We went for lunch and paid for three hours (until 3pm) which cost 1000grn per person. At this price, the reception said they don't give towels or bathrobes, you have to buy them separately or bring your own. They ran out of water and tea, and no one was quick to replace it. It was only after two hours and asking them to refill the water that they did. The receptionists at the entrance and spa were not very friendly. All the saunas were working and it wasn't too crowded, so we got to try the Japanese Ofuro and use the Jacuzzi. We didn't go to the aroma room because it was too crowded. The bath attendant service (being hit with a broom) costs 1020grn. The pool is big with four lanes, and in the afternoon they sometimes have swim training. Honestly, we were expecting more from this place and better service.

We had a good time. The place has been open for a while but the service is still good. If you can, it's best to come in the morning or at lunch because it gets busier towards the evening.

Hi!
This is a great place with a variety of baths and saunas to choose from. There's plenty of room, tasty tea, and the staff is nice. I got a fantastic massage from Paulina, she's really skilled!
One downside is that there aren't enough lounge chairs. They're all taken during busy times, and you're stuck sitting on an uncomfortable bench.
I also have a suggestion for the management: please ask women not to swim in the pool with their hair down. It's not great when they do it just to look good for Instagram. We can help improve the behavior of the guests.

The service isn't good and the spa is really gross. It's very dirty and full of mold. The pools have dirty water. They don't clean the water around the pools and bath entrances, so I've slipped a few times. The place feels like it hasn't been updated in 20 years.

The spa is nice and the employees are kind. The place is well-maintained. However, I'm giving it only 1 star because one of the salon workers, O. Sadayka, was very arrogant. I've never met someone so overly proud. I suggest not spending your money there. There are many other good salons around, like Vika Sergeenko. It's high-class.

We bought a season pass for our entire holiday (it was really costly)! We got to the hall at 9:00 and there was no tea available. We asked the reception and they said they'd bring the tea between 10:00 and 11:00. After speaking to the manager, the tea finally arrived at 12:00! (Our day was already spoiled). We left at 2:00. It seems like they use this trick to make guests leave early! In the Japanese Ofuro pool, there was dirt and sand at the bottom! We've seen this multiple times.

The staff is okay and the restaurant is great. However, the pool water smells strongly of chlorine and is a bit salty. If you want to use the jacuzzi, go in the morning. After 11:00, it gets filled with mothers and their kids for around five hours. Also, there's a pool that you can't swim in during the afternoon because it's full of kids taking swimming lessons. They take up all the lanes and make a lot of noise and splash water around. After experiencing this, I left and won't be going back.

This place is fun and nice, and I've been here more than once. But I wasn't happy with the girl at the front desk today. Usually, the workers here are nice, but not today. We got here early and all the locker rooms were empty. But when I asked to change locker 13 to a different one, she said no without saying sorry or trying to help. I should mention that a lot of hotels and gyms don't have a locker or room 13 because some people don't like that number. Ignoring a customer's request like this, especially on their birthday, is a big downside for this otherwise great place.

I visited a tanning salon. I asked if I could split my visit into two separate times and they said yes. Apparently, the price per visit is set and doesn't change according to how long I stay in the tanning bed.

What I didn't like is that they didn't provide any information, either on Instagram or at the front desk. I had to pry the information out of them! The staff seemed uninterested.

They also didn't provide me with sunglasses.

I wouldn't recommend this place for tanning.

I went to Odessa and decided to visit the spa nearby in Arcadia. I liked almost everything about it. The staff explained and showed me everything. The place was clean and I didn't feel exhausted. The pool had an easy entry, it wasn't crowded, but I went there on a Friday morning. I mainly used the steam room, thermae, salt room, and jacuzzi. The only problem was that getting into the jacuzzi was a bit difficult. They offer a good discount during the weekdays. Thanks!

I went with my daughter for the first time. We really liked everything. The workers were nice and the vibe at every place was amazing. We particularly liked the smell room. We had a tasty citrus tea with honey at the restaurant. The Alaska sushi and Bonzai were great, I suggest everyone try them. The prices were fair. The total cost was 600 UAH including a 9% tip.

They offer a lot of services and I enjoyed my time there. But it was really hard to contact the reception. The phone numbers listed on Google aren't correct. I had to wait on hold for a long time and they still didn't pick up. I had to find the sales department's number on DoubleGis to finally reach them. They should really update their contact info.

I spent a lot of money hoping to make a fancy, relaxing vacation spot. The concept and execution were great. But the staff ruined everything. The service was really bad, starting from the reception. I was sitting by the snow room, having tea, when a guy from the service room next to it yelled at me for not closing the door tightly! I don't think customers should have to put up with such rudeness, especially considering how much they're paying. The only nice staff were the admin girls by the pool. I happened to be there when the salt room was being fixed. There were workers in robes all around, while we were trying to relax in our swimsuits. The other guests weren't what you'd expect, given the prices and the decor.

I didn't have a great experience. We had two vouchers but due to several reasons like quarantine and the spa being closed, we couldn't use them on time. When I called them on the 27th, they told me the last day to use the vouchers was the 25th and now they're useless. It seemed like they wouldn't really lose out much if two more people used the spa. The staff wasn't friendly or accommodating at all. They could've extended the validity of the vouchers for a few more days!

We went on a family vacation. Everyone loved the big pool, even more than the ones overseas. We could open our eyes underwater and it didn't hurt. This shows that the water is clean and the staff are good at their job. The restaurant was pricey, but the food was tasty. The smoothies were great, especially the green one. The rolls were yummy too. The salt bath was amazing. Overall, everything was awesome. We were happy to spend our money there. I'd rate it 5 out of 5 stars. They earned it. We'll definitely come back.

I take my two kids to baby swimming classes with coach Lina. We also visit just to chill out as a family. My favourite part is Afura. The whole place is kept tidy and well looked after. They even do regular repair work. The service there is great.

The spa center in Odessa is really good. It has a gym, yoga, dancing, and massages - everything is great. I suggest you try massage with Ekaterina, her massages are the best.

This place is okay for Odessa, especially since there's no other option. It's great that they provide wristbands for keys and offer slippers and robes.

However, there were some issues. The salt sauna wasn't working, the movie theater was shut, and the hammam and Finnish were always busy.

The restaurant service was a letdown.
1. They served our grilled veggies 10 minutes before the chicken, so they got cold.
2. They brought our noodles while we were still eating our soup, so they also got cold, and cluttered our small table.
3. They mistakenly served us a salad that wasn't ours, so it had to be returned.

The staff at the bath complex's front desk were rude. They give checks to note points, but later say they don't understand it. It's clear they don't care about their customers anymore. I wouldn't suggest going to this complex!

We had an awesome holiday. The swimming pool was neat and they offered various swimming gear like flippers and mats. They also had a room for resting. The restaurant was good with quick service and tasty food. Everything was well-organized. The hot tub had a lot of chlorine in the water. The "ofuro" was amazing. We couldn't try all the baths available because some were closed and others weren't clean enough. They had classes for kids which allowed us adults to have an hour of free time. The staff was great. We're planning to come back.

This place is like heaven on earth. My friend and I visited the spa complex and absolutely loved it! The prices are reasonable. With 1100 UAH, we could use 10 different types of baths from morning until late evening. We didn't need to bring anything; slippers, a bathrobe, a towel, and bedding are all included in the price. We were also happy to find there was a hairdryer and bracelets that kept track of our additional spending, which we paid for at the end. We were super happy with our experience and we're definitely going to visit the spa complex again.

We've been on holiday here with our family several times and really loved it. The first time we went, we had a tour and everything was explained to us in a detailed and engaging way. The restaurant has fair prices and big servings, and the food was all delicious. We only have good things to say about our experiences!

This city's top spa has been around for a while, but it's still top-notch. They have fun stuff for kids, free tea that I really like, a good swimming pool, and lots of saunas. Everything is clean and well looked after. I definitely suggest you go!
