This is a pretty good spa where you can chill out alone, with a partner, or with friends. They offer a lot of different massages and beauty treatments. The best thing about this place is the skilled staff and how they do their job. The only thing I don't like is that they ask you who you are and why you're there when you arrive. Since all clients book in advance, it feels a bit like an unwelcoming greeting.

The services here are excellent. The employees are polite. It's a great spot to unwind and forget about your problems.

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The front desk person was fast and knowledgeable in assisting us select treatments for the gift voucher. We had a professional ready for us at the set time. The room was neat and everything needed for the massage, like towels, bathrobes, and linens were provided. The professionals, Anastasia and Olga, were very careful and did their jobs well. I appreciated that they asked about my health condition before starting the procedures. Anastasia considered my responses while carrying out the procedure.

The staff gave my mom a gift card for a choko lady spa package. She really enjoyed it and wants to go back! The massage therapist, Olga, was really nice and did a great job. The massage was amazing!

The person answering the phone at the front desk was not helpful at all. They didn't provide any advice when I asked for help choosing a gift certificate and finding out how much a massage would cost. They told me to look it up on Facebook. They didn't give me any prices and just told me to call to find out. This kind of service made me not want to buy anything from here. This is after I sent a message on Instagram the day before and didn't get any reply. It makes me think badly of this place.

It offers great relaxation

I just want to say thanks for the awesome time I had at the hamam. I really enjoyed the Turkish soap massage! The massage therapist was really good at their job! I also got a facial massage which I really liked. The person at the front desk was very nice. I had a great time. Thanks!

The massage was awesome! The masseuse was very respectful and kind, as were the receptionists.

This place is terrible! You pay for a massage, but it's actually done by a student without any warning. The receptionists eat in front of customers and are rude when communicating. They don't even answer questions properly. They charge 800 UAH for a basic massage which is a rip-off considering the poor quality.

It's unfortunate that a lot of good reviews are from people who got tricked by the nice appearance. The truth is, the salon "More" is really unclean.

They dry their towels outside at the back of the salon where birds fly around and pets wander. The staff says they do this because they're so busy they don't have time to wash and dry them properly. Seriously?

What did they do during winter?

They didn't answer that question. Folks, avoid going to this salon during busy hours, because they might run out of towels!

This is a great spa in the city! The workers are skilled, friendly and respectful.

I really liked going to the More SPA salon. The staff were nice and the place was clean and comfortable. I want to say a big thank you to Bogdan who did a great job. Now, Thai traditional massage is my top choice.

This is a great spot. I really like this spa a lot. It's one of the top ones in town. It's got a comfy environment and the workers are nice. I've been to a lot of spas and this one ranks among the best.

Best in town

Overall, the service is pretty good. The issue is that I've booked for a certain procedure twice, but when I arrive, they tell me that I'm signed up for a different one and then they suggest something else. This happened even after the first mix-up. The receptionist assured me they got my booking right, but the same thing happened again.

Nice salon, skilled massage therapists! It's a good spot for a romantic getaway. It totally relaxes your body and mind. I suggest you go!
