I recently visited the sauna and the manager, Irina, was fantastic. She explained everything and gave a tour. The time went by quickly and everything was great. The sauna was really clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great time.

The service was good, and I know because I often go to saunas in Kiev and other places. The sauna was clean and comfortable. It had two separate rooms and a nice room with a hot tub. I'm planning to go back and I think everyone should try it.

17 October 2021 pm31 18:48 We reserved the sauna two weeks before. But when we got there, they said our booking was canceled. The person in charge didn't want to help us and just left us confused in the hallway. She simply said we didn't answer a call from them a week before. But we didn't have any missed calls. We didn't understand who they called, when they called, and why our booking was canceled because the person in charge just left without explaining. We had to find another sauna at 2 am. Luckily, we found a better one.
So, if you make a reservation here, be ready for the possibility that they might leave you out in the cold, without any apologies or help.

The service was really bad. When a guy was changing, she walked in right away, saying our time was up even though we still had 5 minutes left. She also checked the fridge to see if we had taken any alcohol, which we hadn't. We asked her to leave, but she didn't respond. The sauna was nice, but the service was awful from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this place, you can find much better.

It was tidy and everything was neat, even the bath items. They listened to all of our needs. We really appreciated the honey tea and the friendly welcome.

We just came from the sauna and I wanted to share my thoughts while everything is still fresh. The sauna was really clean and big. It was well-maintained and the people working there were nice and helpful. The cost wasn't too high either. The jacuzzi was amazing, the water was hot, and the sauna was heated just right. We're definitely going to keep coming back. I highly recommend it!

I went with my friends and we all really enjoyed it. It was clean, nicely decorated, and smelled good. This wasn't the case with other saunas we've been to. The people working there were nice. They even offer deals and specials which we liked. We'll definitely go again!

- We had an appointment at 8:30 PM. We rang the doorbell at 8:20 PM but no one let us in. We phoned them and they told us to wait because they were cleaning. It was winter and it was cold outside. It would have been nice if they let us wait inside because they have couches in the lobby.
- We went to the jacuzzi and they told us not to use any creams or scrubs before getting in. That makes sense. But they also said that if we did use creams, the water would get oily and dirty. They don't have the ability to change the water in the jacuzzi after each use and it holds 200 liters of water.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The sauna is run by only one person, so he might be busy sometimes. The Jacuzzi isn't just a tub, it's a special pool that cleans and disinfects the water and costs 10,000 Euro. Can you tell me if you've seen any spa where they change the water in the pools after each customer?

The staff is not nice and they don't talk properly. I had chosen a time and date that were available and made a booking. But a few days later, the management told me I had to pay more. I really wouldn't suggest this place!
