We visited a suite with a pool on December 31, 2021. They gave us champagne as a "gift". But when we asked for glasses to drink from, they only gave us three glasses and charged us an extra 120.00grn, even though the glasses were not broken. I was really upset and I don't want to go back.

The place is good for chilling out, especially the sauna with a pool or jacuzzi. However, I had some trouble finding the Pridneprovsky location because the rooms weren't clearly marked, which was a bit inconvenient.
