The review says that it's not worth paying 800 gr per hour for this place. The place is cold, including the supposed warm pool. The house itself also doesn't have any heating. The toilet smells awful. Expect to see holes in the ceiling and broken tiles. There are exposed electrical wires hanging over your head in the steam room. The lights in the pool are missing, probably to hide how dirty the water is. In simple terms, this place is terrible!

We recently went to this bathhouse as a group. It's a great spot. Inside is really comfortable. It has everything you want. We also hired a bathhouse worker who did a great job making us feel relaxed. The people working there are nice and welcoming. They make really good tea. We enjoyed our time there a lot.

I was really happy with how good the service was and how nice the baths were at this place. There's a big room to chill out in after the sauna, and we rested in a room with a swimming pool. The people working there were nice, they helped us out and gave us everything we needed to have a good break. Everyone on the trip enjoyed it.

It's awesome that there are still spots where you can enjoy yourself with friendly workers and a clean environment. There's a lot of nice stuff to mention, even though there are some minor issues. But from me, it's a solid 5 stars. Thanks again for being so welcoming!

Great bathhouse. I've been here a few times. Once with a big, loud group and another time with a girl. Both times were fun. The staff did a good job. Thanks a lot for the service.

Hi,
We stayed in your billiards room yesterday. Our friends told us about it and we're glad we went. The billiards room was great. We saw some reviews and almost cancelled our booking, but we're glad we didn't. Thank you for a great time. If you're unsure, don't think twice, just go. The room looks just like the photos on Instagram. We really appreciated the staff. They were very helpful, even explaining how to use the steam room. We didn't use the pool, but still had a great time. Thank you once again, we'll definitely be back.

This place is terrible, they don't care about safety at all. The worker at the bathhouse takes you to your bath room and locks it from the outside. You can't unlock it from the inside. When I complained, they said it's their policy. I asked what would happen if there was a fire, and they said to ring a bell and they'd come unlock the door. Considering the burnt wood near the stove in the steam room, safety is a real concern. The owner needs to rethink this policy of locking guests in their rooms.

My husband and I enjoyed it. We used the sauna for both of us and it was nice and tidy. I had told them earlier that I wanted to get a hookah, but when we got there, they told us they didn't have any tobacco. I don't get why they'd miss out on making money when they knew a customer was coming. But anyway, it turned out fine. Overall, we liked it a lot and we'll definitely be back.

I visited the Russian bathhouse with a pool on September 29, 2021. I was impressed by how clean it was. However, I hope they can fix up the entrance room and the billiards area soon. The staff were great - they were always happy to help, polite, and knew their stuff. I recommend everyone to go there, enjoy the steam, swim in the pool, and have a healthy, good time.

We had a birthday party yesterday and we really enjoyed it. The room with the hot tub was great as always. The water was warm and clean. The people who work there are nice. We'll definitely go back.

They're open 24/7 and the employees are nice. If they cleaned the steam room ceilings, it would be perfect.

The viper is really awesome! However, everything else here is not working properly. They have a sauna and a jacuzzi, but guess what? The jacuzzi isn't functioning. And the TV? That's out of order too. Even something as simple as closing the window is a struggle because it's broken. Every room has some sort of issue. Don't even get me started on the state of the pool room! We don't blame the staff for these issues; it's poor management. It's a terrible situation!

1. We had two out of five rooms that couldn't be used for three days because we were fixing them.
2. Starting tomorrow, these rooms will be available for rent again.
3. We had to close the pool room for a bit because we needed to fix some things. We put a heater in the big pool last month because lots of guests asked for it. But it made the walls in the room wet and the paint started to come off. We've fixed this now and the walls are all good.
4. The hot tub wasn't working and we let all our guests know about it. Guests who didn't mind not having the hot tub came back. For others, we either moved their booking to the next week or gave them their money back.

We'd love to see you again! We'll make sure everything is working, okay?

Horrible!!! This is not the first time we have visited. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired - they don't clean up, they forget the rags. Attracts only the price. We ordered a company 20.02.21 jacuzzi - it did not work!!!! And no one warned!!! neither when we ordered, nor when we went into the bath! Money taken, as always, in advance. The service is not provided through no fault of ours!!!! At the refusal of the bath and return the money -,, your right, but the deposit will not return,, At the request to contact the management -,, we do not contact them,,,,,, etc. My mood is ruined. Check everything before you give money! You can't trust them!

We went to the "Russian bath" over the weekend. It wasn't great. The water was overflowing from the barrel, making the floor wet and slippery. Some buttons and sockets were broken with exposed wires, which is dangerous due to the dampness. There was no toilet paper. When we asked for a complaint book, they said no.

After my review, it seems the staff knew who I was. We tried to go again today because it's close to our house. I asked if it would be free in the evening and they said yes, but only for now. I said we would come right away, but they then said they made a mistake and it was actually busy. They said it wouldn't be free until morning.

The place is okay, but it has a lot of problems. The room doesn't have slippers. I believe that if I'm paying for a room, everything should be included like slippers, towels, and sheets. That's just what I think. Also, there were no mirrors in the room.

It's alright and has all the essentials. However, it definitely needs a good clean! There's mold everywhere and the pool is dirty. The hallways don't have good airflow. Actually, there's no airflow at all, and there's moisture everywhere.
