 June 2021 pm30 23:24 If I could, I'd rate it 6 stars. The place is beautiful, luxurious, and has amazing views. It's private and quiet. The restaurant on the terrace is great. It has nice views, cool decorations, tasty food and the staff is nice. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The spa is really good. I would suggest this place if you want a quiet, fancy vacation.

19 June 2021 pm30 14:23 The website doesn't say that you need to book directly with the hotel or restaurant to get in. We thought we could just show up, walk around, see the modern sculptures, and then eat. But, we found out we needed to book a tour to see the sculptures and reserve a table at the restaurant ahead of time. Plus, there's no option to pay to get in. So, we left and ended up driving 20 km extra to Viking Cove. They should make it clear on the website about these rules so others don't get upset like we did.

The staff and managers at the hotel were really helpful and gave us a lot of free services that left us amazed! Thank you Edem for the great experience and wonderful time!

The staff are very attentive and there are lots of nice surprises - for example, you can choose your own pillows and they give you champagne and special sweets in your room three times a day. The spa area is lovely. The food is amazing - even the oatmeal is really tasty and unique. The staff are all friendly, happy and helpful, and they really want to make your stay memorable. I highly recommend it and I definitely want to go back.

23 April 2021 am30 09:00 We mistook it for Switzerland, but it's actually in Ukraine. I'm talking about Edem Resort Medical & SPA. It's in Lviv, a really lovely and cozy city that unfortunately doesn't have much water around. But this resort is amazing. Lots of professionals from different fields have worked on it, and it's definitely worth foreigners checking it out so they can see how fancy Ukraine can be. The resort covers 52 hectares right now, but they're planning to grow bigger soon. The buildings are really beautiful and make you feel like you've stepped into an aristocratic area. The medical center and high-end hotel cater to discerning customers from all over the world.

Она лично заботилась о том, чтобы наше пребывание было безупречным на каждом этапе, не говоря уже о том, что оМне очень понравился этот красивый и интересный курорт. The air and water are amazing, the restaurant terrace is beautiful, and the people who work there are really nice. It has the best spa and a very fancy medical center. I love the hot tubs. My favorite people there are Tanechka (the beautician) who has magic hands, and Doctor Olesya. The girls at the medical center's reception (Natasha and Olga), everyone at the main reception, the cleaning staff, and the waiters are all great. I really enjoy my time here. They have a really good selection of wine. I would definitely recommend this place.
