This is a great hotel with awesome rooms. You don't need cash to pay here which is good for those on work trips. The food is really good, you get a lot of it, and they can bring it to your room. I think everyone should stay here!

I didn't have time to try out the pool table or sauna. But, I had a great experience with the room and overall place. The room was neat, had a fresh look, and came with a TV, fridge, and some utensils like cups, plates, and spoons. There was a 12-setting heater that could really heat up the room. They also offer five different breakfast choices, and they'll bring it to your room at the time you want. The hotel overall looked cool and had unique art pieces all over.

This hotel is really poor. The rooms are not warm, the beds are not comfy at all and I woke up with a sore back. The only good thing is the breakfast. This "hotel" also feels a lot like a strip club. I definitely wouldn't suggest it.

Good spot, friendly workers! But the type of people that hang out here in the evenings isn't the best... Oh, and one more thing: Hey management, please match the standards set in the reviews, and do something nice - get some new pool cues already!

The hotel is nice. It has safe parking, a sauna, a pool table, and a kitchen.

I've stayed here before. There are other hotels in Zaporozhye that are worse. The bathroom is tidy, but it's a bit tricky to use the shower right away. They should switch from bagged shampoo, which is hard to open with wet hands, to bottled shampoo. Also, the quality of the shampoo could be improved.

The hotel does not have a terminal, which is very uncomfortable.

They clean the place daily and also replace the towels daily... The breakfast portion is not really enough for three men... The food is really good, particularly the fried potatoes...

The hotel rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room furniture has some damage, but it didn't change the fact that I had a good experience at this hotel. Even though the hotel is in a residential area and you have to walk through a parking lot and up to the third floor to get to the lobby, it wasn't a big issue. If I come back to this city for work, I will stay at this hotel again. I really liked that I could order breakfast whenever I wanted. They even brought it to me in the middle of the night and packed it up so I could take it with me.

If you like playing pool, you should come here.

We asked for breakfast at 9:30, but were disturbed at 8:30 because the new cook had already made scrambled eggs. There was no soundproofing, so at 3am we were bothered by a drunk girl who said she lived there, while the manager just stood two meters away chatting with her boyfriend and did nothing. The hotel was not nice at all. It was a bad decision to stay there.

Good hotel, secure parking area, kind workers.

This is a peaceful spot with parking and breakfast included. The rooms are tidy and cozy. The only problem is the steep stairs you have to climb.

Would I suggest it? Yes. We had a family holiday in a suite and we really enjoyed the service and room. The food was great!

Good hotel with a great inside look. It's clean and the employees are nice. Everyone enjoyed it, but the only downside is the poor soundproofing... you can hear every little sound from outside the door and it feels like others can hear inside too.

It's a quiet and comfortable place. If the shower had been perfectly clean, I would have given it a 5-star rating. But as it stands, I'm giving it 4 stars.

I suggest this place. The rooms are comfy and there's a kitchen that serves food right to your room.

This hotel offers great value for money! It's 800 Ukrainian hryvnia for a two-person room that includes a basic breakfast and it's located downtown - perfect for business trips. The staff is easy-going yet very helpful, and the place is clean - from the carpets and beds to the windows. The plumbing is well-kept and the air is fresh in the well-heated rooms. This is just what you need when you're staying overnight in a new city after a long day! They even offer a bathhouse!

They also have a great private parking solution where it's covered and closed off. You can go straight to the hotel from there, so you won't get wet if it's raining.

There's room for improvement, but it's not likely to change. The only downside is having to walk up the stairs to get to the hotel, which feels like you're in a storage warehouse. But that's more of an aesthetic issue.

The room is average. The tables are okay, not great, but not terrible either. I appreciate the quiet ambiance and the fact that there are two rooms. It's also convenient that you can call ahead to reserve a table.

I went to the sauna which is conveniently located under my house. It's really good for its price. It has a pool which is a bit hard to get into because of the stairs, but it's deep enough. There are 3 rooms - one for changing clothes, another one with a TV, table and sofa, and the last one has the sauna, pool, bathroom, and shower room. Everything is clean and well-maintained.

I booked it over the phone, specifying the time and the number of people right away. The staff are polite.

It's a classy hotel. The cuisine is on the level.
