Let me clarify a few things about the review.
1.There might have been a misunderstanding about the word "obsession". Our bathhouse staff care about your comfort and won't force you to use extra services like steam baths. We often give new customers free steam baths because we've noticed that a lot of people don't really understand how to use a bathhouse anymore, so we need to teach them about things like why we use brooms in a bathhouse. It seems like this is what was offered to you.
2. Our bathhouse's pool isn't huge, but it's big enough for you to cool down after a steam bath. We change the water in the pool every time someone new comes in. How clean the water is sometimes depends on the water we get from the city's water supply.
