When we checked in, we were told we'd have a parking space, but that didn't happen and no one at the front desk wanted to fix the issue. The front desk staff were always unhappy and we didn't like any of the three people we interacted with. They didn't want to answer our questions or solve our problems. However, the rest of the staff were great - the cleaners, waiters, and chefs were all good and fast. The cleaning service wasn't great and they didn't restock items like toilet paper every day like they should have. The hotel itself is new and clean and in a good location. The pool was clean but it was too cold to swim, even in the summer. There were enough sunbeds during the week but the weekends were too crowded.

Overall, I really liked it. The rooms were okay, the food was nice, and the beds were comfy. But I wish the beach was cleaner, it looked like they didn't clean it much.

The place is nicely located but that's about it. The servers are not friendly at all. They don't seem to care about the customers. They mostly come off as disrespectful. I used to want to hang out here a lot, but now I'd rather go somewhere else. The staff needs to understand that they play a role in making people's holidays enjoyable. Otherwise, it just ruins the mood and makes people want to avoid such places. If you improve the way you treat customers, let me know.

At 8:15, the beach is shut for those staying at the hotel. It's hard for families with kids to find seats by the sea. The lady who hands out towels also takes paid reservations fast. But, people who aren't staying at the hotel can come in through the Crimea cafe and use the sun loungers. I don't like it.

The hotel's location is great, right near Arcadia beach. The food is really tasty and the place where you have breakfast has a great view of the sea. The rooms and beach area are kept very clean. If you stay at the hotel, you get sunbeds and towels for free, but if you're not a guest, you have to pay. The hotel has a parking lot for guests. It's a bit of a walk, up a hill, but they will pick you up and bring you to the hotel. The only downside is that it can get a bit loud, but it gets quiet around 11 or 12 at night.

I picked this hotel for its amazing sea view. It's a bit expensive, especially considering the current situation in Ukraine. But, the view from the terrace is totally worth it.

You have to pay an extra 200grn per day for parking. The parking space was quickly taken care of. The staff at the front desk were friendly and nice. They gave us the keys and showed us to our room. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed like water, tea, towels, shampoo, slippers, and bathrobes.

The bar prices are really high.

I didn't like that they checked the room after we checked in. Considering the room price, I don't think anyone would want to steal a 100grn towel... they have our card details and could charge us if needed.

The restaurant is not that good. You often have to wait 20-30 minutes for the waitstaff.

I'll begin with the main problem at this place, which is the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were nice when we checked in, but everything changed when we went to the restaurant by the pool. They prioritized hotel guests, and didn't help us find vacant chairs and seats around the pool. The waiters were not attentive and we had to chase them down to place our orders. The food wasn't great either - our fries were served after half an hour and they were cold and not good. The drinks tasted like they were watered down, and it wasn't because of the ice. The room and the hotel itself were nice, but the pool and the service were disappointing.

If you're looking to ruin your holiday and spend a lot of money, this is the place for you! The hotel is tiny, with a small area of 2*2, crowded with people and sunbeds. We were given a really small room, even though we were promised a more spacious one. It was really cramped for two adults and a child on the extra bed. The staff is not welcoming, and the waiters and front desk staff don't even greet you. Only the housekeepers are friendly, which we appreciate. You have to claim a sunbed by 6:30 in the morning, or you'll end up lying next to the fence or waiting for a free one. During the day, you have to fight to keep your sunbed and umbrella. There was a wedding and a graduation party at the restaurant during our stay, and they closed the pool for the wedding, which was inconvenient for us, the hotel guests.

The workers are very helpful. The place is in a good spot. You can hear the waves when you sleep. The breakfast is really tasty and the sunrise is beautiful.

I've been to this hotel many times just because of the great view. I always go to the bathhouse and this visit was no different. Normally, everything is ready when I arrive at the planned time. This time, I had to go to the reception desk first, and the bathhouse wasn't ready, even though I had asked for it. I didn't let this bother me. After we finished at the bathhouse, we went back to our room like always. I was already sleeping when a hotel worker called me and complained about us not telling them that we had left the bathhouse. This didn't make sense to me because if we booked it until 9, they should expect us to leave at 9 and then clean up. My message to the Portofino hotel is to train your staff better and not to call guests with complaints at 10:30 at night.

I've been here before and I really like it. I came back with my friends to celebrate my birthday. We traveled here from Kiev. The hotel is great, the service is great, and the sauna is great too.

It's snug and comfy. During autumn and winter, it feels lively and elegant. There's a magical quietness that is relaxing. This is for those who want something more than just a typical beach. The time is now!

I've wanted to stay at this hotel for a while now. Here's what I thought:

The view from the De-Luxe room was amazing! The window was more like a full wall, giving a panoramic view of the sea. Watching the sunrise and sunset was so peaceful.

The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, but I wish it had dimmer lighting for the evenings.

The restaurant was empty and didn't feel cozy because it was off-season, so we decided to order room service instead.

The breakfast was a la carte, which meant we could order as much as we wanted from the breakfast menu.

However, I was disappointed with the restaurant service. They seemed to judge guests based on their wealth and appearance. We didn't come on vacation to dress up in evening wear.

This is a neat little beach. The pool is warm. You can get coffee and food at a reasonable price. There are often parties and weddings here, which is handy because there's a hotel for people coming to visit. The staff are helpful. I was having coffee outside and they gave me a blanket without me even asking. I suggest you go.

The beach is lovely and small, but really comfortable. They have a swimming pool, so if you're not a fan of the ocean, you can just chill by the pool. There's also a part of the pool that's shallow for kids. A great feature is the pool area has moving umbrellas, so you can stay shaded as the sun moves. The food tastes good and they'll deliver it to your sunbed. But during busy times, the waiter might not come to you, you might have to find them yourself. Overall, it's perfect for a family holiday!

The cleaner wasn't good at her job. I regret not getting her name. My experience on the morning of August 26 was ruined because I wanted to have breakfast. This kind of employee ruins the entire experience and makes me not want to come back. Apart from this, I had a good impression of the place and had even considered staying. Now, I don't want to.

The beach is nice with decent umbrellas and sun loungers. There's also a swimming pool that you can use without paying extra. Just avoid sitting near the edge of the beach because lots of people walk by there.

It's costly, not much food, and the cooking isn't great. They're making a big fuss about nothing.

This is a good place to go on holiday. The food tastes really good and is fresh, and the drinks are also good. There are clean towels, mattresses and sunbeds. The people who work there are nice. I suggest you go there.

I want to share my thoughts on the fantastic and best hotel in Odessa - Portofino! We traveled from Kharkov to find a place for our family's big event - a wedding. We absolutely loved Portofino! It had a great sea view, a clean white restaurant, and a stunning room! Everything was top-notch. We expected a lot from the service: high-quality food, nice presentation, a dress code for the staff, and setting up the event. Everything was done perfectly and all our guests loved it! A big thank you to Anna, for managing everything, even though we were 600 km apart! You helped make the day special! P.S..

The beach is pretty and tidy, with clear water. You can have a great holiday here. They will bring you any food or drinks you want on the beach. It's not just a holiday, it's pure joy.

The employees keep asking too many questions. It feels like you're begging them for a loan instead of them providing a service. Of course, this can vary from person to person.

The place has a good vibe and everything is close by - swimming pool, beach, sun loungers, and a restaurant with comfortable seats and friendly employees. The Okroshka and baby salad were served as desired, just 20 meters from the beach under a shaded area, which was a plus. But there was a major problem: The menu was only available in Kurkodu. They made it seem like it was going to be interactive and nice, but in the end, they just gave us a link to download a Word document. The document was 20 pages long and 80% of it was just alcohol.

When it's hot, a small house or shade won't help. You can only sit in the restaurant. The food and cost are alright. The towels are a bit old, but it's okay. Talked to a nice lady manager. The swimming pool is not big enough and it's crowded with kids.

The atmosphere is pleasant.

I didn't like that they didn't consider people's comfort. They put up umbrellas but didn't secure them well in the sand, so they kept falling over. The prices were also high - a bottle of Morshin water was 100 hryvnia, which is crazy. The beach had washed up sand, making the water murky and dirty. There was no accessible entrance for those with disabilities or strollers. You had to use a broken entrance from a neighboring beach. The staff didn't help with the stroller either. The owners didn't seem to care about making the place suitable for everyone. The quality was not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be going back.

This beach is great. I think it's the best one in Arcadia. It's clean and pretty. The cost for beach chairs and umbrellas is fair and matches the good service. You can also get food from the hotel restaurant. The service is nice. The only issue is that it can get crowded, with some people just laying on the sand between the chairs.

We visited once and won't be back. The place is too small and the pool gets shady by 4pm. There's no one watching the kids, they keep jumping in the pool when others are trying to swim quietly. It would be nice if they played some music to drown out the noise from nearby construction. The staircase exit was blocked with building stuff we had to climb over. Everything is old and falling apart.

Went on a holiday recently to a restaurant and pool. We were treated really nicely. Thanks, portofino, for a cozy stay and yummy food.

This beach is too crowded. We had to pay for a sun lounger, but people without wristbands would just come and take them. So, why do we need wristbands and a paid entrance? The pool is always full of kids and there's no lifeguard, which is not great. On our fifth day, we had to pay for extra towels. On the plus side, the staff was nice and we could bring our own food, which was really good. The beach is shallow which is great for kids.

This place is great! There's a pool, the beach, and tasty food! The rooms are neat and tidy. They always keep the pool and the area around it clean. The food, especially the mullet, is really good.

The place was awesome. We held a wedding there and everything went perfectly, just like in a film.

It's really surprising that some people give high ratings to places like these. I didn't stay at the hotel myself (my friends did) so I won't judge that part. The beach was disappointing, too crowded with people, umbrellas, and sunbeds. There weren't any gypsies with bears and horses which is surprising.

The staff and service were clearly not good, they seemed unskilled. The bartender was the best of them all, but all he could make was beer and he wasn't great at talking either.

But, the owner is ruining it for people who end up paying for such services and visiting these places. Luckily, this is only a small part of Odessa!

We used beach chairs near the ocean and the pool. They gave us towels for the chairs. The pool water was clean and warm. The staff was nice and brought our food fast.

It's a really good and cozy spot right upfront, great for a journey with children.
