I wouldn't say this is a spa. Everything looks old and worn out, except for the fancy signs everywhere. The shower leaks and water squirts everywhere. Instead of quality shampoo and shower gel, they use cheap hand soap from big containers. The sauna cooled down from 90 degrees to 65 degrees within an hour. The changing room is small, it can't fit more than three people at once, and the bench for changing is very small. The waiting area is cold, so you get chilly quickly after leaving the hamam. The only good thing is the hamam itself. We were shown around the "spa" by a guy who didn't tell us or show us anything, just asked if we wanted to come in.

Overall, it's okay - it's easy to get to in the city center, you can reserve over the phone, and it's cheap. However, there are some issues. The beds in the sauna have hot nails which is uncomfortable. You can't change the temperature in the steam room. The pool water isn't clear. I probably won't go back on my own.

Hey owners. I've come to your place many times but it keeps getting worse. The biggest problem is the mold. It's all over - on the ceiling, walls, in the shower, even under the seat cushions - it's terrible. You guys need to do something about this. I've been visiting since 2010 and it feels like this might be the last time. It's really disappointing. I used to really like coming here. But now, I'm not so sure.
