I visited this place a month ago. It was comfortable and pleasant. The bathroom was good and there was a lot of room.

It was alright overall. The swimming pool was not clean. Someone who used the pool before us made the water dirty.

We visited as a big group of women twice and really enjoyed it. The pool was big and comfortably warm, and there was a spacious hall. Everything was tidy and nice.

The place is really neat and comfortable. It's an excellent spot to enjoy a steam bath. They have a swimming pool and a bucket for water pouring. Everything's awesome!

The phone service was very rude and disrespectful. I booked their bathhouse and they told me to bring a deposit because they don't accept cards, which is really outdated. We didn't bring the money because of this. Later, one of their employees called and was very rude, blaming us for not calling and cancelling the reservation. They even hung up on us! Their customer service is really bad. Not accepting cards is also a big inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I tried to book a spa but they told me I needed to pay a deposit. I asked if I could use my card, but they told me they don't accept cards. Is this a joke? Do they really expect customers to physically bring the deposit? Don't they know anything about customer service?

The bathhouse is okay, but there's a problem. They start to rush you out or clean the room around you about 15-20 minutes before your paid time is up, which is really uncomfortable. You pay 400 UAH per hour, but the staff doesn't wait for you to leave before they start cleaning. They just clean whenever, which is really not nice.
