The workers were nice and the room was tidy. We could hear some noise from the hallway, but it didn't bother our sleep or ruin our holiday. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, and they even delivered it to our room. The delivery guy was very friendly and happy, which was great to see in the morning. We had a tough journey, but we were able to relax in your hotel. Thanks!

The place is okay, but the pool water was chilly yesterday.

Everyone enjoyed the place and appreciated the staff. However, I'm rating it 3 stars because there were some poorly planned things. For instance, placing a tank of chlorinated water between the pool and the restroom isn't a good idea. After using the restroom, people have to walk straight to the pool and all the dirt sticks to their slippers, which is a big problem. Also, there were too many kids around. Moreover, the pool water gets really dirty in the evening. Therefore, it needs more frequent cleaning.

I visited this place for a day to relax by the pool. My kid enjoyed it, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. However, overall, I was disappointed with the place.

The toilets were like public ones, dark and seemingly uncleaned throughout the day.

The food menu was very limited and not everything listed was available. The fries that came with the burger were cold. The bartender said it was because they're cooked in bulk so you have to be lucky to get them warm.

The pools were dirty and not well-maintained. For example, paving stones were falling off in the children's pool, which kids were throwing at each other. The pool floor was uneven in some places. My 3-year-old tripped and fell face-first into the water while walking in the pool.

I really enjoy this place. The restaurant is nice and the food is tasty when we have our usual waiter. He always gives good advice on what to eat and what not to eat. But the last time he wasn't there, and the advice we got was not good because one dish was so bad we couldn't eat it. The rooms are nice and clean, with nothing unnecessary. The pool is really big and usually heated, but the last two times we went, the heat wasn't on and the water was really cold. There's also a separate pool for kids. Sometimes they run out of towels, so it might be a good idea to bring your own.

Liked it. If you put more lights and a cleaner in the bathroom, we'll come again and tell our friends to come too. We only suggest good places! We can't suggest a place that's not perfect, so please fix this! :)

This is a great hotel and restaurant. Every single employee is nice and welcoming - which is really pleasant!

I was mostly impressed by the restaurant: it's not too expensive, but the food and service are really good for what you're paying. The borscht is amazing. The burgers are the best I've ever had. The salo is super soft and delicious.

I want to give a special shout out to Sergey Dushevny, according to the receipt. Because of him, I had a really good time and I really want to come back to this place.

This is a nice spot for a holiday. If it was cheaper, it would be perfect.

I always stay at this place when I'm on a trip. They serve really well and the food is super tasty!

I stayed for one night because my flight was delayed. The great thing about this hotel is that you can park your car for a long time if you stay for just one night. They have a secure parking space. The restaurant's food is okay and not too pricey. But a big problem is that all the rooms are just on the second floor and there's no elevator in the hotel. The rooms are outdated and not very clean.

The pool is nice, with areas for both kids and adults. There's a bit of chlorine. The staff is really friendly. They're top-notch.
However, two things bothered us. First, smokers and non-smokers are too close to each other. This is uncomfortable, especially for those with kids, because you end up smelling someone else's cigarette smoke.
Second, the place gets crowded and by the end of the day, the bathrooms run out of toilet paper and soap, and they're not very clean.

We had a kid's birthday party at the Aquazone pools. It started raining, which was unexpected. The staff there were very helpful, attentive and easy to deal with. They answered all our questions and made things easy for us. Even though the weather wasn't great, they helped us have a good time.

I'm taking off one star because the receptionists at the hotel weren't very friendly. A lot of people said they weren't welcoming. I didn't talk to them much, but I think they should be more friendly and attentive to their guests.

Other than that, I'm thankful we were able to have our party there!

It's a super place.

We had our wedding at this lovely place. We are glad we picked this restaurant. Everything was excellent! The food was super tasty. Each wedding table had its own waiter who made sure everything was perfect. The staff and everyone working there were really nice! If you're planning an event, you should definitely pick Green Villa!

We went to the swimming pool and really enjoyed it. It was convenient with facilities like a shower, changing room, and restroom. There was also a place to eat. We'll definitely visit again as it's much more fun than staying at home.

Good place to eat. I think you should try it. They have a play area for kids and the place looks really nice. They even have special rooms for newlyweds. They have two big rooms for parties. But, there's only one exit so everyone who goes outside to get some air, end up crowding at the entrance. They also have a 'winter garden' where you can eat. It's a cool and helpful idea.

The restaurant is big with many rooms. The hotel room is also quite big. There's a lot of space around. The people who work there are nice. The only downside was that the breakfast was cold.

It's a good place with tasty food. You can really smell the wood, which is nice. The overall feeling is great.

It's near the airport. Really happy with both the food place and the place to sleep. Would say others should go there.
