2. How do you decide if someone is drunk? Didn't you understand that the woman is older and had a stroke? You spoke to her on the 9th, did she smell like alcohol? You know you're making false claims, right?

4. Just to bring up the last review of your business - the sauna is always cold for those who come to drink.

We made a mistake when we booked the room. We didn't check the reviews from previous guests. There were warnings about the staff's rudeness. It seems like the hotel manager learned how to upset customers from a special school - in the USSR times, where you were greeted with a face that said: "What do you want? Why are you here?"
About payment. In the beginning, they really wanted cash.

After getting feedback on other booking sites, you decided to post here as well. This seems like a classic case of a customer who is never satisfied. You and others like you, judge based on overall ratings from years of business and on other sites, like Google. As you can see, our ratings are generally good. In any place, for every 8-9 reasonable customers, there are 1-2 unreasonable ones, and this affects the overall rating.
Now let's talk about what the guest didn't mention in their reviews. You didn't write that you arrived at 8 am, even though you knew that check-in is after 12 when the room is ready. You didn't inform us about your early arrival and started complaining right away that "the customer is always right" and other hotels allow early check-in!

Thanks for your review. To be honest, I wasn't surprised. You were after a sea view room for a low price. The room we offered you was a bit small, yes. But why didn't you mention that when you booked, you didn't consider anything but the price? There were other hotels closer and cheaper in the city center, yet you chose ours. What's the difference between a guest house and a hotel? Also, you forgot to mention that we served you breakfast much later than our usual end time at 10 am.

Don't turn too quickly. There aren't any drunk hotel workers. Some people might not get this, but a few of the staff had health problems, like a stroke.
People can use the bathroom when they need to. The workers are always around, but they can leave if they have to. Does that make sense?

Some rooms have a safe, but not all of them. Only the Standard and Standard-Plus rooms have a safe. Just like a bank, the hotel is only responsible for things that are officially recorded or inventoried. The hotel's job is to stop people who shouldn't be in the rooms from getting in, and to look after things that are officially recorded or inventoried.

Thanks for your review. We believe our prices are fair for the comfort we offer. Your review isn't very clear about what you mean by a clean room and breakfast. Usually, people just sleep in hotels, they're not vacation spots. It's unfortunate you found our staff unfriendly. They always try to help our guests, though sometimes it might not be noticeable. Hi Sergey, thanks for your feedback. You mentioned that the hotel is too cold, but we haven't received any other complaints about this. We keep the room temperature around 21-22C. If you're still feeling cold, you can use the air conditioner remote to adjust the temperature. Just so you know, your room is currently 22 degrees, which is normal. Also, the radiator doesn't stay hot all the time like it used to in the old days.
