Banya "Pelikan" №1819

I hope you read this review before you decide to visit this place. It's awful! You won't find a worse place. I went there early to check it out and even booked Bathhouse No. 1 with an upfront payment of 500 UAH. However, some other guys managed to get it before us. We were then given Bathhouse No. 2, which was smaller, in worse condition, and rundown. There are no photos of it on their website because it looks so outdated. I wouldn't wish anyone to be in it. The guy who works there just sits around, playing games on his computer, and doesn't know anything. He even charged us more money because of the mix-up with the baths and didn't refund the difference! He didn't even apologize.
They don't clean the baths before you use them. They just mop the floor and clear out the trash.

Location
It's not easy to reach the location. It's better to drive or take a taxi. There is public transport available nearby, but you'll still need to walk a bit. The signs aren't very noticeable, but you shouldn't have trouble finding it.

Staff
The staff are friendly and courteous. They're helpful and won't intrude. We're not sure if they have a bath attendant. You can order brooms and tea there. You're also allowed to bring your own food, which is a bonus.

Premises
The rest room is quite small. We were a group of 8 and didn't have any space issues. There's also a massage room, but we didn't use it. The restroom is clean, but quite tiny.
There are lockers available. However, there's no dedicated changing area. There are not many doors to the rooms, so you'll need to coordinate with others. The showers are located in the same room as the pool, and only one is sectioned off with a curtain.

Awesome sauna! They steam it really well and it's enjoyable? It's neat and cozy ? The hookah is top-notch ? We'll visit again?

I really liked the bath! It was comfortable, had everything you needed, was clean and easy to use. The staff were nice and the tea was tasty. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.

Bath suuuuuuuper!!! We liked it! We steamed from the heart There is a wood-fired sauna with brooms, and there is a dry sauna! As someone likes!

This is a really good spot to enjoy a sauna!
