This was a total letdown. The bath was only 53 degrees. Apparently, we were supposed to heat the furnace ourselves, but nobody told us this and then they blamed us for it. The furnace went out twice, and we had to wait 45 minutes each time for the bath attendant to get it working again, and even then it only reached 56 degrees. Dealing with the owner wasn't enjoyable at all, and they don't seem to understand what good customer service is. They told us not to come back, even though all we wanted was a quality service. The pool was filled with murky cold water and getting in was a struggle. It's not surprising that this place was the only one available on a Saturday. The only positive was the view of the Dnieper river.

Everything was fine, but we had to stack the firewood on our own. They didn't warn us about this. We wasted an hour trying to cook, and the temperature dropped to 55 degrees. At least the firewood was cut and dry.

We were excited to visit the Na Bombardier bathhouse. But we were disappointed when we saw the sauna, where the heating stove was placed! There was even wood inside the sauna! You have to light it yourself, and then you're breathing in all that ash. The sauna is tiny, and it's awkward to use the steam brooms... The relaxation room has a pool with sand and mud at the bottom, and the picture on the wall is peeling off. The price of 500grn per hour is just too high...for a small sauna and a cold relaxation room.

Answer

We take all guest feedback seriously. Using a wood-fired sauna means you can set your own temperature, and we make sure to inform all guests about this. The artwork is still a work in progress as the artist only gets to it during their free time. However, during winter, there's hardly any free time in the sauna when there are no guests. Don't worry about the relaxation room being cold, it has heated floors to keep you warm.

This is a bathhouse that's near the Dnieper River, and you can see Khortytsya Island from it. It stays warm thanks to the firewood inside that can be replaced over time. Up to 10 people can fit in it, but only 2 people can comfortably be in the steam room at a time, though 4 people can squeeze in. It has a shower and a bucket that can be tipped over. The pool is big and the water is at a nice temperature, but it looked a bit murky. They gave us sheets, which was nice. There was also tea, a water bottle, a kettle, and dishes. There's a place to make barbecues and a place to hang out in the yard.

I really didn't enjoy it. It was unclean and didn't have basic things you need. The sauna was small and I wish there was a microwave. Even though we put a lot of wood in, the sauna didn't heat up well. The water in the pool was dirty so no one wanted to swim in it. The worst part was it cost too much money. You can find a cheaper and better sauna in the city. I wouldn't suggest going here. The only good part was the pizza that we brought with us.
