Tsarskaya Banya, located at 26A, Glissernaya Street, in a unique area of Oak Grove, has its own unique charm and atmosphere of special coziness. From the first steps inside the house you will be immersed in the unique aroma of fresh wood and a pleasant warmth of a hot stove. The checkroom at the entrance provides everything you need for a comfortable visit: towels, sheets, bath hats. The facility offers three different types of baths to choose from: a traditional Russian bath, a wood-fired bath, and a vat bath, each of which is able to offer a unique bathing experience.

The spacious recreation room in the center of the bathhouse is a perfect place for entertaining a large company, with a capacity of up to 6 people. There is also a direct access to the Dnieper River, where you can cool down in its cool waters after a steam bath. There is a wood-burning stove in the steam room, which provides a unique fragrance and even heat distribution. For lovers of exotic sensations there is a vat made of Transcarpathian cast iron, which will give you an incredible experience.

Tsarskaya Banya also includes a variety of additional services. Free Wi-Fi will let you stay in touch even during your rest. Satellite television and video equipment will decorate your pastime, and the barbecue will give you the opportunity to enjoy a delicious barbecue right in the nature. After the steam room you can use a bucket-fall to get an extra charge of vivacity and energy. In general, Tsarskaya Banya is a place where tradition meets modern comfort to offer you an unforgettable vacation and relaxation.

The living room is roomy and there's a way to the Dnieper. On the downside, the steam room is not that great. They charge 50 UAH for a pair of one-time use paper slippers. There's also an extra fee of 100 UAH per hour for an 8-year-old kid, even though the rule is supposed to apply to kids from 12 years old. The person at the front desk is not very friendly.

Honestly, I didn't enjoy it. The room was chilly. We had to wear sweaters and trousers because even the sauna was cold. The staff was rude. We asked for a few minutes to change clothes, but the lady said we were too late, 5 minutes after our time had ended. The place is too expensive and you have to bring everything yourself. They don't provide flip-flops and the towels and sheets smelled bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For the same price, you can find a better place in Zaporozhye.

Answer

There are three heaters in the room and the room's temperature is just right. However, after people take their first steam bath, they start feeling too hot. They then open the windows and switch on the fan. This lets out all the heat quickly. They don't consider that other people will come in after them and that it takes time to heat the room again. I want to point out that we have a traditional Russian steam bath with a wood-burning stove. The temperature in there is usually around 70-80 degrees. You can find this information online. If this temperature is too low for them, they should go to a sauna where the temperature is 100 degrees or more. They need to understand this. Also, I'd like to request that people do not throw water on the pebbles.

The sauna is nice, but you need to book ahead of time.

The place arrived late by an hour than the scheduled time. The room you rest in after the bath was only 17°C. The price for using the bath is 500 UAH every hour. You have to pay an extra 350 UAH per hour for using the vat. The bath wasn't warm. You would need to wear a sweater, tights, and pants inside it. There were no disposable slippers and you can't buy any if you forgot to bring some. The beer and wine opener was very rusty. The floor was cold. This place might be a good place to relax during the summer because it is near the Dnieper. They did clean the stairs and the hole. They said on the phone that the place is open until midnight. But we would have booked for a longer time.

Answer

I just want to say that if people order for a specific time and then come late, it's not fair to take someone else's time. I've talked about our speed before. We're trying to keep a nice atmosphere. We really work hard to keep everyone happy and comfortable.
