A woman behaving erratically is handling the applications. This place isn't a relaxing steam room, it's more like a water ejector. If you're looking for a soaking, then go to the sauna on Tupolev street.

It's dirty, moldy, not everything works.

The service was terrible. The manager was extremely rude. The prices didn't match the service. The prices listed on the website were different than the actual price, which was more than 400 UAH per hour. There was no way to get in touch with the management. The restroom was dirty and cold. My husband, godmother and I visited, and the manager rudely suggested we were there to make money. I'm asking the management to train their staff on how to treat customers properly. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

The person at the front desk is not nice and doesn't know how to tell you where the location is. The sauna isn't hot and the television is broken. She was mean to guests and didn't act right.

The front desk person was really rude. I had booked a steam room in advance. When I got there, I wanted to pay with my card, but she responded with, "You want me to pay my money?" She started yelling and insulting me. To sum up, the manager is uncivil and doesn't care about customers. Also, they don't have a card machine, so you can't put money on your card.

The service was terrible! We had a reservation for June 28, but we weren't even allowed into our room. The manager was so rude, she even insulted us. It's unbelievable that such unruly people are given manager roles. We were nothing but calm and polite, yet she still insulted us. Such poor service is a disgrace!

The locker room is tiny, it doesn't have any air flow, and it's too cramped for five folks. On the positive side, the place is neat, and the steam room and pool are nice.

The water in the pool is dirty.

The pool's scoop was clean, but the water wasn't fresh. It still had leaves floating in it from people who used the pool before.

It's not a bad sauna

The sauna is great value for money. It has a steam room with a good temperature, a clean pool, and two showers. It has everything you need. We found it by luck while we were searching for a sauna on the same day. A nice and friendly woman greeted us at the entrance, which made our mood better. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's located far away, doesn't have a hair dryer (which isn't a big deal), and its design. It also doesn't sell any alcoholic or low-alcoholic drinks, but you can bring your own.

There was no hot water

I'm not sure how to feel about this place - it really depends on who's in charge at the time. We first visited and had a great experience. The person managing was nice and responsible. But, the second time we went, we had a different person (short, dark-haired, spoke Ukrainian) and it wasn't good. She didn't tell us when our time was up (even though we were normally told half an hour before), and she got really angry, saying we should keep track of the time ourselves. She also seemed to be in a bad mood. If I could, I'd rate the first manager highly and give the second one a low score.

This place is awful with really bad conditions. If it weren't for the people I was with, I would never go there. We urgently needed to use the sauna, but I did not expect it to be so bad. The shower was broken, the floor was sticky, there was no light in the steam room and everything was worn out and in poor condition. The pool was so dirty, I was afraid of catching a disease. It was all moldy and this was their main sauna. They charged 300 UAH per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. It's embarrassing that the owners are making money off such a terrible place. They clearly don't care about their customers. The only decent thing was the woman at the entrance who tried to be friendly, but that couldn't make up for the rest of the issues.

The place needs some upgrades, but it's fine if you're looking for something close to home. It has three rooms, one of which has a swimming pool. I'd suggest it.

The person in charge is not good at their job. I had a booking for 7 hours, but when I arrived, other people were already there. I wouldn't suggest going to this place.
