I do not recommend visiting, the owner of the bathhouse is a clown because when talking on the phone he said one price for his services, and in fact, when he started paying, he called the price 3 times higher and started making a circus. Definitely do not go there!!!!

The bathhouse is nice, just like everyone says in the reviews, but the owners are not nice at all, they're very rude and not friendly. We went there with a group of friends, we didn't smoke, didn't make a mess, didn't bring any brooms, changed our shoes, and we were sober. But the owners greeted us with bad attitudes, they explained the rules to us in a mean way, they even got mad when we didn't answer the phone one time because we were in the pool. It didn't matter if we wanted to say or ask something. Overall, the place is cool, but the owners are really bad.

This is a nice, clean spot for respectful people. There's a smoking area on the first floor, but you can't smoke inside the house, so it doesn't smell bad. The shower works by pulling a rope to tip over a bucket of water. There's also a microwave and a small table. Upstairs, you can find wooden stairs that lead to a large table, a pool table, and a TV with karaoke. If you have a big group, there's an extra room available. The house is well-maintained. There's also a steam room that fits 8 people. The only downside is that it's tough to get a taxi there. But even with that, we enjoyed our stay.

BUT! It's hard to find. It doesn't have an address. You have to describe it to taxi drivers and not all of them want to go there. The owner is very strict. There are a lot of things you can't do. He watches everything. It's not comfortable anymore. The rules make sense, but they should be explained in a nicer way.

We went to the sauna for the first time. We had to wait a little before we could get in. The place was big and clean. We had to clean our hands with an antiseptic when we entered. There is a hallway and a sauna with a pool on the first floor, and the second floor is just for relaxing. We enjoyed it.
The only downside was that the place was a bit hard to find.
But it wasn't a big deal.
I recommend everyone to go there.

I tried to book a steam session at this sauna for the second time on a busy weekend, but the response I got was rude and negative. They basically told me to call another sauna if I'm not happy. I've never experienced such poor service before. I wish I could give less than one star. I can't comment on the quality of the sauna itself because I never got to use it. I've also read another review mentioning a rude hostess - so I guess I'm not the only one who had a bad experience.

The sauna is nice, there's a large swimming pool, and a pretty garden. The toilet and bathroom need to be fixed up.

The phone number they give you doesn't work, no one picks up. You need to call to find out important information like the price per hour and how many people can fit in the steam room, because they don't tell you anywhere. That's why I'm only giving them one star for communication. We didn't end up going to the sauna because it was too small for our group.

As of January 2021, it costs 240 UAH per hour. The steam room is small and can only fit 8 people. If you have more than 8 people, you'll have to pay an extra 30 UAH per person for each hour.
