We really enjoyed this place! My husband and I used the hammam. There's also a sauna with a hot tub for larger groups. The ambiance was great! The owner showed us everything and left us alone to enjoy. There's a kettle (which we used to make tea), a hair dryer, a TV, and a fireplace as a lovely extra touch. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to this place which is at the listed address. The room and the steam bath are small, good for 2-3 people. I really liked the steam bath, even though it was my first time at a hammam.

There are a few things not mentioned in the description:
- If you like tea, bring your own. They have a kettle and cups.
- During holidays, it costs 500 UAH per hour.
- Slippers and sheets cost 35 UAH each, so bring extra cash.
The room is private, so you don't have to worry about anyone walking in. They're strict about timing, but they won't kick you out if you're 15-20 minutes early.

I'd rate it a "4". Thanks!

We stayed in the Finnish place. Everyone enjoyed it. It has a jacuzzi, shower, TV, drinking water and tea.

I went to the hammam with a friend. It was very small. But the steam room was great! It was clean and nice. There was a small stove in the relaxation room with heated floors, so we didn't get cold.

I went to the hamam and sauna with my friends. The room isn't big, but it's very comfortable and clean. The cost is reasonable. It's perfect for a small group. We had a lot of fun! I'll definitely come back. A big thank you to the person in charge!

I'm surprised this sauna place is even open with the way they treat customers! My friend and I went there on a Sunday morning. We had booked a hamam for two hours, from 10 to 12. But nobody was there! No one answered our calls or messages, and the doors were locked. We were really disappointed. This place gets a big thumbs down from us!

Went to a hammam with a friend. We loved it! The hammam was clean, new and very comfortable. I totally suggest you go. It's also not too far from the subway which is handy. Plus, they have a great selection of teas.

There were four of us in a big room that had a Finnish sauna. It's a nice, neat and pretty place. The person in charge is really kind.

The place had a lively atmosphere. However, there was mold on the ceiling and the jacuzzi was filthy with sand at the bottom. The bed didn't have a proper mattress, just a koremat. The toilet seat was dirty and broken. Instead of giving us towels, they gave us sheets. To make matters worse, the manager was sitting opposite our room with the doors wide open, watching Indian cartoons. We could hear everything clearly. The TV in our room didn't work so we had no privacy.

I'm very happy! I loved the service. They explained and showed everything, they were very kind. I also liked that the pictures matched the real place (a finca with a jacuzzi). The jacuzzi was clean, it's clear they take good care of it. The water was hot too. The finca had almost everything we needed. It's perfect for a couple or up to 3 people. It would be great if they had colored lights. They had different types of tea, but we didn't try them. I rate it 5 stars for the value for money. We will surely come back (perhaps the best service from a woman we've ever had). Another suggestion, the water heater could be bigger, but it's enough for 2 people.

I liked the sauna. Very convenient for one company. The temperature of the steam room is just right. The interior is a bit strange, but everything works. You can order everything you need for relaxation from the administrator: towels, disposable slippers and hats, a variety of tea.
We didn't know at first, but it turned out that there is a hammam nearby. We'll try it next time.
I recommend it to anyone who likes a healthy vacation!

The good thing is that both the sauna and hamam are for a small group of 2 to 4 people, so no one disturbs your relaxation. We enjoyed everything.

The place has a sauna, steam bath, hot tub, and shower. It also has a table, a sofa, and a TV. There's also a hair dryer. We had a really great time. We'll definitely come back here.

I wouldn't suggest this place, the staff is really messy! We booked a hammam session 9 days before, traveled for an hour to get there, only to be told that our names were not on the visitor list for that day. They claimed that we were supposed to call and confirm our booking, but no one mentioned this when we were on the phone. We wasted our time and gas for nothing!

I went to the hammam with my sister. It's small, only big enough for three people. The plumbing is outdated and the doors were jammed. We had to leave the room to get the sheets and hair dryer. The place is comfortable, but it was chilly. We switched on the fireplace and made some tea. It was okay, but not amazing. The inside of the hammam is pretty, I liked it. I'm not sure if I'd go back.

I visited this place with my wife during the weekend. We really enjoyed it. We were able to locate it quickly because of the operator's help, even though there were no signs. The hamam was already warm when our paid time started. The place was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The rooms were not too large, just right for two people. We appreciated it.

I've been to many saunas and baths in Kiev, but this was a new experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, but that wasn't the worst part. I felt like they were trying to trick me. The person in charge should have been keeping track of how long we stayed, but they didn't. I'm sure we were only there for 2 hours, which is what we paid for. But they tried to make us pay for an extra hour, claiming we were there for 3 hours. We were only there for 2 hours, and if we were there longer, they should have told us, but they didn't. The person in charge thinks we are wrong, but it's really their mistake, not ours. We didn't pay the extra money.

I've been there several times. It's neat, comfortable and pretty cheap. They have a steam room, jacuzzi and a Turkish bath. I really enjoyed the Turkish bath, while my husband preferred the steam room.

Don't go there without calling ahead. I wanted to check out the sauna for my birthday party, but it was shut because the only staff member, the manager, had gone out. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes but the manager never came back. This was at 3pm on a Tuesday, which should have been opening hours according to their schedule. Plus, the entrance to the sauna wasn't marked. It was just a dull gray door with a blue shade. It looked more like a storage room than a decent business. I had to ask a parking attendant to figure out where the entrance was. Bottom line: The sauna might be okay, but they really need to sort out their staffing issues.

The place is small but pretty comfortable. We made arrangements beforehand and everything was prepared when we got there. One suggestion to the manager - please repair the shower door. Overall, considering its great location, it's a really good choice for the price. I hope everyone has a nice holiday!
