It's freezing. The food isn't that great. They overcharge and don't provide a receipt or a card machine. It's like they're not even being monitored by the tax office. They don't even serve juice.

9 January 2022 am31 11:56 I'm writing this review as I said I would. We had a problem because someone was very rude to us, like a mean shopkeeper from the old days. Our group was 8 people, aged 24 to 40. We were all behaving well. We each had half a beer - we know how to handle our drink.
We rented the place for 3 hours. But it wasn't ready for us when we arrived. We had to stay longer to make up for the time we lost.
The bathhouse was great. It was big, comfortable, clean, and everything was in good condition. It also had direct access to the river.
The food was great too. Everything tasted good and was served quickly.
The woman at the reception was really friendly and made us feel welcome.
When our time was up, we were getting dressed and waiting for our takeaway food. But then a man, who looked about 60 years old, came in and started a fight with us. He was very rude and told us to leave without even introducing himself. When we pointed out his rudeness, he didn't apologize. Instead, he got even ruder. He grabbed our arms and started insulting us.

14 November 2021 pm30 21:36 We had a summer wedding for 70 people in the main hall with a tree in the center (which wasn't great). We felt mixed about it:
1. The food was really good, especially the kebab and meat-filled bread. The portions were big.
2. It's easy to drive to the place and it has a beautiful terrace with a view.
3. The place seemed clean and well-kept at first, but when we sat down, we noticed dirty tablecloths and curtains.

3 October 2021 am31 06:51 It's really yummy! The staff are friendly and nice to customers. It feels like you're on water which is different but comfy. You can view Lavra, Motherland and the right bank from here. They also have lounges and stuff for kids. The veal and lamb are top-notch.

No one was attending the reception desk, so I went looking for someone.
I found several coworkers in the kitchen, laughing loudly and discussing their previous work shift over coffee and tea.
I finally found a staff member and asked if I could sit on the patio and work. I asked if they had Wi-Fi and power outlets and what was on the breakfast menu.
He replied that they didn't have power outlets or Wi-Fi and they don't allow laptops. The owner wouldn't permit it.
When I asked why I couldn't use a laptop without internet, he simply said it wasn't allowed.

We ordered a mixed grill dish that was supposed to be 800 grams, but it felt like it was mostly made up of tough meat and a lot of veggies, with just a few pieces of potato. We didn't really enjoy it.

But the food they served was reheated and the veggies were burnt. They didn't even give us a proper bill, just told us the amount verbally. And they only accepted cash. I didn't want to let it ruin my day, so we just decided not to go back and wouldn't suggest it to others either.

The server says sorry in a very convincing way (which seems to be their special tactic). And then, depending on their mood, they might bring your order or not, and you might have to remind them again. On top of this, they add a 10% service charge to your bill without telling you. Why? It's a rhetorical question.

1 June 2021 am30 08:29 Avoid this place if you're Orthodox. They pretend not to understand Russian and serve Ukrainian dishes that you didn't order. They also add an extra 15% service charge to the bill. The meat is overly spiced, which makes me think they might be trying to hide the quality of their products. We ended up being overcharged by 400 UAH just to avoid a scene. If you're Orthodox or Slavic, don't go here! They'll serve you stale food and overcharge you. If you've been ripped off, leave a review on Google! It's unacceptable for businesses like this to operate in the 21st century. It's a bad look for the people of Azerbaijan, so they should take notice of this place.

One thing to note is that the heater is inside the sauna room, so you or the staff have to put wood in there. This was a bit awkward. They also asked us to keep the sauna hot for an hour before we finished, for the next people. We like it cooler, so next time we'll talk to the manager about this issue beforehand. There wasn't a kettle, but we could order tea from the restaurant.

We got to the bathhouse on January 3, 5 minutes before our scheduled time. Nothing was clean, the steam room was dirty. We thought they would clean it up within 10 minutes. But they let us in 2 minutes early instead. Then they started cutting wood near the steam room, put it in the furnace, and just left. Nobody cleaned the steam room. We told them we wanted to order food as soon as we arrived, and they said they would take our order in 5 minutes.
15 minutes into our time, nobody had cleaned the bathhouse. The guy who was cutting wood just disappeared without cleaning the steam room.
