We really enjoyed our stay, and were happy with how friendly the staff was. The room was comfortable, and the view was nice. The hotel's good location made it easy to have fun during our free time.

The hotel is okay. Good things: the staff is nice, they change the towels and clean the rooms daily. The hotel looks good and everything works well. If they have one, and you ask, you can get an electric kettle in your room. Bad things: the rooms aren't cleaned very well, the tables in the dining area aren't cleaned regularly, and I've seen footprints on the sofa. The breakfast is the same every day, and includes chicken legs that seem old. But, to be fair, the rest of the breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel has a nice vibe, it's pretty clean and there's plenty of parking. Even though it's near a busy road, it's still peaceful inside. Everything is in good shape, nothing is worn out or has holes. The front desk staff is helpful and will take care of your needs. I think it's a good place to stay, the sauna is decent too.

The rooms are big, neat, and warm. The rugs are awesome and the bed is super comfy. The staff are nice and are always available. They really look after you here. The cost is average for the city but what you get for the price makes it a good deal. Plus, we got a special deal where we got an extra day for free. Breakfast is included in the room price and is really filling. You probably can't eat it all!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. They gave me a nice, warm room at the very top of the building. I really liked how the room looked, especially the ceiling. The room was comfortable and clean, and the people who worked there were nice and polite. The hallways had carpet and good lighting. There was parking near the front door and also secure parking behind a gate in the back. You could walk straight from the secure parking to the hotel, which was convenient when checking out. The food was really good and tasted great.

I often stay at this hotel for my job. Generally, it's pretty good, but there's one issue. The breakfasts aren't bad, but they've been the same for the 2 and a half years I've been staying there. I really wish they would change the breakfast menu sometimes!

Can you tell me why a high-quality hotel would give guests a worn-out cloth instead of a clean towel, unclean sheets and no hand wash? I'm not even mentioning the mold in the bathroom. This place should either be rated lower or match the standards it claims to have.

The hotel has good services and everything you need at a fair price. However, I didn't like the breakfast situation. They used to have a buffet, but don't anymore. You have to give a card you received at check-in and then find a seat. Then you wait for the waiters to serve you. I had to wait for 30 minutes before my breakfast was brought. Some people who came after me got their food before me, while others had to wait. When it got busy, people started getting annoyed. If you want to eat breakfast, you should set aside an hour because it won't come any sooner.

Great hotel! It's clean, cozy, and comfortable! We stayed in a standard room with air conditioning. Although the view was of the courtyard, the room was still really good and had everything we needed! The breakfast was great, so big thanks to the hotel! I also liked that they have two parking lots with cameras for safety!

We were on a trip from Poltava to Kharkov and needed a place to stay. We found Park Hotel from reviews and its location, so we called and booked a room. I must say, not every city in Ukraine has hotels with staff as nice and helpful as the ones here! The next time we're in Kharkov, we'll definitely stay here again!

This is a really good, quiet hotel with great service and it's very clean. A big plus is that it has a restaurant that serves yummy food.

Really enjoyed the steam bath and tea, the water pipe was also nice. It's a good spot.

The workers are mostly impolite and not focused on serving customers. No matter when you meet them, they are always rude. This also goes for some people in the restaurant. The air conditioner doesn't cool the room even though it turns on. The room is also dusty. If the workers were nicer, I might have had a better experience. But sadly, they need to be trained on how to behave properly in a hotel or restaurant setting.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our deluxe room was big and had all the necessary stuff. We really liked the addition of an electric kettle, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was included in the room cost and it was pretty good. They quickly sorted out our child's accommodation. We were happy and we recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice, but the restaurant puts extra things on the bill. When you ask why, they say it's because it tasted better. They're okay with taking these off. Seems like they do this on their own.

The room price includes breakfast, which is really big. You might not be able to eat it all. There's parking available. There are a few spots where you can park your car. You can either park right at the entrance or in a secure parking lot inside.

Good hotel. It's calm and quiet. The rooms are nice. The only problem is that there may not be enough parking spots because the inside parking only fits around 10 cars. Some people park near the entrance but there's limited space there too.

It's a calm and comfortable spot. It's not too far from downtown. It's best to drive there. If you want to walk, it's about a 15-minute walk from the Kievskaya subway station.

I really enjoyed the hotel and its breakfast. When you look at other hotels in Kharkiv that cost about the same, this one is definitely the best.

This hotel is easy to get to if you have a car, it's clean and all the equipment is working. But, the breakfast isn't great. It's just a bunch of old food on a plate, and a plastic spoon is the worst part. The service isn't great either. The staff do their jobs, but they look so unhappy that you don't want to ask them anything.

It's a nice hotel

We got to our room at 3pm and everything was set up for us (they even had a couch ready for our baby, and slippers, towels, and shower stuff were all set up). We were really happy when we first got there! The next morning, we were really impressed with the breakfast. There was a ton of food, plus yogurt and cake for tea. We really liked the place we stayed and the food! But the weird thing was when we checked out, they asked us if we used the minibar. They didn't ask us if we liked our stay or how the food was. This didn't ruin our experience, but it was strange.

The hotel is generally okay. The rooms are clean and they change the towels every day. But they need more parking spots, there are only 10. Plus, it's a bit tricky to get into two of them. The breakfasts are large and delicious, but they always serve the same food because of Covid.
The biggest issue is that there are no mosquito nets. Mosquitoes bit us a lot. It's too hot to close the windows in the summer, but the air conditioner blows right onto the bed, which is uncomfortable.
Also, when we checked out, the front desk didn't ask us how our stay was or if we were happy with everything. They just asked if we used the mini-bar, which I thought was a weird thing to focus on.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and booked through an outside website. There were two adults and a child. We were given room 506, but the air conditioner barely worked and the room was hot because it was on the fifth floor. The toilet also had an issue where the water kept running loudly after being flushed. We called the front desk and they moved us to room 504, which was smaller. There was another problem, there was no bed for the third person. The girl at the front desk was really rude. She didn't listen to us and was very rude when we tried to explain the situation. Eventually, they gave us another bed. We ate dinner in the hotel cafe. I would not recommend the pork steak with grilled vegetables, it was not good. But the ice cream, borscht, and soup were tasty.

Great hotel

We parked our car in their lot, checked into the hotel, and then a few hours later, their food delivery driver hit our car and took off. We called the police, but the hotel management didn't even bother to apologize or try to find the driver - completely unacceptable!

The room was a disappointment too. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the fridge was as old as the hills, and the breakfast was lousy. They would have been better off not offering it at all! The soundproofing was so bad, you could hear everything from the room below.

The only positives were that the room was clean and the hotel was in a quiet location. But at a price of 1400grn, it was not worth it.

I wouldn't recommend this place. It's one of the worst I've ever stayed in. It might look nice, but that's all it has going for it. It's really not worth more than a rating of 16.06.2021. com 510.

The hotel is in a factory area, even though the name suggests it's near a park. They serve big breakfasts with lots of food. There's also a big space for parking.

This is a good little hotel with a decent restaurant. The prices are fair, the people who work there are nice, it's in a good spot, and it has a little parking lot. But the road it's on, Shevchenko St, has a lot of traffic.

The place is okay. The people at the front desk are nice, but not so much in the restaurant. Breakfast has a lot of food, but it doesn't taste that good. The rooms are only clean if the maids do a good job - one day it's good, the next not so much. They need to work harder to provide better service.

The bathhouse here is nice and big enough for a group of 10 people. You can choose from two types - dry and hammam, which is great! There's also a small pool with lights and clean water that's not too cold. It's really nice to jump in after a steam bath. There's also a billiards table and places to sit and relax. If you're looking for a place to chill out with friends in a bathhouse, this is a good place to think about!

I had a really good time! The staff at the entrance didn't ask any unnecessary questions - they just let me in and settled me into my room. The hotel felt very comfortable and warm. The air conditioning was always on, so you could make the room even warmer if you wanted to. What really impressed me was that there was a restroom near the restaurant on the first floor. There was also a nice fireplace in the lobby. They quickly brought bath supplies for a second person. Besides a shower, the room also had a bathtub. The smoking room even had chairs. The minibar wasn't too expensive either, considering it's a hotel. Overall, I'd give it a 5 out of 5.

The only downside was that there wasn't a café nearby. The restaurant's prices weren't ridiculously high, but they were a bit expensive. But that's expected at any hotel.

This place is awesome! We picked it to host our wedding in their banquet hall and we were not disappointed. Big shout out to Oksana, the restaurant manager. The wait staff was excellent and the food and service were top-notch. The room was clean and had plenty of space.

It's unfortunate that the breakfast is the same every day. But, it's very clean and warm, with a parking area. There's a cool fireplace in the entrance area. The people next door were pretty loud.
